customer service was very poor there i feel discriminated she wouldn’t even acknowledge me ice cream is good but not worth the rudeness and disrespectfulness

This was my first time going to Jeremiah and it was amazing! The two ladies that assisted us were so sweet and very honest when asked what were the good flavors and for recommendations to try first. Their customers service was the best I’ve seen in a long time. We will definitely return back soon!

1st time trying and we were excited to try. It didn’t disappoint. The Italian ice and ice cream combo was so good. I wish I could’ve eaten two. The premade selections were great or you can make your own. The girl behind the counter explained for us eveything which helped :)

They have so many flavors to choose from and they are all so good

My fiancé and I had never been to Jeremiah’s before and were excited to try it. We ordered a couple samples and each time the guy worker was about to hand them to us he’d shake his hair into the ice cream. I understand he has a tick, but nobody wants someone to shake their head above their food before it’s served. It grossed us out enough to leave and don’t plan to come back.

Great products. Missing 2 stars mainly due to the male worker consistently shaking his hair over everyone’s food! I understand this may be a tick but no one wants to feed their kids anything that may have hair, dandruff, etc. in it due to the way it was prepared. A simple hair net would be helpful in this situation.

I like it the Italian ice is very good :).

We have been to several Jeremiah's Italian Ice store on both coasts of Florida. This store is a bit small but has all the Jeremiah combinations as well as ice cream and gelatos. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Try the Orange Ice with the Vanilla, its is just like an Orange Creamcicle. The store is very clean and located in a large shopping center so parking is not a problem. Try a free sample.

It was really good to eat and I want to come here 100000000 times and the service was the best 🥇. The bathrooms are very clean and the toilets flush well.

I have been to their location in Atlanta and this one didn't disappoint. The icing on the cake was the guy that served us. He appeared to have been doing his job for years but told us only 3 months...he was so quick and good. He made the experience very pleasant. The flavors we chose were outstanding....I had the strawberry shortcake.

Always clean and staff is pateint as we take our time figuring out our order!

I brought my family to Jeremiah’s after seeing a movie. The treats were delicious and the crew was super friendly and helpful! We had a great experience! I highly recommend Jeremiah’s!!

Seriously the best Gelati ever. Love the flavors and even the seasonal ones.. the staff is super friendly and if you bring your dog they get free pup cups.. so glad they are in town.

Pretty good stuff. Their cherry flavor is the best. The flavor totally pops. So good. Multiple brain freezes as I was eating too fast..that good! I'll be back. I will add the night time staff need some training in customer service and a more pleasant demeanor....

Love all combos. The gelatos are so yummy and full of flavor. Mix with your favorite vanilla, choc or 50/50 soft swirl and now they have toppings to put between the layers, but I think it’s unnecessary.

I used to go to the Jeremiah’s in Miami, I was so happy to find out we now have one in palm beach. So good and the nicest staff!
