A huge thank you for Louie's for taking our business even with the headache of the system being down. The staff was friendly and generous and the food delicious and quick. We came in for breakfast but heard from a travel nurse that it is the best burger in town so hope to be back at some point to try it.

Love the pizza...but Justin did make the best burger. Prices... not the that bad seriously the burger was ...so good...lol Thanks guys! Food was delicious.. if I didn't already say that.

You’re above the Arctic Circle where options are few to none and nearly all food is flown in and expensive. That said Little Louie’s is a go-to in OTZ. Best cup of coffee I had in town too.

Best food in Kotzebue, this place has the best phillys and pizzas in the arctic circle. I order the TNT Philly and usually a frost bike which is a slushie mixed with ice cream. It’s fantastic. I will recommend this place over any other in town except for they don’t sell. Chinese anymore but there American is on point every time.

For New Year’s Eve I ordered a Hawaiian Pizza and a crispy chicken salad and a raspberry mango smoothie, it was my first time ordering with Little Louie’s, the food was hot and fresh and tastes amazing!!! I’ll be ordering from them so much they are going to get sick of me!! Delivery driver was kind and polite as well. I Recommend them highly!!! I can’t wait to try their breakfast 😊

The pizza was amazing at LL's as the local's call it.. We enjoyed the "Call of the Wild" Pizza. Amazingly spiced reindeer sausage, roast beef, bacon, shrooms, green peppers, garlic oil and alfredo sauce, different yes, tasty; I'd bet my departure ticket on that! So, when you are in Kotzebue area in Anchorage, stop by to get some local taste.

A friend and I got wraps. They were reasonably priced and had good fresh ingredients. They're not mind-blowing but a very solid option whole you're here.

This is a great local restaurant! They have a large menu with multiple food options and reasonable prices. We especially liked the pizza!

They have some of the best nacho burritos I’ve had, and their milkshakes are definitely 10/10. I highly recommend trying out the nacho burrito or meat lovers pizza with chipotle added to the marinara sauce, and jalapeños added as an extra topping.

I seen the little shubbers on the evening of May going down to the barrows to make of what they may to the tree of souls and the lights on dark. I don't know what I'm eating tonight but I feel alright to be the master of my choices. My choices be free and I am to me the one that makes them.

You cannot walk inot this place as they are following Covid guidelines. You get to order thru a little window in the door. Food is good. Service is good.

Highly recommend! Delicious espresso and pizza, as well as a full menu with salads, appetizers, sandwiches, etc. I recommend the reindeer sausage pizza and the vanilla chai. You can also buy pre-packaged candy that you’re used to from a convenience store.

Great food and decent prices! Their burritos are great! Also, know that they have espresso that is pretty good too! This is somewhere is definitely visit again and recommend to others. It's really a place the whole family can enjoy!

Decent food at typical rates for Kotz

We stopped in for dinner after coming in from fishing. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Had the Loco Moco, pot stickers and a salad. My friend had the chicken wrap. We both thought the food was good and the service was great.

While in Kotzebue, AK, didn't have our own transportation. Didn't want to bother those who transported us from place to place and didn't want to walk. Called Little Louie's for pizza delivery. The pizza was good as what we get at home.

Quick food, but mostly 'out of a Costco bag and reheated' fare. Seemed pricey, even for Kotzebue for what it was. Not bad tasting, just cheap food for a high price. There are other places around town with better quality/tasting food for cheaper.

Great burger. My test of a burger is to get a plain burger or cheese burger with lettuce, onion and tomato. Any other toppings and your covering the flavor of the patty, which should be the star. Louies meets the expectation for a well seasoned, good sized hamburger, all for a reasonable price for the area. Part of the success is they dont use frozen patties. Their pizzas and burritos are excellent too. If you want something other than chinese in Kotzebue go here.

During a long layover at the Alaska Airlines terminal in Kotzebue, AK, we were really hungry. We ended up ordering from Little Louie’s, and it was great! We didn’t know what to expect, and ordered what I think was the Ambler Vegetarian pizza. It had fresh mushrooms, wasn’t overloaded with cheese, and was not greasy at all. Delivery was also quite fast. It didn’t seem like anyone was tipping the delivery people, though we did. We were very happy, never expecting to end up with what was a pretty healthy, fresh pizza.

Breakfast burritos are my favorite, staff is friendly most of the time if they aren't too busy. Soda is a little expensive per can. Favorite place to get coffee from. Weekends are always busy, the food is worth the wait.

Very good sandwiches and at fair prices, for Kotzebue. I like the chicken wrap. I've heard they deliver to the villages, which is super handy if you need a group meal for a meeting. You can get a taxi to deliver from here if you're stuck at the airport.

I've been all over the coast of Alaska, from Bethel to Barrow, Kotebue to Fairbanks. Little Louie's has became my place to go for lunch. I am in love with their spicy buffalo chicken sandwich. I have toured the country and when lunching, I prefer a buffalo sauce something. Louie's scratches that itch everytime. Best buff-chix-sammie I have had!

