Service and food were excellent

Best omelet I have had in years. Our server was great

Christine was our waitress this morning and her polite, cheerful manner was impressive. She made our day get off to a nice start.

Came here for dinner the other night after the movies. You almost can't go wrong here at IHOP This was myself and a friend. He got steak and I got fish. Both were very tasty. Staff was very friendly and efficient. We were in and out quick. A very relaxed atmosphere. Everything was clean.

Excellent service, Ariana was an able and efficient server.

We arrived early in the morning so when we walked in everyone was in the kitchen so we started to seat ourselves but someone walked out and we asked, do we seat ourselves or...? She kind of cocked a little bit of an attitude (or it sounded that way) when she said, " I'll seat y'all". Our waitress was a different woman and she was very nice, the food was really good, they give good portions and have a good selection of food options for kids and adults.

A group of us ladies from church. Gathered to celebrate a 90th birthday. The table was ready for us, and the service was great. Food yummy. It was a great time.

We were seated quickly, however the hostess just dropped the menus and ran off before we were anywhere near the table. One person in the party is physically challenged. The waitress was nice, eventually. Food was average

It seems to be a good time after 8 am, to get there. No waiting, clean , quiet, even able to hear and enjoy the music playing. Meal was good. I got what I asked for without following the traditional menu. Waitress was attentive , very nice .

When we arrived we stood up front about five minutes before anyone came and greeted us. Then once we were seated it took nearly an hour to get food. The booth where we were seated had lots of gnats and flies that got on my daughters’ food so 90% of it was not eaten. This was told to our server who stated it was only her 3rd day at the establishment. She went and told the general manager. I paid 86.83 for food we didn’t enjoy and mostly weren’t able to eat because it was contaminated by bugs. Definitely would not be returning and would not recommend eating at this location.

Poor. The food was tasteless, and the service was horrendous. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

I'm a door dasher I waited almost over 45 mins for 2 things of pancakes and 3 milk shakes for a delivery there was only 1 waitress working. She lost the receipt for my doordash order then handed me a pen and order book to write down the order I watch 3 tables get up and just leave be fore they ordered 11/15/2023 5pm/6pmmanagerment needs to have at least 2 waitresses at night definally not a happy experience. Updated as a customer this time. I was ending my day and was close by so meet up with family there and had a great time. Service was great. He was very nice. They weren't slammed but they was steady people coming in. Food was delicious and more than i could finish. Great job to all the employees doing a great job.

My wife and I tried to get breakfast this morning. We first tried to call to make sure they were open (at 4AM) and 3 calls went unanswered. We were going to go to Winter Haven instead but as we were passing saw that they were indeed open. We walked in along with a couple of other people and saw there were 3 tables of people already eating. After waiting for 5 minutes and watching the server walk by 3 or 4 times the other group stepped out to ask about getting a table and was told to wait. After waiting for another 10 minutes without even being acknowledged we left and went somewhere else.

Every time I go there the floors are dirty!!

Haven't been to IHOP in years but was impressed with OMELETTE choices. Friendly service. Will be going back. Colorado omelette was good.

Had to constantly stop waitress to get refills on drinks. Explained I wanted a meal made a certain way, she repeats the order that she wrote down, order comes out wrong anyways. Portions are small than what they use to be and food quality has gone down for the price you pay

Waitress was nice, chairs are extremely wobbly, the restroom was disgusting, it’s so cold in here that if you don’t scarf your food down as soon as you get it, it turns cold. My food order was incorrect… My suggestion is that when you order something ask to keep a menu so you can make sure what you ordered is what you got.

It's a great I-Hop. Food was delicious and we had good service. If you have any back issues I would not suggest a booth.

I had to stir my coffee with my finger And silverware never came to my table I had to take the one table next to me. But everything else was fine.

For am ihop this one didn't disappoint. We enjoyed a burger.from yne new Wonka menu which was the best daughter has ever had. She ate.the entire thing! I plan to go back and try the straw hot cocoa as well!

I had not been to this IHOP in a very long time (couple of years) bc I had been disappointed about a few visits since when they had their grand opening. Tonight, my son asked to go there and I'm glad that the person who took care of us was, by far, the best ever. I think I'm going back soon and definitely ask for Generosa to wait on us. I don't know why, but when I stop at an IHOP, it always feels like a vacation with the family. This location was no different. The staff was so friendly, attentive, and caring. I remember going to an IHOP for my sons first day of prek, and now he is in college. IHOP is and will be associated with good times. Today, we created another fun family memory. Thanks to the staff for making us feel special. You guys ate the best.

