Best bar downtown , all you need is one drink from ARLEY to have a good time 10/10

Arely is absolutely amazing! She provided great service! I had never been here before and she helped out and picked an amazing drink for me !

Came here a while back to get a couple of drinks, food and photos. They had an event going on where someone rented part of the area so we weren’t allowed to go there at all which to me is the point of going to this place. I would’ve rather they canceled my reservation rather than only allowing me to see less than half of the place. The one drink I ordered took atleast 30-45 minutes to come to the table so we didn’t even want to order anything else. I normally love stuff like this but I definitely felt it was a waste of time and money. We went down the street to the video game bar and had a way better time.

I booked high tea for out of town guest that love going to tea rooms whenever they travel. We were greeted by the mad hatter and Alice in wonderland as we came up the stairs and were very excited looking around at how fun the decor was. The excitement ended there we were seated in a corner that was so hot no air flow they had paper fans in the cloth napkins so must know how uncomfortable it would be. There is no choice of tea as one would expect at a proper tea experience only hibiscus tea the food tower arrived with the sandwiches and sweets the bread was hard as if they made all the towers first thing in tbe day we had our reservation at 2.30pm. The sweets were ok nothing unusual or special but had a decent taste. The service was nonexistent after we declined to order cocktails from the bar they never came back. I was able to flag someone down for more tea they do not leave a teapot on the table and when I packed to have one left they brought an individual pot that served one. We were so uncomfortable and having no service we left and looked around a bit before heading down the stairs and realized it was cooler in other parts of the restaurant and other tables actually had service so not sure if it was to hot for the servers as well. I would not recommend for tea it’s a fun atmosphere to get a cocktail at night. For tea I would recommend The Tea Experience on church street it’s impeccable food and service for the same cost.

We came here for the alice tea for my nieces birthday....and can I just say WOW!!! This place is a hidden gem to good to NOT share..... first the place itself is stunning the detail of everything is just amazing there is so much to look at!! Second the tea was great!! There was plenty of food for all of us (the prosciutto and fig sandwich was the table favorite) and the tea was plentiful. But what I really need to comment on was the staff. From Marquita and Andrew, Alice, Archie, and the Mad hatter they all made magic (literally) for my niece. They spent so much time with her and she ate it up. It's been a few weeks and she's STILL talking about the Mad Hatter and Archie. Those 2 in particular spent so much time with her and embraced her and just made her feel so special. All of the staff deserve raises! We definitely will be back and can't thank you enough.

Such a fun, niche place! It was a fun way to experience a high tea with friends. The Alice in Wonderland theme adds a great touch of whimsy to the high tea experience. Would be a great place for a birthday or bridal party.

Absolutely loved my visit! Before coming in, I was greeted by the Mad Hatter, who was phenomenal (stayed in character and made sure everyone was entertained)! I loved all the Alice in Wonderland decor on the inside. Service was great, everyone was so friendly. The drinks and snacks tasted delicious.

Amazing place! Everything was great. My friends and I travel from Miami just to go there and we loved the experience. I hope to go back anytime soon!

Incredible. I don’t think there’s a square inch of that place that doesn’t have theming. The live characters definitely made the experience. Archie’s magic, the Queen to hearts and Mad Hatter’s comedy were great. If the characters weren’t there it would’ve have felt like something was missing. Also a fan of cocktails and screams but this was such a great brunch and such a different Vibe. The finger sandwiches were good. The queens hibiscus tea was also wonderful. We’ll definitely be back.

You MUST visit this place, if you have ever read Alice in Wonderland. We came during the day for tea with the characters, and it was sooooo cool. Alice and the mad hatter were perfect, but the way this place is decorated will blow your mind! We will be back for the full food and drink menu, but we had a great time just wandering and looking at all the amazing detail. I have never seen this much detail in any place... from the entry stairway to the crazily decorated bathroom, you will love the atmosphere!!

Bartenders (Sterling and Joel) were phenomenal! The decor is so fun. I tried several of the cocktails and was impressed. The gnocchi was surprisingly tasty too. For downtown Orlando, the prices are great! Sterling told me the owners planned all the decor without a designer, which is even more impressive.