The best Pizza and Orange Beef In Kotzebue, or Seattle for that matter. Expensive, but worth every penny. The Kobuk Cab burger is also a meal in itself, and Little Louie's has the best espresso in the Burroughs. Pretty much the only restaurant worth going to in Kotzebue. We toured around the area and ended up being hungry before heading back to the hotel. We stopped at Louie's. Seating was closed at 11pm, but they let us dine-in anyways! Their menu is impressive - lots to choose from. Burgers were very good. My french dip did not disappoint. Pizza totally reminded me of Pizzaman located in Eagle River, AK (pretty good), they even have a Spam pizza! (mind-blown). Check them out for sure!

Solid food option in the area. A couple vegetarian options. Lots of seating, not usually busy. The prices are on the reasonable end for the area.

Came to town recently and My girlfriend and I went into Little Louie's on 4/19/18 and ordered two hot dogs and their famous chicken bacon Swiss chesseburger. We are a young couple and found the enviroment to be welcoming and friendly. The food was execellent! The hot dogs were the best ive had in a long time! And my Girlfriend Naomi says the chicken was fresh and crispy. the overall atmosphere of the resturant is refreshing. The chefs and cooks know what they are doing. Food is reasonably priced as well. Hot dogs under 5$ cant beat THAT anywhere in Alaskan Alaska. The locals love Little Louie's and i can see why because I'm a fan now too! This restaurant only cares about one thing: Good Food. I can't wait to come back TOMORROW.

Little Louie’s was recommended to me by a couple of local residents. They have a very large selection on their menu. I had a Chicken, Bacon Wrap and an americano. Both were very good: perhaps better than a person would expect near the top of the world.

Little Louie's is a busy restaurant located in the heart of Kotzebue. Their menu is quite extensive, serving everything from pizza to Chinese, burgers, sandwiches, chicken, burritos, wings, desserts, snacks (like chips, candy, sodas, etc.) and lots more. Their pizza is what I usually get, as it is large with a really light and fluffy crust. They are a bit stingy on their pizza toppings for the price they charge though. Like most Kotzebue restaurants, they offer delivery if you don't feel like going (or are unable to go) to pick up your order. They are pretty busy, so be prepared to wait up to 45 minutes to get your food if they're really slammed with orders. Staff and service are good, prompt, friendly and helpful. The owner works there regularly and she runs a tight ship! As of late-summer 2017, limited seating is available to sit down and eat, with servers to take care of you. Atmosphere is lacking, as there are no windows and not much in terms of decor. They are open from 10am until midnight (1am in the summer), so they are a good option to get food late (go to Uutuku once Louie's closes). All in all, they deliver hot, fresh, tasty food for an average price in Kotzebue in a relatively quick timeframe. No complaints!

I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken for delivery. I also wanted to try some Kim Chee. The delivery time was excellent - about 15-29 mins. The food was hot (and, appropriately, cold) when it arrived. The portions were reasonable - not as exceptional as Uutuku’s, a few days ago - but adequate; the rice was heaped high. The Kung Pao Chicken was OUTTA THE PARK! Wow!!! Great flavor, spicy as all get-out and full. The rice was a bit sticky. The Kim Chee was very good. I’ve never had it before but it met the description and impression I had for it. The price was a bit higher than the competition for a bit less food., but for Kotzebue was not too bad.

First, I don’t rate 5/5 lightly. To me, 3/5 is doing well. That is above average and where most establishments fall, IMHO. It’s not average. It’s not 3/6, it’s better than average at 3/5. 4/5 is much better than average; to me, the experience, food, whatever was well above the norm. And, at first, exactly where I would put Little Louie’s - normally. But then, I considered context. Given that, I have to say Little Louie’s rises so far above their competition they deserve the 5/5. I can’t really fault the others or judge them too harshly - getting supplies to Kotzebue, especially fresh supplies is hugely expensive. In spite of this, where others are using obviously mass produced hockey puck frozen burger patties ala Costco, a Little Louie’s burger seems fresh or nearly so. They are juicy and have the irregular form of a hand made patty. Where other establishments are using frozen breaded chopped onion style onion rings that are tooth chippingly desiccated, Little Louie’s onion rings are thick beer battered tender whole sliced onions that melt in your mouth. And they make a very decent pizza that could easily compete with any in the Pacific Northwest. Their salads are fresh and full, literally have not had anything there that wasn’t top notch. The staff and cooks obviously take pride in their establishment and their product. Well done!

Delicious pizza and salad! Lots of veggies on our pizza with a wonderfully soft crust. Staff was friendly and helpful. The owner approached us while we were waiting for our pizza just to chat. She's extremely nice and very informative about the area. She took a personal interest in helping us find things to do in the area. So overall, a great place!

Delivered Hot and Juicy Basic Cheeseburger!

Louie's has really good food. Burgers, pizza, Asian cuisine all good. I like the fish fillet sandwich and flatbread pizza. They are adding an addition to make seating available for dining in. Should be ready soon, maybe by July 15 or so. They also have coffee and shakes along with sodas and snacks to go. Check Little Louie's next time you're in Kotzebue. Only 1 1/2 blocks from the hotel.
