Absolutely unhappy with this place. Myself and my daughter didn't even get to order food. The service was horrible. I did get coffee and it tasted old. One of the worst experiences I've had. Do not recommend. Paid 6 dollars and couldn't even finish the coffee.

I really like IHOP (especially their pancakes), but I was disappointed at my recent visit. The waitress who served us was not very attentive. She returned to the table twice, once with the ticket soon after we received the meal and the next time was to bring to go cups with water and coffee that were not requested. It was not busy. As for the meal, I had several options of breakfast meat, I chose bacon only which looked like a pile of old bacon reheated from the day before and was not edible. When I mentioned it to the waitress she only responded with only "Oh Sorry" as she walked away and never returned to address the issue. I really try not to post or make negative comments but felt this was necessary.

They were very busy so the slow service was expected. The food was okay but my steak omelette was dry and tasteless and overcooked. My wife had pancakes and they were good.

Good breakfast, good customer service

Expensive. Not their fault, but dining outside is becoming a very costly affair, IHOP is almost out of the scope. Denny's is a more affordable option. Also, for veterans they diminished the discount to 10%.

I ordered door dash the other day and ihop for got my fries with my cheesesteak on my order. I went down there instead of having doordash go get it.. and the older lady said she put it in there claiming that the driver took it out. I said, I don't think it's possible since it was tightly sealed. It was very unprofessional for her to blame the driver.

Could be a bit cleaner The air vents looked awful & the floor really looked like it hadn't been mopped in a couple of weeks!!

Service is usually great. The only problem I ever have is either the option for online ordering is unavailable, and the online ordering doesn't let me customize my order. It's only at the lakeland location, or maybe it's just like that in Florida because I was able to completely customize my online order in Georgia

Great food as always except for the leak in the ceiling by our booth everything would have been perfect.

The breakfast here was delicious and I had spectacular service from my waitress named Jill. She made my family feel comfortable. Everything came out quickly after we ordered, which I really appreciated. The food was fresh and came to the table nice and hot. Thank you IHOP for a great family breakfast experience!

This location by far was the WORST ihop location I’ve ever been too!!! Too begin with one of the waitresses had her kids there while working (which I can relate I use to be a single mom) but when you start cursing at them for misbehaving that’s a different story. Then our server, Amanda, spilled my daughters French toast sticks, spilled some of my husbands Oreo milkshake, my other daughters pancakes weren’t fully cooked, and to top it all off Amanda tried to give us back the wrong change after we paid by $11! And when we approached her about it she still shorted us by $1 and change. It was definitely NOT a mistake….. you can tell that’s what they do there!!! Stay away from this place!!!

Food quality is always excellent at this IHOP. Service is great! Recommend it over other IHOP locations.

Food was awful. We ordered a combo; the eggs had some shell leftovers, the hash browns were raw. The fried steak had a piece of PLASTIC in the batter! It took them 20 min after the pickup time, to give us the order.

The food was okay. They didn't have enough staff, so we have been waiting quite a bit.

The food was good, however I waited to be seated longer than I should have without anyone at least saying, “Someone will be right with you.” I watched two potential guests walk out the door maybe because they felt ignored too. I found out that servers tips are taxed, so basically they are not getting the face amount that you want them to get. This is not fair. So when you tip leave cash.

I had the veggie vest, egg Benedict with spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms. Very yummy My granddaughter loved the happy face pancake and that she could make it.

The restaurant was not busy, however service was slow.

I loved eating here and our server Angelina was so freaking adorable and helpful. Me and my family enjoyed it because of her. The food was also good lol

Had a family of eight. We were seated in no time, and the server was recently saved, lady, and she was just wonderful, which really elevated our experience.

I've been going to IHOP got years but this experience wasn't the best . I had the chicken tenders and pancakes...El halfway eating my tenders there was 2 pieces of hair in my food. I brought the attention to the waiter who didn't check much on us and my food wasn't complimentary due to this,instead was just remade . Very dissatisfied as the meal shouldn't been covered by the restaurant. The crepes and eggs Benedict were good though. But I wasn't happy with my experience wait and how my food came..now will I be back that I don't know.

Food was ok, but the building is a bit run down. Needs a facelift, otherwise it's in a good location

How do I get charged $4.50 for 2 glasses of sweet tea? Highly overpriced, and will never go back to IHOP again. Sad to see what this place has become.

Walking in to I-hop is like walking into another era. Staff greeted everyone warmly, service was beyond yummy, and watching this team work together was fun. Food was awesome. Had to wait a bit to get in, but it was worth it!

We went with a large group. Took a bit to get some of the food but it was tasty and hot when arriving to the table

Sunday breakfast. Seems like many locals go there. Did not felt like a chain (positive meaning). Pancakes were good. Restaurant did see many customers over the years I‘d say, might need a renovation and overall cleaning sooner or later

Amazing food, the options for dietary restrictions/plans have come SO far!! Bridget was a very kind and attentive waitress and everything was delicious.