Been there twice Both times NOT BUSY took over 15 minutes to get to order drinks and just forget ANY refills! And my pancake finally came when everyone else was almost finished and the strawberries were still frozen. Will probably drive past next time 😕

Updated 11/13/23 @2:13pm: only reason I’m leaving 5 stars is because Ms. Rhonda took awesome care of us! My husband and I came in to grab a bit to eat cause we were craving breakfast and right off the bat as he was looking at the mints a blonde lady said very loudly to my husband “don’t steal those” when he was only looking and had never seen or heard of a lions club before. She sat us and got drinks and then left…we waited for almost 20 minutes with our drinks and not once did this lady touch base with us but kept walking around and taking care of the other customers who didn’t look like my husband…after awhile we stopped Ms. Rhonda and asked if we had a server and after we found out that they didn’t know which server had us she gratefully jumped in and got us back into a great mood! Her pens kept falling apart so I just had to give her one of my favorite pens that can’t fall apart. After Ms. Rhonda took our order it was smooth sailing from there, she kept us laughing and smiling the whole time!!! If corporate sees this the. MS. RHONDA DESERVES A RAISE!!!! we were not her table but she put everything down to help us! Ms. Rhonda if you see this you are truly a hidden gem within that restaurant and we will definitely be back so long as YOU are our server! I don’t normally leave bad reviews on restaurants and give waitresses a chance because I used to be a waitress at a billion dollar resort so I understand at times how crazy it can get but when we were here there was maybe 15-20 patrons total including us so it wasn’t busy…..I didn’t get the other ladies name because she didn’t have a name tag but management needs to have a solid talk with her about how she takes care of guests because this was not okay and if it wasn’t for Ms. Rhonda we would have got up and left after the first 20 minutes

This IHop location (lake whales) is the worst IHop I have been to and I don't blame the staff as they are doing their best. Its bad management. We ordered water and a hot tea to go, now in Florida typically water is free and its tap. Because thats the standard almost everywhere in Florida i didn't think anything of it when i ordered water. But we recived Zephyrhills water bottles and a cup to pour the water in with no warning that they would charge us for water. Now the bottle should have made me question but based on the location we just thought nothing of it and maybe they were on a boil water notice or having tap issues. But no they just give you bottled water and charge you for it with no option for tap. Its very obvious they are understaffed. I got lucky and entered at a non busy time but then it took 20 min for us to get our check and a honey which we asked for 3 times and then about 25 min after we finally got the check to actually have payment taken where we even tried waiting at the register. Never in my life have i had to wait so long for an establishment to take payment. Its sad how management isnt willing to schedule another staff member or maybe they dont have another staff member (but i find that hard to believe) overall food was standard for IHop and all my issues with this location was service based. I will not return to that location. 😤

Placed an order, came to pickup on time and after waiting for 15 min before even getting acknowledged (By the way, place is supppper slow) A girl serving asked me “here for pickup?”she Goes and checks in the back and walks directly across from me with no word and proceeds about her way in no rush and doesn’t even come back for an additional 15 minutes to notify me about anything. That’s just unacceptable and I’m not even a picky person but come on, tell somebody something! It will be 15 min, sorry for the inconvenience, say something EXCEPT keep me in the dark about my order in addition to waiting 30 min for a pickup that I was on Time for. Sheesh, let’s get back to the basics. Food was also cold.

Everything was good except the service. The lady was miserable. You could definitely tell she did not want to be there. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

The wait wasn't too bad. But it's nothing like the old IHOP. They had a variety of syrup on the tables, now it's just one.

The BLT wasn't the best. The toast wasn't toasted properly, and the bacon was overcooked. Wouldn't get it again. The pancakes were delicious as usual. Don't like that they only have 1 choice of syrup on the table now and not the usual few varieties

There is a VERY noticeable difference between Day shift and Night shift. After several visits the past few weeks - we will not be going back here at any time soon other than Day shift. Lack of staff, poor meal presentation, the list goes on. Really hope they can fix this.

Finely gave up and said take them off my bill and do not want them the waitress came over and argue with me and said I am going to pay for them they was cooked but never reached the table this is the worst restaurant ever been there 3 times all 3 times had problems how my meal was cooked ... Will never return to ihop .plus I went hungry cuss my pancakes was cooked wrong

We visit here often and usually have great service and food. Lately, been some price changes - such as no more "Senior Coffee". A simple thing, yes - but that was a big deal for us.
