Ideal Nutrition has been a life saver! The meals are tasty, macro-tracking friendly, and great for when you don’t have time to meal prep. Manny and the rest of the staff are amazing!! They know you by first name, remember your favorite meals, and offer helpful recommendations. I’m greeted with a warm welcome every single time! This location will forever be my go-to.

All the food is good here, we eat from Ideal Nutrition every week however the vegetarian eggplant is so bad, I recommend you stop making it because it is not being made correctly. Eggplant has to cured so it is tender and not rubbery and chewy. I had to throw it out and spit it out today. Everything else is always delicious. It is nice to have a good meal eat day, that's easy and cost effective.

My nutritionist recommended Ideal nutrition and I visited for the first time today. Two young men were working who completely ignored me. No greeting, no offer to assist, no thank you when I purchased a few meals. I know how hard it is to find good help and how easy it is for bad help to lose customers. I will not return.

Meals are really good. Packed with protein and fresh! Perfect portions. Good options to choose from and way cheaper than making a meal at home.

I've been going to this location for a few years now and the food is always priced fair and consistently good. The staff that works during the day are very personable and accomodating. My favorite is the cilantro pulled chicken and firecracker meatballs. Highly recommend ideal nutrition.

Food choices Excellence lots of vegan options

Food is fresh and delicious and prices cheaper than McDonald's. Delivered to your door. A+ meatballs, sweet potato fries, stuffed shells, chicken, salmon, wings. Containers look small, but portions are good size, and I'm a big guy. Ty.

The actual best thing is that there is no membership to force you into. It’s like a grocery store for pre made meals! Order ahead so they don’t run out, but the food is great. The price is even better! Seriously thank you for saving me hundreds and loads of time. Also the chocolate protein muffins are to die for. Oh and they have gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options!

Ideal nutrition is hands down the best meals in south florida. There is always so many options and all the staff is super friendly and beyond helpful. Would highly recommend trying. Once you do, you will be hook for life I know I am.

Very nice experience. Easy to get to off PGA Blvd, parking right up front. When you walk in it is very clean and welcoming. Everything is very organized in the entire store. The manager was very informative and had a GREAT attitude. It was refreshing actually. Food variety also a plus in this place. Prices very reasonable. Down to the food, I had the steak and sweet potatoes last night, with the pesto sauce and OMG it was so tasty! I was shocked how much I liked it. I highly recommended giving this place a try. I was spending 22-30 a day having door dash deliver my food to work and wasn't as tasty as this food. I absolutely can't wait for lunch!!

I absolutely love the meals! I have yet to find one that I didn't enjoy. The food is fresh, very tasty and so convenient to make, especially on days when I juat don't feel like cooking. I appreciate the friendliness of the driver. The texts indicating his arrival time is a big help so that I have my bag ready for him. When he arrives, he always greets me with a smile on his face. I also, have never had a problem with the temperature of the products when I receive them.

Loving the convenience and price of the meals. I’d like to see more options for gluten free, dairy free. These two dietary restrictions are becoming more popular and so far over the last 2 months, I can only eat 2-3 of the same meals each week. More variety would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

My go-to meal prep service when I can't meal- prep myself... Which is often. I enjoy most of the meals. I rarely have problems with pick up or delivery. I only had an issue with 2 meals I've ordered (out of about 60 so far) and I was quickly refunded without a problem.

Great menu and fantastic prices. I'm a single guy and I eat out almost 100% of the time. For 8 dollars a meal you can't go wrong. It's good quality food and it's all preloaded in MyFitnessPal for easy tracking.

The meals are generally good - my two comments are 1) the lids are not tight and food is not sealed in , so food can fall out 2) the labels / instructions are very tiny and no longer color coded - please help us distinguish from vegan and traditional, for instance !

It was highly recommended by a few friends of mine. I grabbed a few meals expecting it to be average. I was truly and pleasantly surprised by the quality and how delicious the food was. I am definitely going back again. It will make the weekly meal planning a lot easier.

Food is delicious - customer service great - I highly recommend this for quick, delicious and healthy meals. Budget friendly and a large variety of breakfast and lunch/dinner options including vegan paleo and gluten free items. Watch the dates as several items should have been reduced due to the eat or freeze by date which was within a few days of when we purchased. Otherwise - fantastically delicious
