Food doesn't look or taste as good. They could make better deals ,on the food.

The steak and mushroom sub was my favorite for years but the sub I got last night was the worst thing I've ever tasted in my life and I'm a forgiving personbut this was atrocious. Hopefully it's just this location that uses whatever recipe that was because I'll never order that again. The sub bread was totally different, it was made of the worst pizza dough that tasted like it was freezer burnt before they baked it. There was absolutely no seasoning on the steak, the sub set has 1 HALF SLICE of a Roma tomato lol A HALF OF A SLICE, 2 banana peppers, and a ton of shredded lettuce 😂😂 disappointed is a huge understatement, I couldn't do anything but laugh at that disaster. I went yo bed hungry after wasting my time and money on that POS after a very long 12 hour shift. That's a slap in the face and borderline disrespectful to accept someone's money and serve them hot garbage. There was absolutely no thought or competence that went into that sandwich, I would be too ashamed to give that to someone for free!

More than hour to get my pizza. And the service horrible! They refused to cancel my order and hung up on me!

I ordered online. I arrived for pick up 20 minutes later as per the online ready time. The Howie tracker said it was ready to go. I went inside to pick it up and the teenage employee looked surprised. I watched him go back to find our ticket order still on the printer. He came up and apologized saying that he was up front sweeping which he was but not until after I arrived. He had ear buds in and could not hear. Now I wait longer….. 😞

Placed my order online for delivery, then got a call an hour later saying they only have door dash drivers now, and they can't drive more than 5 miles from the store. I'm 7 miles away so they deleted my order. Management needs to change the stores website in regards to this. Hoping my refund shows up tomorrow. In the meantime, Domino's can have my money.

First time ordering from here. Ordered a pizza and salad. Told them no olives, arrived home and salad full of olives. Pizza didn't taste to good.....

We ordered 3 pizza and had to wait approximately 20-25 minutes. Call ahead if you are in a hurry. The pizzas were great. They also offer a variety of crust flavors. Cajun was a little hot, but so good. I some times judge a place by it bathroom, their bathroom was neat and clean. 5⭐️’s.

Pizza was burnt , wings had no taste and wasn’t prepared properly. They were undercooked! The sub was an absolute joke. Was flat with no veggies and very little to no meat. Waste of money!!!

Best pizza joint that is a chain/corporation. Blows out Papa Johns and the others by a mile. Use coupons for best value. Salad was a little meh but it did end up pairing well with the pizza! Will def order there again! Disco Inferno crust is awesome.

Updating my review to this: This location appears to have a new owner/manager and is far more superior than when originally opened. Last few times my order was spot on with fast and friendly service.

The food and service was great! I've always enjoyed their food. Great quality. I got the thin crust yummy to the tummy bro!

Horrible place to buy a pizza. Products in general not bad (depends what you buy) but the staff/employees the most stupids and incompetent in the market. Every time I place an order or even in store face to face is wrong and they keep me waiting another 30 minutes just to make it again. Advise to others: DO Not leave place without reviewing your order in front of employees. Several times messed up with orders. This is a second review. By mistake I gave another chance to the place since is closer to home (Grand Reserve neighborhood). Failed again. I ordered 2 large pizza for a get together with home delivery today 11/4/23. Pizza came before 5 pm. Was on time. However, I made a mistake and did not review the boxes before driving left home. Looks like driver was in a rush or driving crazy to deliver, both pizzas got all out of shape, messed up against the box (Please see pictures), and I took the picture after we tried to fix it. Very embarrassing in front of invited friends. Once again, not recommended place to order pizza or anything, or if order do no let the driver leave your house before reviewing the product.

I don't think it's a bad place of your in a hurry! Stopped in last week and tried a no-dough bowl and it was a solid portioned meal. I've ordered from them several times and it's always decent/good. This facility has a clean bathroom and several tables in house

I had pizza from Hungry Howie's ten years ago on vacation and I've thought about it nearly every day since. So when I had the opportunity to eat it again, I was stoked. We got a bacon cheddar cheeseburger pizza and it was just as amazing as I remembered it being!

Got the steak and cheese sandwich asked if I wanted butter and Parmesan yeah well don't get that much butter cuz it was drenched lot of Grease but tasted good

Good pizza. I miss it living up in NY. Much better than dominos.

Good Chicken bacon ranch pizza!(

Pizza 5 stars. Restaurant 3 stars. Pizza: Fresh, hot, ready in ~10 minutes, and our son claims his pepperoni and mushroom pizza was delish. I happen to agree. Note: he will only eat HH pizza. :) Restaurant: small (built for take-out and delivery not for dine-in), in an older strip mall, but could be cleaner.

My wife had a pizza that she was not satisfied with and when I called and addressed the issue, the next time I came in they took care of it! These folks really care about their customers! I will happily keep going there to get pizza!!

I have no idea how people that are complaining about delivery, ill speak from a first hand experience. I would recommend this place, the pizza is nothing like northeastern pizza - its more equivalent to dominoes but better. Their subs are not traditional subs and more like a calzone. They spelled toilet wrong on the sign explaining not to use it, however when we were there the "clogged" toilet was not so clogged when the staff went in there and flushed it.

Gave three stars because the service was almost too fast like the girl had better things to do than to check out the customer. Maybe said a total of 3 words. But that wasn’t even the real issue, that was just a little annoying. The real issue is I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sub and it had absolutely no ranch on it and the chicken tasted very bland and chewy. Other than that, the food was decent. Next time I’ll make sure to request the chicken be cooked twice and the ranch be put on the side so I can make sure it’s the way I’d like.

Walked in at 10:00 not noticing they were closed and the guy made my orders. They got a great team. they take care of their customers. I appreciate that.

The prices are crate and the flavored crust that they make available is just a bonus.

Super friendly staff. The pizza was great. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. This place deserves a much higher rating. We'll definitely be back.

Great for a quick bite. Love the crust options and food is always hot and fresh. Never got bad food from this or the other location on Old King's. Staff very friendly and they aim to please.

The meatball sub was great. Thin crust bacon and olive pizza was yummy.

With coupon, got 2 pies and a 2 liter of cold pepsi for $15. Pizza has good amount of cheese and dough, but not 2 crazy about the sauce. Filled us up with leftovers. 2 adults and 3 kids

Have always loved Hungry Howie’s!!! Haven’t been able to have any in about 26/27 years 😭 the folks at this location are AWESOME!!!! The pizza and bread was great!!! Thank You for a very nice dinner.
