Fabulous seafood! Had fried shrimp, soft-shell crab, fried okra, onion rings + hush puppies. Everything was amazing! Not too much batter, okra tasted like it was just picked. Definitely worth the stop for lunch! I normally wouldn't stop at a food truck, but the reviews were awesome and spot on! Loved the little gal at the window and her descriptions. 😃

Beautiful little set up, although outdoors there was a nice breeze and they have many fans. Food was out of this world and owners greet you with a smile. Portions are plentiful!

Great grouper and crabcake sandwiches. Family service at a roadside stand. Never go to the beach without stopping here.

Food is awesome, service is great. Atmosphere I can't comment on, I always order take out.

Hutton's has phenomenal food, doesn't matter if you order seafood or a burger. The staff is very friendly and gets you're order out quick to you. I very much recommend eating here if you are in the area.

Always good food!!! Some times you have to wait a lot longer for your food they get very busy at times but food quality is always top knotch!!!

July 15th 2024 Clam strips were so burnt. The food made me extremely sick. I threw up all my food. My husband threw his away. I've eaten here many of times with no problems. Horrible,Horrible today! That was a waste of $70. And who puts food that's completely burnt still in the to go container. We also did not get any hushpuppies. Definitely will not be back. Bunch of young girls working not caring if they give their customers burnt food and no hushpuppies.

Had the soft shell crab they were fabulous, a little pricey but worth every dime of it, they gave you lots of food for your money

If I could give 6 stars I would. I will literally drive out of my way to grab lunch here.

Wow is all I can say. Everything was absolutely delicious. It beats Angelo's hands down. Highly, highly, highly recommend it. Now if only I lived closer and not 7 hours away 😭

Nice food truck style restaurant. Order at the trailer then eat at sheltered picnic benches from takeout boxes. Appears to be operated by family and friends. Prices reasonable. Southern style seafood very good.

Best fried and grilled grouper we’ve ever had. Super fresh! The coleslaw was great as well as the grits and onion rings. Plus we got to eat outside where the resident cat hit us up for a sample. We loved it!

When I moved to Florida in 2011 we'd eat here a few times a week for lunch. The grilled grouper sandwich, Italian, with fries and salad. Or the softshell crab sandwich. Prices crept up and we had to cut back. Then the ownership changed, I changed jobs, and we stopped going almost completely. I've stopped 3 or 4 times since the new owners took over a few years ago. It's more expensive and not as good as it used to be. It feels like it started tasting the same as the fried stuff from other local seafood places whereas i used to prefer them to the others. I'm nostalgic for the old Huttons from 2011. I'm not the only one, everyone in our family has expressed similar opinions. Last time I got a shrimp dinner for my father in-law and he ate 3 shrimp before feeding them to the dogs. Something has changed besides just ownership and not for the better.

Love this hut every time I go to the coast. They have great food. The prices are fair, but the wait can be a little long. No fear, just have to know the times to go and I've learned the best times are opening throughout the work week and not on holidays and festivals in that area. But me and my friends, co-workers, and family love it.

Fabulous place to grab some excellent seafood or burger. Sit outside or take it back home with you. Friendly service.

Just a small roadside stand but they have better food than anyone else around.

I ain’t never been to any seafood joint that has left me satisfied. There’s being full because you ate a lot but then there’s satisfied when you’ve eaten just enough to quell your appetite. I got a flounder platter AND the Sea Monster po boy (highly recommended btw) and it left my spirit happy. Good people making good food, I will be coming back for at least two po boys next time.

Wonderful outdoor seafood venue. Friendly staff. We had the grouper ($13j and catfish ($10) lunch baskets with coleslaw, cheese grits, and fried okra, all excellent. It’s an incredibly good deal for fresh seafood. Would love to come here again.

For Valentine's day, my husband wanted to take me to lunch. I picked Hutton's! They are the nicest folks that run the food truck and the day was perfect for sitting outside. We being older cannot eat as much as we once did. We shared the fried grouper dinner and it was more than we both could eat! The fish, baked beans, fried green tomatoes and hush puppies were piping hot! Plus, they know how to make hushpuppies the right way! We were happily stuffed!

Excellent food,service and decent price. The must try is the crab poppers. And the burger so good

Fun seafood truck with seating available outside. Overall good southern style seafood, maybe a little bit too much seasoning and salt on my oyster and shrimp.

Hier fahren wir nie vorbei, wenn wir auf dem Weg zum Manatee Park sind. Das Essen gibt es in Boxen, aber ist reichlich und lecker. Der gegrillte Catfish ist gut und auch der Krautsalat. Man sitzt draußen oder kann auch überdacht sitzen. Eine Toilette ist vorhanden und genug Parkplätze auch.

10.28.23 @3p: We traveled 15+miles per a recommendation and OMGEE. .... what a great decision we made today! The lady at the window was kind and considerate as I took a while to get sorted. She was sweet and patient, as well. The food was sooo good and freshly made-to-order! The portions were perfect and so was the seasoning. Since the weather was nice, sitting under the shed may have been a good idea. Instead, we did a grab & go.... I'm going back soon!

