I came here for the first time, and the moment I walked in, they treated me like a regular. The owner greeted me and made me feel welcomed/like family. The food was excellent and the portions were great. Im not from the area, but I hope to be back there soon.

This place is so good! Everything tastes homemade and the people are so warm and welcoming. Will definitely stop here again when I’m in town.

If you're looking for brunch place, this is it. Small quaint building always bustling and the hotcakes are always warm and fluffy. Their skillets always come out full of flavor and delicious

Was planning on going to Toula's for breakfast, but they were closed for some reason. So we came here and glad that we did! The portions were huge and the food was great! Will definitely recommend!!

Rachel was our server, and 2 other people also checked on us. The food and service are fast and amazing! They seem to work together and enjoy your their job which ia hard to find, I'm so happy I tried out this place!

This is the best place we’ve ate in the entire area. Quick, cheap, variety and great food! I never write reviews but this place deserves it. 3 adult meals and 1 kid meal for under $50 bucks!

Garden Skillet is amazing and fresh. Grits are off the chain. Biscuits are homemade and homemade butter. Todd our waiter did an excellent job. Going to miss this food.

Surprised by these reviews. We had pancakes, egg and bacon. Nothing was bad but nothing was great. The pancakes tasted like Bisquick, kinda bland. The people are very nice and it seems like a locals place so perhaps the 5 star reviews are from regulars who go more to hang out than to have amazing food. Prices are good but I'd rather pay more for better food.

Lovely and welcoming place. Friendly host. I ordered the banana split crepes. They were burnt on one the bottom so kind of chewy. And, although tasty, the crepes were drowning in chocolate sauce. I'll go back as I have had many tasty dishes here in the past - just won't do this dish again.

If you want good home food cooking this is the place. This morning they are offering a brisket skillet with a side biscuit, this is as yummy as it gets. They also have outdoor seating

Friendly staff, clean restaurant and the food was very good. The parking lot can get a bit snug, so try to arrive outside of peak meal times. Above all else, we will be returning!

My husband and I dined at hotcakes today for the first time. We were greeted by Dusty who is one of the owners. My husband had the breakfast special and I had the “222". We were very happy with our two meals. Our server Bonnie was great! We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful little diner in Tarpon Springs. I had the special, meatloaf and eggs, and it was excellent. Meatloaf was delicious and topped with tasty sausage gravy. The grits were done perfectly and very creamy. The biscuit was fantastic. Grilled as a bonus. Our party also enjoyed a Western Omlet and the Tarpon Springs Skillet, which were excellent. Our server was delightful.

Amazing all around! The banana pancakes on special were delicious! I also ordered the jalapeño cheddar Benedict - the best Benedict I’ve ever eaten! Also, I had to get a half order of biscuits and gravy, because I grew up on it and it’s a staple for me— if you mess that up, I don’t know if I can trust you— but these guys nailed it all around! The gravy is the best kind of sausage gravy from a diner — flavor was just perfect! Service was wonderful, kind, smiling and attentive. I’ve been a server for 17 years, and I wouldn’t change a thing! (That’s a big opinion because I have very high standards haha!) Thank you for a wonderful meal. I will always recommend Hotcakes for breakfast/lunch in Tarpon!

My wife and I go for breakfast just about every Sunday. Out of 5 breakfast establishments local to Palm Harbor. Hot Cakes is by far our favorite now. Delicious food, generous proportions and friendly staff will keep us coming back for more.

Where do I start, the food is great it tastes amazing and fresh, I recommend any of the skillets they have my favorite is the meat lovers. The service is great and the place is clean and well kept. Plan a ahead for a lengthy wait time as this place pops off on the weekends!

I live here, and I’ve eaten at all the local spots. Best breakfast restaurant in Tarpon Springs. Not kidding, I’ve been here enough times. Good prices and good food. The omelet had lots of cheese and the bacon was thick and flavorful. This place is busy for a reason. So glad we finally made it back.

This place is not just for breakfast! I've been here many times and my wife even more. Each time, the food and service have been phenomenal! Today, I had the Bacon Burger and added a fried egg to it. AMAZING! The burgers are made fresh daily and never frozen. My wife had the Reuben Sandwich and loved it too. I highly recommend this establishment!

Decided to take a trip to tarpon and found a hole in the wall place and it turned out incredibly the staff was very friendly and the food was outstanding and budget friendly would completely recommend having breakfast here

Had the best breakfast today! brisket scramble out of this world. Waffles and link sausage, which i never eat, were delicious, not a normal breakfast link. Bonus, acranberry mimosa!!! we really enjoyed our meal. Service top notch, food came out hot, which is a must if they want me to return.

Was looking for a different route from airport and saw Hotcakes along the road. Waitress was very friendly and attentive and the food was fresh and fast! Was also very reasonable prices! Will definitely visit again!

The food was great, atmosphere calm and relaxing. I usually do not sit at the counters, but they have made it comfortable for even short legged people to be comfortable. Crepe Florentine is a must try!!

We've driven past this place several times and decided to stop. So GLAD we did. bonnie, our server was amazing, and she even went the extra mile to find a t-shirt size desired. Food was great bacon crispy and corned beef hash with that crisp layer on top. PUMPKIN PANCAKES are awesome this place is awesome found our new breakfast spot.

First Impressions often make or break relationships. Andy's Hotcakes Staff should be very well recognized. All were very attentive to their guests. I sat at the bar and was well taken care of by Bonnie. She checked on me often, which I appreciated her acknowledgment of my being there. The owner found a pouch of mine with some cash in it. Looked up my name from my debit card that I had paid with, found my address online and drove a half hour or more to my house to return it. THEN he refused to take any money from me for the effort. Absolutely outstanding human. Thank you to everyone involved. Also, the country skillet was incredible.

Good food and great/friendly staff

Food was great! But the service was slow and overwhelmed. It was hot inside like 80+ degrees. Would definitely go back for sure