What a magical little place! The details in the venue are incredible! We had afternoon tea and it was worth every penny! My four year old had the best time! A must see to everyone, especially if you’re a fan of Alice in Wonderland!

Marquita is the best bartender and employee ever. She took care of us and made it the best experience ever for our first times. Would recommend coming and and requesting her as she went above and beyond and truly made this an exceptional and remarkable experience. WELL DONE MARQUITA! will be back because of her!!!!

I booked afternoon tea for my birthday here. I feel awful that I invited people and had them pay so much money for a poor experience. I don’t think the AC was working either. It was very hot. We paid about $70 a person. I was really disappointed. There were two towers to be shared amongst 8 adults. Each person got 2-3 finger sandwiches, two scones, and two macaroons. We all shared one pot of tea. One person asked to try another tea and got a tiny pot with about one cup of tea in it. I’ve done afternoon tea experiences before, and was just shocked at the lack of food/tea here. I told the server I was unhappy and she kind enough to bring 4 more finger sandwiches out, cut in half. The mad hatter also came by our table and was kind. I am just very disappointed that we paid $70 for one cup of tea, two finger sandwiches, two scones, and two macaroons. I feel it was very overpriced for what we received. The photo of the tower is what 4 of us had to share. I feel scammed.

We dined here for afternoon tea to celebrate my mom's birthday and we had a toddler with us. The venue is incredible and the attention to detail was stunning. The mad hatter was so charismatic and so talented with banter and magic tricks. Alice was so kind and easy to talk to, she even made my slow to warm daughter open up. The service was impeccable and everyone was so kind and warm to us and made the day so special. All of the food (sandwiches, scones, macarons) was delicious and the tea was good as well. Definitely a great experience for families (including toddlers, which isn't easy)! Thanks so much to the staff for making our experience so wonderful.

Took my teenager and her friends to celebrate a birthday at the End of Summer Luau Afternoon Tea service, and it was such a fantastic experience for them. The entire staff was so kind, attentive and welcoming. The girls said the food and tea were all excellent, and the actors were all fun and entertaining. They all stayed in character - even as they were leaving. I wanted to say Thank you to the staff for giving my daughter such a great experience. I also had a drink while I was waiting there, and it was excellent - and the staff were very friendly. Side note: There is minimal street parking, across the road from the building but a convenient parking garage just down the street.

Had an excellent time at this place. Went to their special event. It was called Bridgerton night. The venue was amazing. The staff was unbelievably fantastic and very helpful. All the bartenders were very adequate. Our bartender Marquita was fantastic 10 out of 10. The drinks were also 10 out of 10 and Marquita make sure that we knew exactly what kind of drinks we were drinking and what they were made of, overall experience 10 out of 10. We go again.

Gorgeous in there but the air conditioning hasn’t been working nearly half as well as it should for over a month. I was at a bridgerton event and it took two hours of us waiting to give up on our food coming so we left.

What a fun diversion from reality. We attended a Bridgerton Experience and it lived up to the billing. The staff did an excellent job and the crowd was dressed to impress. Unfortunately the night we attended there was an issue with the air-conditioning system and it got quite warm. The staff apologized and made every effort to ensure people were having a good time regardless.

Had the most amazing time here during their bridgerton experience. The entertainment was incredible and the drinks were even better. Loved the atmosphere here and the staff was great. Definitely would recommend!!!!

This is such an amazing bar, we went for the first time today and the drinks were out of this world ❤️ The gnocchi was perfection too! This is on our favorite bar list from now on🫶🏻 music was great & to my liking (seemed to be trance/house/edm like?) the music wasn't too loud and I could hear my spouse talk 👍🏻. They have put so much effort and time into decorating this place, everytime you turn around you find something new.

