This was about the 3rd or 4th time I was here. We ordered burgers and my husbands was literally RAW in the middle! Not even warm. When we pointed it out to the server, she had the nerve to say that it was cooked how it was ordered, medium rare. She didn't take it off our bill even though it was inedible. So I called later that day to speak to a manager and it turns out that it was actually our server who said they were the manager. She didn't acknowledge that she remembered us and actually said I will let the server and the cook know. Do not go here! They are rude and have no customer service whatsoever. I would post a picture if I could.

Our first food experience here didn’t go so well but subsequent visits were and continue to be great with the food. The menu is fun and we always find something new to try. We came to have lunch and the wraps and appetizers were great. As always we enjoy the staff as they are kind and attentive even when they are very busy. Give this place a try. Updated photos provided and I am proud to say that we continue to patron this bar and grill and will do so in the future! #fun #goodfood #coldbeer #floridalife Although this is a Browns Backers bar which I enjoyed, the food was at best mediocre. The wings were not fried crunchy at all. As a matter of fact they were so soft and the skin was rubbery. The flavor was good but the wings themselves were practically inedible. The place was so crowded that I didnt even want to send my food back and wait longer. If the wings were crunchy I definitely would have given 5 stars. The bartenders were great and the wait staff was good also. Great place to drink and hang out but the food was a turn off for me and my group.

This would have rated higher, but the darn flies all over our food wouldn't allow it. We sat inside near the register by the closed window on the south side in the restaurant.

I love the bartender Sydney ! She’s fast, people friendly and makes one hell of a drink! Rosie is such an amazing server! Very kind, demure and funny! Come here if you want to have fun!

Definitely a tourist vibe with some locals. Was surprised that a party of 12 had no wait! Staff was great and on top of things. Food was pretty good and well cooked.

Please don’t waist your time and hard earned money, they just don’t care. They added on to the place in Cape Coral but they cut the staff. You have got to be kidding me, 15 minutes to get a beer and then after waiting over 15 minutes to order my second beer and food I had enough!! I payed for my beer and walked out!! You should be ashamed of yourselves and where is the Manager, no where to be found. The place is a joke anymore!!! Everyone around me had to wait a minimum of 10 minutes to get service!!!

Overall, our experience with the food and atmosphere was wonderful. It was very lively and people there were nice. However, when it came down to actually ordering the food, we clearly said one meal, and we got another. Our waitress said she “misheard” us, though everyone at our table agreed that we heard the same thing. Our burgers were mixed up, and some sides were forgotten as well. The people are nice, and the atmosphere is wonderful, but the service isn’t the greatest. Well come back around again to see if there’s any improvement, but as of right now, our expectations have been considerably lowered.

Traditional and boneless wings are great. They have a drive-through window for pickup orders which is very helpful.

WILL NOT SERVE FOOD AFTER 11!! what is the point of a late night restaurant that closes the kitchen.....I work late and the only restaurant that is open this late is hurricanes or McDonald's and I try to get a normal meal at hurricanes and they tell me their kitchen is closed every night over and over again and a different time. They tell me it's just based off volume but they don't realize they have no volume at night because they keep closing the kitchen and the people that want to come out and have an actual meal and a drink are only allowed to give alcohol and then you end up with a bunch of drunk people fighting constantly at hurricanes because they're not serving any food and these people are getting way too drunk! Kinda a mess....fights ...booze ....no food!

Posted up at the bar with some friends while in the area. The place was pretty chill and the bar staff were awesome. Made some really great drinks and I'll certainly be stopping by in the future if I'm in the area

The best place is meh. My fajita bowl was nothing I would order again. The karaoke blazing outside while different music playing inside made for an uncomfortable atmosphere

The food here was really good. We went on taco Tuesday, and the amount of meat you get on your taco is fulfilling. The service was a bit slow and didn't check on us much. Other than that, the food and the drinks were really good. We'll definitely go back soon.

Ordered take out. I was there in line 5 minutes before the pickup time, and it only took me 10 minutes to get home after picking up. The food was cold (got the pretzel and it was rock hard) and everything was bland with no flavor. The place was packed, so maybe the food's better if you dine in. This is the 2nd time we've ordered take out and both times it wasn't good...definitely won't be ordering again.

Overall a good place to eat and a quick and easy drive thru for pick up.

This is a must go to. The food was priced great and tasted amazing. The staff was very courteous and attentive.

Service I gave 4 stars bcuz the waitress kept rushing me to pay bcuz her shift was ending...funny thing is another girl took our payment while the original waitress/bartender was out side stretching and chopping it up with some local. Other than that, everything else was great.

