I Will not be coming back , after coming in and it being so PACKED ,and barely any parking , my partner and I finally have dinner . We Get our Bill and for 2 people it was 42.90 . We paid our bill , and the waiter looked at us and said “ THAT DOESN'T INCLUDE THE TIP “ .. before I can pull out anything she says it again .. I didn’t know people are supposed to force a tip on customers . Gave her 3 dollars just to get out my face cause at that point I was to stunned to even speak , Never coming back customer service is TRASH 🗑️!!

This is a good place to go with the family there is everything suchi, meat, chicken, rice, pasta, soup,. desserts . You can repeat as many times as you want.

Cant beat a good meal, excellent service, with quality items, always on alert for guest request. Always stop by with my family. Its a staple... worth it!!!

The worst buffet there is, the food is horrible, it is not hygienic, there should be inspection of the food department, do not go to this place, I do not recommend it.

Best chinese if your in Florida near the parks

First off no Hibachi. They food was ok. We didn't try the sushi. The bathrooms needed attention. We were a group of 6 seated at booth that was for four people. The sever did ask if we wanted a chair eventually. The deserts were the highlight. We hardly saw the staff. The price was reasonable. I probably won't go back.

The food was OK. I'd stay away from the seafood period. The food didn't look as fresh as my previous visit. I came for dinner. I spent about $20. Per person for my family. I prefer Super Kings Buffet over Ichiban because of the quality & temperature of the food. There food may be better @ lunch time.

My family ate here while visiting Orlando. The food was good, and there were many selections. The sushi bar has a lot of sashimi. Service would need some improvements.

Excellent service and delicious food

Good choice of food and still good for buffet style! Once again the problem comes down to the level of service, waitress and hostess cold and without a smile! In addition they work with their cell phones in hand (not professional at all) and no longer eat while working in front of us While still eating our dessert, she arrives with the bill and asks to pay now! Cold and tasteless decor, but at the same time don't expect too much flair and good taste in decor when we're talking about a "Chinese" restaurant 🥡

Easily the worst food, I was so unimpressed. Hot food was cold, cold food was warm. Serving plates were messy and unchanged. Probably will not go back after this experience.

Food is ok. The cleanliness of the relative dirty. But the pinnacle is the boss who is incapable of using a smart bank card. He persists in wanting to use the magnetic strip which is deactivated to avoid fraud. Result refusal from the bank and he refuses, screaming, to use the chip. I ended up being able to type my code and miraculously the transaction was accepted. For the food and the price yes for the rest go your way

Gone way down hill in food and service and way up in price. Went in for lunch and $63 later for 3 people (they told us when we questioned the price that we were there during dinner, buyer beware of times). Plus, they no longer have the Hibachi Grill available. Would no longer recommend the restaurant.

Had dinner with my family here while visiting Orlando. Lots of selection and options making it easier for everyone to eat what they wanted. Also very reasonably priced. Our server was fantastic and very hard working. Will definitely be back again on my next visit to Florida.

The food was good and I was here with some important friends of mine and everyone was having a good time. Until the check came we happily paid but when it came time for the waitress to bring our check back she said the tip was not included but then forced us to tip her! We wanted to leave the tip on the table before we left but then when she seen the money is our hands she pointed at a tip amount and demanded us give her that tip and we where very unpleased.! We wanted to give what we thought she deserved but when she seen it was an amount she didn’t like she pointed to amount she wanted.

Buffet style restaurant so you serve yourself, thefood itself was abundant and very tasty I particularly enjoyed the sushi but has got a very canteen style ambience.

Food nothing. We are here at 8.30PM many items are not refilled when we ask people they mentioned it was out. There is nothing to refill. Many items are not well presented or tasty. I tried previous buffets which are good. Here I don't feel happy money is not worth it to pay.

I used to love Ichiban, their food quality went down even more and be careful with one of the servers. My son tipped $10, and there were singles on the tray that we were not planning to tip. She literally grabbed the bills and wouldn't let go and not understand that we already tipped she was practically over my cousin, who was one seat away from my son. She then even grabbed coins, and when we decided to let her have the extra dollars, she high fived him and giggled. The service was not exceptional to tip extra. I've lived in this country for 30 yrs and never in my life did I experience something like this. That was the last time I visit Ichiban, and you lost my business.

Food was great, experience ruined by waitress who wasnt even our original one harassing me for more tip money and blocking me in my seat she's lucky i didn't punch her teach your staff to accept what they were given and not be greedy

First of all, one of the staff bring the check and we didn’t even ask for while we were eating, she was rushing us to go, and we gave her tip but still we was asking for more tip, what?! Really insane. Don’t go save you some money.

I wouldn’t even give this place ONE star, but I’m required to. First off, your servers should never hover over someone as they fill out the tip portion of their receipt and point to the percent that they should pay. The service was lacking and the waitress was rude when my children didn’t finish everything on their plate (not a lot left). The Sushi is disgusting and everything tastes old. It’s no wonder everyone in our party got sick the day after. I also find it a coincidence that a member of our party had his credit card information stolen after eating at this establishment.

We went to this restaurant for lunch ! Food was quite Good but the staff was HORRIBLE, UNPOLITE and DISRESPECTFUL. The lady required that we pay the bill and the tips that she decided and she stood in front of the table until we paid ! I never experienced this situation ! Avoid this restaurant ! Ayo guys this place kinda sucks not gonna lie they took 20 minutes to refill my empty glass of water and when it was time for the bill the waitress told us we had to pay in cash because their machine had apparently broken down 5 minutes earlier. What if we had no cash? Could we have just left? Waitress is so lucky we tipped her that she should go buy the lottery with that luck 🤑🤑. Or use that money to go gambling that's a fun option too 🗣️. Yes this story is real it is not made up.