Really expected something great, with Seinyard closed we decided to try this. Very expensive for what you get. Tiny, and I mean TINY, oysters. They were so small, they probably should not have been served! Shrimp OK. Grouper was good. $62 for 2 lunches (water to drink) at a NO OVERHEAD food truck is steep, even in this economy! Seinyard for us from now on, much larger portions and far less costly

Grilled shrimp, green beans, hushpuppies, and okra were perfect. The friend shrimp tasted like fish and was salty. The sweet tea was good.

I stopped here to treat my mom to a meal. I’m aware of the good reputation and know many who praise their Grouper Sandwich. My mom choose the Deviled Crab dinner. Her review, the food was certainly fresh, hot and prepared quickly. The slaw was very good, the grits ok, the hush puppies not so much… the crab cakes were tasty, but, quite unfortunately, they were filled with shells. I watched my mom take a bite and then I would hear crunch, crunch, crunch… time and time again. She had to spit out bits of shell with each bite. This made me and her very disappointed. First, that was a $20.00 meal and second, she could even finish the one thing she wanted… the crab cakes. Mom and I agree, they need a new picker!

This place is great! Ever think about eating a giant bug but it taste delicious and fried? That is what the soft shell blue crab was like! You eat the whole crab legs and all. Will certainly come back here again!

Great little food truck in Medart. Had the fried soft shell crabs dinner. It was excellent and another of food. I will be going back to try other things.

Every time I order from here and have it delivered they either forget to hand the dasher all my food or either they get the order wrong and just forget to cook all of my order to be delivered 🤦 then I have to go threw he Hassel of still having to go pick up the order. Do better Hutton's employees js.....

Nice place to get a fry seafood fix!!! Good flavor and not greasy. Whenever we get back in this part of town, we’ll dine here again.

We stopped in for lunch and went back for take-out when we stayed nearby. My fried crab cake sandwich was not bad, but my husband's Sea Monster Po Boy was the winner -- it was bursting with fried grouper, fried shrimp, and small fried scallops. The seasoned fries were hot and well-cooked. The fried green beans were probably good also, but they aren't french fries. This is basically a permanent food truck with picnic tables under a tree or a metal shelter -- extremely casual. The staff is friendly and the food is good.

Was passing by and saw a food truck.. I always get excited when I see food trucks on the side of the road because chances are the food is going to be delicious.... and this little spot did not disappoint.. I think they were trying to impress me with 8 shrimp when I was olny supposed to get 6..... THEY DID... I'm not a fan of hushpuppies.. even my mommas but THESE HUSHPUPPIES ARE THE BEST I EVER HAD.. I LITERALLY BROKE THEM INTO PIECES DO THAT TBEYD LAST LONGER.. I'm amazed that the shrimp lunch basket is only $9.. it's worth waaaaaay more.. whenever I'm back in this area I will definitely stop by

Outdoor picnic style eatery. Excellent seafood for the price if you don't need ambience. This was the best place I found after eating at several places between Crawfordville and Carrabelle. Try to get there before 2pm for the basket lunches. The fried green tomatoes are terrific, the seafood is very good, and all the portions were generous. Eating area and bathroom were clean.

We really enjoyed our food. I wanted to try mullet and it was great here. Baked beans and cheese grits were great too. My husband got the crab cakes and was surprised that they were deep fried and reddish inside but he said they were great. He said the fries were possibly the best fries he had in his life. He also liked the cole slaw. The only downsides were the wait was longer than we expected - about 30 minutes and the sauce was left out of our to go boxes.

The best catfish I have ever had. Do not be fooled by the small establishment they are serving amazing food. Not only is the food amazing, the prices are great. On first impression you will see a simple shack on the side of the road and I promise you if you stop it will be 100% worth it. Order the catfish sandwich combo all the way and you will not be sorry. Southern born and raised and it doesn’t get better than this.

We'd been by this food truck type establishment on 319 several times, and noticed it stays busy, so we stopped. I'm so glad we did! I got the grouper basket with fried green tomatoes and green beans. The beans are clearly homemade, with bacon and onion. The tomatoes were thick sliced and flavorful without the need for any condiment. The grouper was delicious, crispy outside and perfectly cooked inside. My husband got the seafood po' boy. It looked so good, and he LOVED it. We will definitely be back!

The food was awesome. Seating is outdoors and hot, but the owners have too big oscillating fans to cool off patrons. Just hold on to your plate, lol. All in all it was really good.

Five stars for Huttons! A bit pricey but isn't everything these days? Their hush puppies are the bomb as is their slaw. No point in driving any further down the road for terrific seafood.

I got a CB Deluxe to go. When I got it home it was about the size of a small plate and about 3" thick. The pattie was enormous and had about 1/2lb. of cheese on it topped with 4 slices of thick bacon, lettuce tomato, mayo, 2 pickle slices toasted buns. The pattie was medium just like I ordered it. Cut it in half, had 2 meals and some left over for the cat. $12 with tea and slaw.

This is a roadside food trailer type spot with some of the most incredible fried seafood I've ever had. Soft shell crab is their specialty. Also, best hush puppies I've ever tasted.