This restaurant is amazing when it comes to food and service. My biggest complaint is that they have flies. I cannot eat where flies are around me trying to pitch on my food.

The daily specials are worth it. I would recommend the wings. Very delicious and they have a variety of sauces to choose from. On one occasion they had a trivia night with prizes and on another trip they had bingo, also with prizes. Very warm and friendly atmosphere.

We enjoy trivia there on Fri afternoons. Popcorn is free, my large salad is wonderful, other's shrimp appetizers are enjoyed by others. It's busy when we go as a group but servers seem to keep up.

We love Hurricane's. The wings are so good and the choice of sauces is above expectations. We really have never had a bad meal and the service has always been amazing.

We ended up getting boneless wings with Garlic butter Broccoli, and the parm fries. It was very good. The server was too busy gossiping with other staff about the drunk getting arrested.

Horrible service. Ignored my wife and her recovering cancer patient mom, who wanted Hurricane Wings. They drove out of their way, got her together which is a task, to be seated and-ignored.

Dont take your family there for dinner. The tea tasted like water. The square frozen cheese stix including marinara was flavor less. Me and my wife got 20 wings it was obvious they pre cook there wings then add whatever flavor you order in a very thin layer of sauce as its ordered because guess what again the wings had no flavor. I complained and the server notified the manager and the manager never came so i paid my bill and left 80+ bill for food we ate 4 wings between the two of us and the rest went back to the kitchen for trash. My family wont be back maybe if you just want to drink go for it but dont waste your money on trash food

They closed the front patio , too hot on outside patio not enough fans , never enough servers or bartenders around wait to long for drinks the wings are good but this place is going down hill fast management should really listen to the customers on what they want to make the place enjoyable, this place was amazing once ... listen to the people who come to your restaurant/bar on what they like and it will be amazing again

The servers are always polite and attentive, the restaurant has a coastal feel that we like and the food is always fresh and prepared to our liking!

The food was delicious, everything came out as ordered. It did take some time, and waitress seemed overwhelmed. Food was a little pricey, but again, it was very good.

Nothing bad to say. It's pretty good food for the price. The cook is fantastic.

This was my 2nd time visiting this restaurant and both times the service was friendly, the food has been on point delicious, the atmosphere was busy. However, I felt the live music on the patio was too loud for any type conversations.

Placed a to go order and it took FOREVER! Waited at the drive through for them to finally tell us to come inside and pick it up. Then they forgot to make the 2 orders of tacos! Literally waited for over an hour. For the guy to say he’s sorry, he’s working a double. I don’t care! That’s not my problem! Welcome to the restaurant industry. Get your act together Hurricanes!

These people don't hear a word you say. Got the order wrong first. Secondly asked two different people ( nicely ) to put on the baseball game and it never happened. One even had Boss on the back of her shirt so you would think they could get it done.Why have 18 tvs outside if you can't put on what a customer wants to watch. Food was OK but overpriced. Shame because the venue is nice.

Once we were passed the shift change debacle, it was awesome. The evening bartenders on the 16th (outside bar), were awesome! They were attentive, drinks were great and food was delicious! We will be back, just not at 4pm shift change!!!! Great local spot!

FOOD COULD BE MUCH BETTER -- REALLY JUST A BAR We came on a Friday night, both indoors and out were LOUD - less noisy outside. Wife's grilled shrimp was good my fried fish was a battered ocean whiting of good size. Those were the only positives. The ceasar salad was lousy and the cilantro lime rice was horrible (sticky and tasteless). Fries were not crisp and portion very small. A little more effort at the salad and rice would have helped tremendously and we would have given a much better rating. The beer was in a small glass - not a full pint for $7. Ultimately, this place is about the drinks and profits not the food. We won't be back. Live music was a woman doing kareoke! Our server Alyson was FANTASTIC - very attentive and kind.

My mom was really craving wings so we drove from North Ft. Myers cause I can’t deny, y’all do have the best wings in town!! Walking in we waiting behind another party of two for any sign of employees for what seemed like 6 min until someone finally came to the host stand and sat our groups. At the table we waited about another 10 minutes for a server but placed our drink, appetizer, and entree order all at once so we didn’t have to risk her running back and forth. From there everything went smoothly. 3 stars for atmosphere as is is very hot in there and the booths and tables are a bit sticky.

Zero stars. We went there Saturday around 2pm not busy, sat more than 15 Minutes, Never got Waited on! Wont recommend.

Got sat at a outside table. Sat there for 20 mins. Waiting on a waitress. Several waitresses attending a couple tables next to us but never made any attempt at making contact with us. We walked out and no one even addressed us. Poor service.