Received our drinks AFTER the food. Two burgers had to be sent back because they were incorrect and then they gave us two more under cooked and raw. Kitchen had loud music playing with curse words. If I wanted to eat in that environment I would have went to a nightclub.

Waiting time 5 minutes for a table.service Lady was very friendly and order in timing manner. In no time the food was server as requested with correct tempeture. I will be back for the famous omellete.

Who ever was cooking March 11th around midnight please ask them why the F does the biscuits and gravy taste like lemons? This place has messed up my to go order 3 times now. I even tip the waitress for to go orders. I’m done. At this point I’m just really hoping it wasn’t biscuits and cleaning supplies…

Our breakfast meals were pretty good. Eggs were a little overcooked but still tasty.

So delicious, sometimes it's not great depending on who is cooking. Mr.Will made my food and it was to die for. I highly recommend making sure he is there before coming.

Food was cold and bland, ive seen cleaner porta potties then the restrooms, everything was beyond outdated, even the music was awful...brittany spears lucky played twice, i havent heard it once in 10+ years and less then an hr it played twice! The only good thing was the nice older couple sitting next to us but even they werent worth the $40 i spent on gross food and watered down oj.

Service suckes I got a dirty cup I ordered.sweet tea with no ice and the cup clearly had dry orange juice all in cup. Waitress are horrible and yall wonder why we don't tip bc its terrible service

The cooks and some of the servers, have a bad habit in not wearing gloves while they're touching customers food. First time I seen that in a restaurant in 20 years everybody wears gloves today not this place you might want to keep an eye on the chefs and the servers that handle your food with no gloves on. Will the people that have gloves on and they're touching their cell phone and they don't change gloves.. I wonder what would happen if everybody that went to that restaurant realized they don't wear gloves most of the time. How many people would actually go back

Had the chicken biscuit, it was delicious.

It smells horrible as soon as you're walking through the door. The workers at the front don't greet you/ acknowledge you. Just walk by until their ready to take your order. I paid for extra items and was ignored and talked to rudely when I asked for what I paid for

Food was delicious! Service was excellent! They were very busy but we got our breakfast very quickly. They have very good prices for 55+. All staff was busy. Nobody standing around on their phones. We had left Denny's the day before because no one waited on us after being seated for 15 minutes and they weren't that busy. Found our new breakfast spot here at IHOP!

This place is a joke,fter a bad night,I came in here a 5:00am with 2 bags. I was waiting for a ride and my sister placed an order online so I could eat. Tell hostess behind the counter refused to let me sit in a booth because my food was ordered online. Told me I had to take it out in the Styrofoam container,now it's 51 degrees outside and the wind is blowing. It's cold,this woman should be fired for even suggesting that I sit outside in the cold and eat my food. Little shirt fat girl with brown hair and glasses. Maybe next time she'll be a lurtle more humane. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I found a long broken acrylic nail under my last pancake…Ask me if I ate anything else that day. 🤦🤮 I don’t think long nails are a good idea in the food Industry, could of at least look for it if you lost it, like “let me see your plates” lesson learned, just eat at home 😂

No one answers the phone to place an order. I overstand being busy , but to ignore the phone ringing is absurd! Not worth spending your money or time to be treated like such whether understaffed or not.

Seriously. We have been to some disappointing IHOPs over the past few years. This one however, was spectacular. The food is less expensive than the golden arches, but made fresh to order. We arrived at 6:00 p.m. on a Monday, and we were the only people there. I recommend Monday or Tuesday early evening. Friendly, inexpensive and excellent food.

I've not always had great experiences with IHOP but this was a good one. For a basic breakfast, you will be very happy!

I used to be client of this restaurant but today we had the worst experience ever, the bread of my hamburguer with fries inside 🤷🏻‍♀️ my strawberry waffle was so zoggy and disgusting with old strawberries, my husband waffle and chicken 🤮 chicken overcooked and probably recooked from another costumer, the service was horrible, the waitress was like angry so for sure I don’t comeback never mind.

It's always so cold inside the restaurant that my food is cold definitely won't go back this is the reason I haven't been there in years so I thought I'll try it again won't make the same mistake

I have always loved IHOP, but OMG, the food my friend received was hilarious!! It was her birthday and she turned 55, so she decided order from the 55+menu. She order the Turkey and broccoli with a side salad. The food was good but the portion size....HI...LA...RI...OUS!!! it looked like something from the kids menu. She received 3 broccoli and a tiny portion of Turkey. I had to give her the other half of my burger because she felt like she didn't eat anything. You'll see the photos. But we were good sports about it. Bobby was our server and he was great. Love you IHOP!! We'll be back.

My mother and I just had breakfast there. As soon as we sat down, the waitress took our order and my mother said it was cold. The next thing I know the waitress came back with a jacket from out of her car! She loaned it to my 95 yr old mom. The food came quick, was hot and good proportions. Thank you for going the extra mile.
