Good selection of rotating premium beers.

Excellent beer of most varieties. Very few experimental beers, but they do the standards very well. I'm from Michigan, where most craft breweries also serve food, but the food truck rotation is a good workaround.

Loved the beer and food truck, but was disappointed at family friendliness. Was there with my grandkids and server made it a point to let us know "Kids need to be seated, no running around", even while outside. We had the only kids. Now I know why (visiting from SC). Would not recommend if family outing with kids.

Boyfriend said the beer was alright. I personally have celiac so could not try it. 3 stars since the beer was alright. This is one of the only breweries I have ever been to that had zero gluten free options (cider, seltzer, wine, or otherwise). Not fun to come to if celiac and hanging out with a normy. Location is far off the beaten path too.

IPA on Nitro! What more do I need to say? Great craft brewery tucked away off the beaten path. Not sure how often they change out food trucks, but right now the Arctic Habanero is here and it's off the hook! Come here! Watch the train engines working in the yard while you enjoy great beers and fantastic food. It's a must do if you are in Fairbanks.

I was visiting the area so it was my first time here, so I got the flight. Tried 4, liked 4. Their outdoor patio is a lot of fun, plenty of room. The service was excellent. I'll definitely swing by the next time I'm in town.

Only had time for one beer but the 3:41 is delicious if you like boozy stouts. Just watch out as it will hit you!

Great service, lovely space both indoors and outdoors with the fires and string lights. Stout is delicious!

I personally dont drink but this one gives me a cheerful ambience with people gathering and having different types of beer , and rootbeer. It was a cold day when I visited so they set a fireplace outdoor to chill. I cant comment about the beer but my friends said they are good. I tried rootbeer and it's too sweet for me.

Good beer, good vibes, limited indoor seating. We visited on a Wednesday at 3pm and it was (relatively) packed! Every seat inside was taken. But the beer was great and the fires were going outside so we alternated between standing inside and outside! Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Fairbanks area! The staff were all super friendly and welcoming! They even recommended another brewery to visit after!

It's just a fine local brewery. I like new England ipa. I just always hear lots of tea about girls who work there. Hahahaha !

European style brewery that doesn't have a single lager on tap. No ambiance. Parents bring children and let them run around like drunken pirates. Beer was average at best. Be advised that because of some idiotic Alaska law, they can only serve each patron 36 ounces of beer (not their fault of course.) Totally unimpressed and would not consider going back.

Great place to hang out. This place gets packed with no seating unless you go outside. The fire pits were pretty. I stood by it to keep myself warm. The place has a nice atmosphere with great beer. Wish they have more seats though.

I LOVE the smell of beer being made. Right now, if you walk into Hoodoo, you can smell the process. They take their beer seriously here. It us European styled, it is delicious, and they respect the process here. Best beer north of Anchorage (maybe even Seattle), hands down.

Superb service and extremely friendly. I wish I was hungrier. Menu look very appetizing. We ordered the pretzel with cheese. By far the best tasting pretzel I’ve ever had had!! The owner of the food truck is outgoing and easy to strike a conversation with. I would definitely come back and eat here again.

The beer is still as good as it has always been, as is the service. But the atmosphere is taking a beating lately because the house rules are no longer enforced. People routinely bring dogs on to the premises and smoke cigarettes in the beer garden. And unattended children frequently run around with impunity. What was once an untarnished gem of the community has definitely lost some of its charm.

This place is such a gem! It’s obvious that the crew here is passionate and loves what they do and it really shows in their crafted brews!

One of the best Weisse beers in the US. Great food trucks. Wonderful service by enthusiastic employees. We were in Fairbanks for a couple of days and came back for a second visit because the beer was so good.

Best brewery in Fairbanks, and now they have Bike racks (so bikes aren’t against the ramp access. Great beer, and good rotation of food trucks. 2 punt limit per patron.

Great atmosphere and great selection of beer as well as merch. The visiting food trucks are a nice touch but wished they had music more often. Still great to stop by and enjoy a pint.

If you get a chance stop by when they have the German truck, it’s probably the closest thing you can get in Germany. The food was amazing, the outside seating is very spacious. Kid friendly. Parking can be a little packed but definitely worth going.

You must grab a pint (or two), while in Fairbanks. There are many fine breweries in this town and this one is my favorite. Kölsch is my go to but they are all excellent.

I love this place, always visit when I'm in FAI. Added bonus: Robot Pizza was the food truck ((Tuesdays) - IPA and Dilly Dilly! Update: Mein Diner is food truck (Thursdays).

They had a mein diner food truck outside and got a pretzel. The “patio” area was nice and had fire pits going. Brews were decent, a guy with way too short shorts was a bartender and not sure how sanitary that was.. overall cool brewery to check out

The beer was good but the experience was not. The biggest red flag for me was that they don't allow dogs outside. I have never experienced that at a brewery before. There also wasn't a food truck even though there was supposed to be one according to their website. Staff was also not very inviting. They were already turning lights off and when I went to order a second beer they were like "Bye, have a nice night" but it was still an hour before closing time.

They have many traditional style beers, lagers, and stouts. The best is a the seasonal small patches and their Kolsch to me. I like ciders, hefe, and sours. The outside area they don’t allow dogs. They have great food vendors come in and the outside atmosphere with the fire pits are great, wish they had more inside sitting.

Drink fresh beer! 🍻 This spot has it all, food truck/counter, dank fresh brews, and a cool little courtyard with fire pits. Plus a bunch of merch.

Stellar beers with wonderful and friendly staff. The entire crowd was friendly and seemed to be having a good time. Highly recommended! Had a food truck as well which was a nice touch.

I come to Fairbanks often for work and HooDoo is my favorite spot to drink. My favorite beer is their Octoberfest (seasonal) followed by Kolsch. They have a small indoor seating space and a large outdoor space to include several benches and a few fire pits. Their employees are friendly and the ambience is great! They have food trucks that rotate out on a daily basis. The one downfall is that they are brewery which, in Alaska, means that you can only order 36 oz. Per day. One great surprise is that their bathrooms are very clean and they have super soft toilet paper! The brewery is great during both summer and winter months.

The beer just isn't that great nor does anyone know how to pour a beer that works there. Jipping everyone out of 1 to 2 inches of beer per glass. I could tell by the amount of people there they have a cult following. But I just didn't get it. Better brewery across town in my opinion. They had a legit merch game but the way a table is set up with the line to order kinda hurts the merch business.

Visiting from Colorado, the teasing descriptions on the website lured me across the Chena. A thirsty traveler, I was quenched in sequence from light to dark, and finished off completely by the 21:49 tripel. This place is a masterpiece. It would do well amongst the nation's top breweries.

The women behind the bar were so kind and friendly, I’d been having a hard day and they made me feel so welcome. Have come here every few years since they opened when I visit my family and it’s one of my favorite breweries in the country. This last experience knocked it put of the park. 10 stars!!
