First time trying Hwy 77 Cafe and I'll say the food was outstanding. I had the Biscuits and Gravy for breakfast and absolutely loved it! The waitress was very nice and attentive. Very clean restaurant with all the comforts of the south, and just being around kind, hard working, and respectful country folks like myself! Thank you to all the people at Hwy 77 cafe that made it such an enjoyable experience! Hasta la vista!!

I had the Anaheim burger basket it was one of the best burgers I have had in a long time .

Traditional restaurant set up and it is super clean. Food is very fresh cooked. Dish price is reasonable with great high food quality. Employees were very helpful and patient.

Amazing Cafe with great food and service. We arrived a little late (11am) for breakfast, but they were kind enough to feed us breakfast anyways. Get some banana pudding before you leave .....

After a romantic drive; what an amazing treat! The staff made us feel comfortable. The food came out hot and tasted delicious! The atmosphere gave well deserved respect to our military personnel!

It's unreasonably high-priced for the low quality you receive. The grilled chicken sandwich was tough, dry and tasteless.

Ordered the pepper burger, added bacon to it and that was the wrong thing to do. Bacon was not fresh and reheated, dry and hard. Not hard to tell fresh from reheated old bacon, killed the burger and my review.

Very cool highway diner that appears in the middle of nowhere! Friendly service and great food with a nice vibe. Walls are covered with pictures of veterans, old and new and each is indexed with a number so you can see their name and information. Multiple generations too with things like "...son of #293." The index can be found on their website or they also have a tri-fold menu style printout that you can look at as well. Love this place!!

We took the drive down based on a friend's recommendation and I am glad we did. Friendly staff and a clean country atmosphere. My liver and onions was okay (great brown gravy) while my girlfriend's chicken fried steak was fantastic. Great desserts as well. No booze but you can byob. You don't need to though as the food is great.

The employees are so sweet and so are the desserts! The food was great. Pur kids rarely eat all of their food, but they did this time. We will be back!

Me and my wife was going to Rosebud to pick up some stuff and decided to stop and check this place out. Love the look, very American. I got the chicken fried steak and my wife got catfish. We also got the fried mushroom appetizer. The mushrooms were very good and our plates of food was really good as well. Service was good as well. Will have to visit this place again sometime.

Try the pork burger. Laid back, not rushed. Dependable go-to.

First time going and definitely won’t be my last. Me and my family really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and welcoming smell of home cooked food. You can tell they actually put time and flavor into their food. The prices are more then fair especially in this time in age. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

After passing this place several times while traveling, I finally got the chance to stop. Very pleasant experience! The food was delicious and the service was great. We tried the fried mushroom appetizer and it was perfect! The mushrooms were so big they had to be cut in 4ths to eat. The batter was delicious and not greasy at all! The meatloaf was a huge portion and tasty! The fish and shrimp combo plate was big enough to share and the onion rings were perfection! Hand-battered and deliciously crispy. The patty melt was flavorful and gooey. And the desserts were delicious. Everyone got something different and no one was disappointed. The peach cobbler was big enough to share with 3 people. We will be back!

Going to this little restaurant was a great experience. We were passing through town and just so happened upon this place. It looks so tiny from outside, but it's pretty spacious inside. Our waitress was very nice, and answered any questions we had about the menu. The burger was good, and the whole family enjoyed their meals. We had the banana pudding for dessert, and it was delicious. I'd highly recommend stopping here for lunch.

Such a beautiful beautiful place on another note here's a brand new fact they just got brand new dining in chairs most beautiful I think they're my favorite out of three to four other restaurants around plus my grandmother thinks they're the most beautiful

Good home cooking, we have burgers and steaks, both were cooked perfectly. The kids octo dogs was a hit with our toddler.

Interesting, authentic countryside type of restaurant, but a little pricey, in my opinion, for that kind of simple and old-ish place. Overall experience was good, the food was good, the people were nice and friendly. I would recommend stopping, considering the road it's on and the lack of places to eat on it.

The Heart of Texas Corvette Club did a back road cruise from Georgetown to the Hwy 77 Cafe where we stopped for lunch. The food was great, and the service was fantastic. All of the staff were super friendly.

Fast & friendly service made for a quick road trip pit-stop in a sit-down restaurant. Great food, fair prices. Glad we decided to stop in. All the 5 star reviews are right.
