Great place to go and have a brew and eat.

Stopped for lunch and a few beers with six people. The beer selection was very good. I was surprised to see Shiner Bock beer on tap one of my favorites. They offered luncheon specials I chose the tenderloin steak sandwich and fries. Steak appeared to be flat grilled I prefer charcoal grilled but it was tender and good nevertheless. Others ordered steak sandwiches and burgers everyone was more than satisfied. There was patio seating parking was a breeze however we were there on a Monday. We all would return for food and drinks. Nice lady tending bar.

Thank you so much for an amazing dinner!!! I grew up in WI and Friday night fish was a tradition. I used to live 2 miles from Hunters and would pick up fish every Friday. I moved to Arizona 5 years ago and came back for a visit in WI and I had one Friday night to have fish and your restaurant didn't disappoint. I recommend this restaurant 100%

This is our go to place. Very friendly and hardworking wait staff. Good menu selection with more than fair prices. Like the fact, when calling in a to go order the wait staff as well as the owner knows it is us and are always very polite. Very cozy atmosphere.

It's super good if you like the heads of animals on the walls vibes. Their burgers always make me happy every time I bite one and all of the bartenders I've interacted with have been lovely. On top of that you really can't beat their prices. Would go back again, probably will soon. Have gone a lot lol

Taco Tuesday is good. Made a good one, and washed it down with an ale. under $10. Kind of crowded, extra seating area was not AC. Had to go to the back, where we were cut off from everyone.

Always a great fish dinner. The bar gets really busy really fast on Friday night but the staff is always up to the challenge. They are big promoters of the local atv/utv and snowmobile clubs.

Best fish fry around. Friendly happy service and great drinks too. We try to go there most Fridays.

Fish was very good. Only complaint (and this is just personal preference) I didn't like my fish piled on top of my fries; makes the fries mushy. So much selection for a hidden treasure. They handle the busyness like pros.

Excellent fish fry and overall menu. I had the seafood platter, mom had haddock. We both had the baby red mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious, and the service was great. They were busy, but kept things moving. I also had a bloody Mary, mom had an old fashioned, and I took a haddock dinner home-$47 total bill. Worth the short trip!

Our first time here we were told by friends and family to check out Hunters. Very nice bar reasonable prices we had the perch and the shrimp everything was very good. Friendly wait staff and very quick service. We will definitely go back(.We went back a couple of times since this review today we had burgers they were very good along with onion petals the service was awesome and the prices are still very reasonable.)

Walleye breading was undercooked and soggy. The perch was good but overpriced. The waitress was nice and although we had an extended wait to get our drinks twice, we were overall satisfied with the waitress/staff, which is why it is a 2-star experience instead of a 1. The wait was also an hour and longer than promised, and I assume not the waitress’s/staff’s fault. Our drinks were served in red plastic cups… apparently not enough glassware and certainly very disappointing. The interaction when a problem was encountered was the back breaker and the reason it was a very bad experience. Zero accountability. Multiple excuses. We will not return.

Hunters is a well run and roomy place with great bar food. The server/bartender was very friendly and accommodating. We had three kinds of cheese curds, and they were piping hot. The burgers came with our choice of three cheeses and grilled onions. They are third pound, and a double is available. Today, they offered baked potato fries which were delectable. It looks like they have a nice fish fry on Fridays which is priced well. Readfield is located just about a mile from the round about where highway 45 and highway 96 intersect. It's easy to find.

Always good food and good company.

I stopped in for lunch yesterday after having friends tell me how good it is. The decor was nicely done, and a large 3 season room makes a great “outdoor” porch for smokers. Ample parking and sports field with bleachers makes it a fine place to play some sports as well as watch others. My steak sandwich was good. I will say that it was not the warmest greeting that I ever got from staff or patrons, but I will most likely stop again sometime.

Friday Night Fish Fry is tops at Hunter's. Lightly battered Perch and Brew Fries. Good selection of other fish and burgers. Inside and covered deck offer plenty of seating but get there early as they get busy after 6pm

Nice looking inside I haven't been in thst bar since I was 18 yrs old. Its alot nicer than when I was young. Also my girlfriend's first time going to a bar since she has been sober. Thanks for the staff and my aunt and uncle who own (just for fun karaoke) for being a positive influence in our lives

Hunter's has outstanding food. On Friday they have super fish fries. For $6 you get fish, choice of potato, cold slaw and bread. No tax either. We had their steak sandwich and it was just super.
