Awesome place to grab a bite after traveling through Red River Gorge

The food here is banging, if you are in the area and don’t make a stop you are doing yourself a disservice.

Called in an order for pickup, when we arrived it was ready for us early! We ordered 2 large pizza and 2 dozen wings. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations! Will definitely be recommending it to others! This has definitely become our go to pizza place!

February 2024 update Made it down that way again. Actually I drove a bit to get there. Still awesome!!!!!! I’m glad I did. What I found was… A great place with friendly people here. It’s a nice scenic drive from Natural Bridge and Red River Gorge. The pizza is delicious and there is something for everyone on the large menu. The Family that own and operate this place are solid good hard working folks. Highly recommend this restaurant.

This is a nice place to order and have a seat at the picnic table while you wait and see the country atmosphere that it is. The food is great and cheap

Excellent and sometimes overwhelmed by the business, they get slammed, so at times, delivering takes an hour or so, but it's worth the wait. Excellent clean food... Thanks, Hilltop Pizza

This is best pizza I found since I've moved here! One day my great-granddaughter decided we needed to eat at the picnic table and they were so kind and brought her little suckers she was thrilled. I highly recommend their Pizza!

It was good! The cheese bread was very good. Atmosphere is hard to rate as I picked it up but I don't think there was indoor seating. It's a walk-up window if you eat there. I would eat again.

Man let me tell y'all I was in the woods for 3 days with my friends lost on the Kentucky hardtrails, we got stuck, broke a CVV. Engine leaks. We ended up lost climbing mountains and crossing rivers and crawling in and out of a cave. We were covered in mud looking for something to eat other than last night's squirrel and cliff bar. Then we see it, "Hill Top PIZZA" and we whip into that parking lot like Vin diesel, got ourselves a chicken bacon ranch and Buffalo. Along with 2 large cheesesticks. And let me just say that's the best pizza I've ever had, the chicken bacon ranch was so good that when we ate it all I went and bought another. You can't get any better pizza or food out here.

We are not from the area and came across this place. It was a Wonderful surprise. The pizza was reasonably price and was delicious. The crust was particularly good. We also had some really good wings. If your from out and town and looking for a place to feed your whole crew this is it! If your from here you already know how good it is, hope this helps good day to all.

Perfect place to pick up supper after a long day

Awesome food and the owner is great. I would give 5 stars, but we have had some issues a few times with delivery. We only live about 5-10 minutes away but it sometimes takes hours to get it delivered, but if you are picking up your order, they are fast.

Worst delivery ever. 3xs out of 4 they were over 2hrs late. The pizza is really good. It's just their delivery part that sucks. Save yourself 2hrs and just go pick it up.

The Pizza was beyond expectations. This place has some of the best Pizza I have ever had hands down. Every Pizza is made to order and the ovens are amazingly clean. (look at the bottom of the pizza you will agree) Everything was so fairly priced and the people amazingly kind.

I will update this tomorrow. I went to talk to them about a large order being taken out by the VFW for the church missionary group we are providing housing for, for most of this month and pizza for tomorrow night. They were great and I will update this review tomorrow after we pick up the pizzas. Forgot to update so it's been a bit since I ate there. That being said the order was rather large, different kinds of pizzas, and the order was just getting finished when we showed a few minutes early. They did very well on everything the pizzas looked great and tasted better thanks for the pizza will be ordering again soon.

It's like the only pizza place in the area-besides the "over-priced tourist attraction" in Slade. I wasn't impressed. My bf liked it though. I thought the dough should have baked linger. Bf did agree to that. I also got a salad---what a HUGE disappointment. I get it-its a small pizza joint-limited salad ingredients. I told them I wanted everything(veggies) & ham. It had like a TEASPOON of diced green peppers(for a Lg), lil bit of iceberg lettuce, couple shreds of cheese,-honestly can't remember if anything else, but I did only pay like $5 I believe. Next time, I'll go to Boonville to the BP and get the Supreme for $12 since a local turned onto that gem.😁

There is definitely a dearth of good pizza places in Eastern Kentucky; that's all the reason you need to stop here. The pizza and wings are excellent and fairly priced. If you see "The Fool's Errand" out front; I'm there.