Great experience, nice environment, good music, very nicely decorated. We order the Gnocchi with was absolutely the best thing on the menu for sure, the croquettes in the garden were great too but how could that go wrong, right? Queen ceviche with plantain chips was good but it could have a little more sauce, charcut-a-tea cup was ok, nothing special about that it’s just a regular selection of cheese and deli meats. They’re were out of kingsleigh fillet and the Egg man, I would love to try those next time, and they were also out of all the desserts witch was a shame I would try all 3 of them. From drinks we tried the Jam today and it was a great drink not too strong and the Keys to the Garden which was a stronger drink similar to a mojito also really good, and we tried the Lavender lemonade the only mocktail from the menu and this one was extremely sweet but tasted good too. The second floor was closed, maybe was a slow day we went on a Saturday, but they had a DJ playing, overall we enjoyed the experience, very pleasant.

There are absolutely no words to articulate how incredible this place is. From Every single little detail to the big ones. I’m a huge Alice in wonderland fan, but You do not have to be one to love this place as much as I did. The customer service was great. The food is tasty and so cute. The tea was DELICIOUS. Seriously I have nothing bad to say about anything, this exceeded my expectations by far. The madhatter came around and showed us some magic tricks and let me say, he deserves a raise!!! 10/10 highly recommend

This place is amazing!!! Truly whimsical and special. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Loved the Hatter and the mermaid. They were both so lovely, and sang a special happy birthday to my granddaughter who was unable to be there.

My friend and I were ignored for a good 25 minutes before someone even came over to take our order. I wanted to just walk out & leave but my friend really wanted to stay and have a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. The meat cheese and baloney in a cup was absolutely disgusting. When I got back to my car I started feeling sick to my stomach and I had to call my fiance to pick me up. I ended up throwing up the food. It was so bad when I got to the baloney I couldn’t even swallow it I took a napkin and spit it out. The looking glass drink was the only enjoyable nice thing I had there. The service and the food was horrible. I also don’t understand why our credit card has to be put in the cash register. Why can’t we just pay the bill when we are done why does my friends credit card have to be held onto and put into the cash register ? There could be ways to take a copy of the credit card we don’t know. If your so worried about people walking out on the bill then just charge people for everything they order up front so we can have the comfort of knowing our credit card will go back in our wallet and not sitting in a cash register where anyone could take it or take a picture of it. Overall my night the other day was a huge inconvenience and it’s really sad because this bar is beautiful but the service and the way things are run is unacceptable .

Me and my friends came in for girls night before attending another friends wedding. We found the spot on TikTok and it didn’t disappoint. The theme was Alice in Wonderland and it was done so well. I loved the theme drinks and our bartender Nathaniel was awesome! He made me the prettiest drink ever. It was called Keys to the Garden. I’ll be back!

I attended the Red Queen:s Ball - A Bridgerton Experience and I wasn't sure what to expect. I am so happy I attended. It was amazing! The setting is gorgeous and the staff was excellent. Luna initially welcomed us at the door and got us excited for the event. Our server Paige was awesome and provided excellent recommendations when we couldn't make up our minds about food and beverages. The Mad Hatter was absolutely magical and indeed a little mad, but aren't we all a bit mad? This hatter deserves a raise.The Red Queen was of course flawless! I highly recommend this experience as well as the location itself. You will have a blast!

My friends and I went The Red Queen's Ball: A Bridgerton Experience and was first welcome by Luna (Mad Alice) and then enjoyed a few magic tricks from the Mad Hatter (who definitely needs a raise). I had the The Walrus & The Gnocchi which was sooo good I wanted to bathe in it! The Red Queen graced us with her presence and was a joy to tall to! Highly recommend everyone to check this out!

This Alice in Wonderland bar is the most enchanting bar I have ever visited. I went to the Bridgerton experience and was blown away. Luna greeted us at the entrance before we went up the staircase. We bowed before the Red Queen when we entered who was, of course, magnificent and were given complimentary champagne. She came to greet us later to ensure that we were enjoying our evening. The Mad Hatter came to our table and did magic tricks that I still can't figure out. "He deserves a raise" was definitely not endorsed by the Hatter himself. Our waitress Paige was so sweet and brought us the best gnocchi ever. We listened to a live violinist play beautifully arranged pieces of contemporary songs, just like in Bridgerton.

The red queen stayed in character and was absolutely amazing and the mad Hatter did a great little magic show for us and was also in character and absolutely amazing we had, the best time ! Would absolutely recommend this experience to everyone !