Simply outstanding!! We have been there about four times!!! We like Hokkaido but Ichiban is our favorite!! We took our daughter and son-in-law there for dinner (visiting from Atlanta) and they loved it too!!

Everything is very good, I consider that we have education apart, we always leave the place where we eat clean wherever we go, and the waitresses demand tips, there were 3 of us, we left 8 dollars for a clean table and the waitress gave us a bad face, on another occasion of 5 people equal education above all clean table and 14 tip the waitress demanded a minimum of 20 tips...sometimes you make the sacrifice to go to eat and also leave them tips but they are never happy

I’m a regular here I bring my family here atleast 2 times a month and the owner needs to really do something about these waitresses litterally hovering over you or loudly saying you didn’t tip enough I’m sorry they may have guilt tripped me the first couple times into a larger tip but not anymore they do this every single time and now I think this might be the last time I bring my family here I’d rather go somewhere that I won’t be harassed

Old, dirty, food was lukewarm and tasteless. Can't expect much for the price, but I gotta say this is below standard. We had one quick plate and was outta there. Only came for lunch because it was close to our hotel. Never again.. and it's a little awkward when the server stands right next to you, staring to see how much tip you're gonna leave.. weird and tactless.

Gave a 3 on service because there's this one waitress that fights u for tips, on bottom of receipt there's suggestions or estimates of % of what tip should be and if u give a penny less than that amount she gets mad and blocks your way out, food is good tho. If it wasn't for her bad reputation it be a better review.

I don't highly recommend salty food as soon as you sit down and the waitress, without giving you an alternative, is already putting your drink on the side, they ask for a 20% tip, very aggressively, they bring you the bill without asking for it, within a maximum of 30 minutes of your arrival they begin to take your money. things that are on your table without asking if you are going to continue eating the things that are there in particular I did not like it and I disliked the xo behavior of the waitress they totally did not let me continue eating and they did not let me finish drinking my orange I would not return

Harassed for more tip - ruined experience and judging by the other reviews this is a normal occurrence at this restaurant. Food was decent for a buffet and everything went well until it was time to leave. We paid our bill and the "waitress" came, counted her tip, and DEMANDED more. Mind-blowing. We left $10 which is more than we typically leave for buffets, but she wouldn't leave until she got more. She stood over us for at least 3 min. So uncomfortable! As we left the woman at the front had more words to say to us and was actually yelling that we were required to leave at least 15% tip 😳. We suggested they add in the tip to bill in the future if they feel that way. So wild. Obviously we're never coming back.

Honesty the food was good everything was going great up until the waitress waited for a higher tip she wasn't leaving until we gave her more . To me that's RUDE!!!Never again she expected 20 bucks because she picked up plates smh

Ok food. Normal Chinese buffet. Be prepared to tip even though it's a buffet. Normally I don't mind but the service wasn't great and I couldn't leave until I tipped.

I’ve been to this buffet several times and thought it would be nice to bring my family from out of town (total 8) to check it out. I was very unhappy with service of one waitress in particular who hovered over my family rudely reaching over to refill drinks before they were finished and interfering with conversation when she was not asked. When she bought the checks to the table which were split in 3, she pointed out where to write tips and how much. She then rudely told my sister she could have give $2 more then told everyone what each person gave her. I never seen anything like this and this was my last time stepping foot in that restaurant. I will be sure to recommend any where but here. Management should have been around to observe.

Deplorable food and worst service I've ever had! 0$ tip! Lady help my credit card waiting on her tip and I told her give me my card back and wrote a huge fat 0 and then told her how horrible her service was ! Party of 7 no drink refills, made us hand her our plates instead of her grabbing them! And sat on there damn phones in the back most of the time we where there! Do not go there at 9:30am they will tell you that they are close even though they closed at 10:30pm on google map. Change your timings and stop misguiding people.

DO NOT GO HERE AFTER 830PM. They start cleaning around you with toxic bleach cleaner in massive amounts. They quit servicing the bar. The food was okay. But after the horrible service I will never go back. No excuses for cleaning literally under the feet of a guest standing there dining. Repulsive.

Bathrooms are dirty, food taste nasty, saw a roach, waiter have nasty moods and attitude, not many options, ice cream taste nasty, the food is not worth it, and don’t forget to save your money bc it’s not worth the curiosity.

I ignored the bad reviews to my peril! The food bins were empty and I had to ask several times for fried rice and lo mein hot and sour soup was bland and dumplings were empty. Nobody out of our party for 6 really ate anything partly as food wasn't great but also the main part such as noodles and rice were missing.

Very bad, the waitresses get angry if they don't tip, they demand the tip and that and if you give them less than $10, they demand more, that's why they have to improve on not demanding a tip.

Me and my family come down to Florida often. We like a good Chinese buffet. We always come here. But the last few years the servers have became ridiculous. At the end the waitress stood over my husband and pointed out how much he can tip her. Waited to look at it and wasn't what she wanted. The food is okay but the harassment is CRAZY. I'd give them 0 star if I could. Next trip we'll be skipping here. $60 bill to be harassed is mind blowing.

A tremendous variety of tasty food, including Asian dishes, fresh fruit, and several dessert choice. At some Asian buffet all the food tastes the same. Not here. Plus, very attentive wait staff, who earn their tips because they are kept busy. Definitely recommend this buffet to locals and visitors alike.

I think there is no control with the food in that where they serve, the sea food is together and the other, for example there were lobsters and chicken next to it, so if I am allergic to sea food, it is not a place for me, don't worry. provides security.

The food was good but the cashier and server had a very bad attitude. The atmosphere is just okay nothing special. They don't give you an itemized receipt so you really don't know what you're paying for.