I didn’t even get as far as order my meal because of the rudeness given just over the phone. I’m not local to this area and with their not being much I settled for pizza as soon as I called I was greeted with hello hello? Then hang up I assume sure I lost signal I call back and she could hear me great! Not so great that when I asked what drinks and sides they had she says coke products or ale 8 I ordered a sprite or 7up beings in the moment I couldn’t Remember what one was a COKE product. She said so you’ll take a sprite because that’s a coke product. I agreed. Then she tells me my total then proceeds to say well it has to be over 25$ And hangs up - not so happy visitor

Best lasagna ever. Plenty of stuff to choose from as well as great tasting pizza and desserts. The staff are always friendly and they deliver locally.

Hometown owner's @ employee's, great food, clean atmosphere, nice employees and they deliver in our area, please remember to tip if possible and be nice to the delivery person, to keep the advantage of delivery in our area

Every now and then I forget why I stopped ordering from there and place another order. Today I placed an order for wings and they said they would be delivered in 30 minutes. An HOUR AND A HALF later I called and they had not even cooked them yet. Like the last time I ordered, they made excuses that they were too busy to get it done and delivered in time. I really want to like this place, but there's just no excuse for the consistently bad service.

The pizza is about average. The stromboli is pretty good. The prices are a little steep.

I really liked the pizza, and family members said the subs were also very good. They also deliver. I would order from here again.

Best salad there out all things!! Wings are huge but limited flavors (no lemon pepper :-( ) Pizza was as expected..very good. Service was so good would go back even if had been bad!

Hilltop Pizza's pizza is fantastic! We have eaten from here many times, and will continue to when we are in the area. The wait times vary.... The employees are nice, but are not outstanding. Great place to get food in small town USA!

The owner was super sweet and she kept our lasagna tradition alive. When she found out why we ordered that she made us a large cookie to help us celebrate. I cant wait to go back

They tossed a perfect dough. The cinnamon sticks were pretty damn good also!

It's OK. The staff could be friendlier. The veggies always taste like they have been frozen. I have had to wait almost an hour for a pickup for food to be ready. The beef used looks like frozen Salisbury patties as well. They are preformed frozen and cooked in a skillet. The best pizza they have are either cheese or sausage. The pepperoni saturates the crust in grease.

First time visiting, good food, will return

Después de conducir todo el día, nos registramos nuestra cabaña Cliffview complejos fuera de la colina y vi que Pizza. Llamamos y pedir. El personal era amable y nos ayudó ya que no podría encontrar el número de la calle a nuestra cabaña. Finalmente acordamos para satisfacerlas en el cruce de nuestra cabaña. El personal llamó cuando ella estaba saliendo con una estimación de tiempo. No esperar mucho tiempo y llegó con nuestra pizza. Pedimos una pizza de pepperoni, salchicha y negro de olivos. La corteza de la pizza estaba bien hecho y las coberturas eran buenas. También nos dieron algunos Bosco bastones y alas de. Los palitos de bosco eran buenas y cursi, pero las alas no eran sauced. En general, nos alegramos de que estaban dispuestos a trabajar con nosotros y la comida era relativamente sabroso.

Irónicamente buen sitio para comer comida muy limpio, agradable, y muy buena. No hay muchos lugares para comer por esa zona. Pero. Recomiendo este lugar para comer. O razón. No es un 5 es que pensé tardaron mucho tiempo para la comida.

This is one of the only pizza places in town, and well worth stopping by. The service may have been slow, but in the end the pizza was worth it.

We ordered pizza this weekend for my daughter’s birthday. I got 1 pepperoni,a sausage, and also a supreme pizza with 2 sides of bread sticks for 44 dollars. The pizza was amazing, but the breadsticks were really small, I thought they would be close to the size of Papa Johns or another major pizza place. I still give a 5, just for their delicious pizza and wonderful customer service.

It was a good pizza! The service was a bit slow, but in a slow paced mini vacation like this, it doesn't matter! Will order in again during my next visit I am sure!

I was staying at a motel about 5 minutes from Hill Top when I called to order a pizza. They had it delivered in about 15 minutes --- was super fast delivery. The pizza was good -- nothing super special but if I'm in town again I would order from them. Would have been nice if they had a website for easier phoning & knowing what is on their menu.

Really liked it here---service was good and food was good too! One of the only restaurants in this area. Very clean and well-maintained.