Such a cute place for tea with friends! The place is whimsically decorated, and I’d return specifically for The Looking Glass cocktail. The Mad Hatter was delightful & cheeky and definitely deserves a raise. Service all around was friendly, and they didn’t rush us out even though we were probably the last people there from the 11:00 service.

The service at High T is unparalleled. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. The waitstaff is adept at recommending dishes and pairing wines, ensuring that your dining experience is nothing short of perfect. Hatter needs a raise! (He totally didn't tell me to say that!)

We booked a very large group for their afternoon tea party. We were sold on a high end tea party concept that had a character interaction. For that and the decor it would have been worth the high cost. Unfortunately pretty much every facet of the experience was poor. The management has been given a chance to respond and doesn't seem to care so I'm sharing this here because people should be aware. We arrived and the door was locked. We had to request the bartender from 1 up to call to get someone to unlock the door. When we finally got upstairs we were met by the red queen and that was the last time we saw a character in the two hours we were there. We were sat in an area with sky lights which meant we had the blazing hot florida sun on us with no way to escape it. If they plan to run daytime events they need shades and much better AC. We had a group of 16 people and the place was almost empty otherwise. We had two servers. It took an extremely long time to get food and drinks. It truly felt like they just didn't care about making money on drinks. Only one half of our party was even served tea! The food seemed to be mostly pre-packaged with some finger sandwiches. The amount of food brought to us was suitable for a group half our size. It was absolutely not worth the incredibly high cost. We ended up paying extra for more food which was a limited menu. The decor is truly remarkable and that's the only reason this isn't a one star review. We often throw events and never want to make business harder for small creative businesses. I've repeatedly reached out and provided my information to them but never got a call from the GM. It's really a shame because you clearly put so much thought into creating your concepts but not much in running them well. Instagram worthiness isn't everything. We would likely throw 1-2 events a year here for dozens of people but it's just not worth it. Don't believe what you see on social media as it's not reality. I sincerely hope someone takes this feedback and makes a change. It could be amazing! Until then you won't be getting our business.

This place was amazing. As soon as you walk in you’re in awe. The detail in the design is flawless,everywhere you look you notice something super cute. This was such a great experience. The drinks are fresh and have a nice kick to them. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.

Atmosphere is surreal and magical. My bartender Christian was amazing, provided good conversation, and made good drink recommendations. Would come back here in a heartbeat for the drinks and the atmosphere that transports you to Lewis Carroll’s imaginative word.

It was very expensive for what you got. The drinks were pretty and very pricy. They were constantly saying they were out of something but yet still serving it to others that ordered the same thing. Staff was unprofessional, we heard them complaining about customerswhile they were behind the bar in ear shot. Served customers drinks in glasses that weren't stable. Bar tender/server broke a drink there was no issue but the moment a customer broke a drink due to the glass being unstable they forced them to pay for the drink even though it was a full glass and not their fault. I had the same glass and it was not a good glass to be serving. Don't serve drinks in bad glasses no matter how cool they look especially if the servers come up to us and say wow I'm impressed you didn't break the glass. That is a liability for your bar. The atmosphere was really cool. I was impressed with how everything looked. I just wished there was better air flow, it was a bit hot in some areas. Overall a nice place but a little too pricey for me personally. I've had better drinks/serves at this price at high end speakeasys. I would still recommend trying the place out. We may have caught them on a bad night.

The atmosphere of the venue is very fun and enjoyable& the decorations are beautiful. This is definitely a place to come and grab a drink with a friend. I went to the Bridgeton event and the Bridgerton tea. For the Bridgeton event, it was a nice evening out to mingle and meet new people and the appetizers were quite delicious, only critique is there wasn't enough entertainment and not enough space for the performer to move around and dance. Unfortunately, the afternoon tea was disappointing: Some of the breads were dry, the tea selection was limited, only 1 of the three teas tasted good, and the rest of the finger foods was ok. Honestly, nothing phenomenal and not worth the price. On the plus side, the violinist they had for the tea was excellent.
