Food is fine but the servers don't come back to check on you to see if you need anything or if your food is good. Ordered fish but didn't get any lemon after waiting and waiting and waiting I finally got up and got some lemon myself. The server scolded me that she has to throw all of those lemons out now and cut more, so sad that instead of checking on customers, in an almost empty dining room, the server had other more important things to do. Going to a restaurant means someone is "waiting" on you, checking in on you after they drop the food off.........not this restaurant though

Everything is great we are there every Wednesday and we get the #1 waitress makayla she is awesome there are 8 different families that ask for her but the last few weeks they took her off on Wednesday and service isn't great we want her back why change something that works and people ask for her last 2 weeks we have waited for 20 mins to get waitress to check on us and fill our drinks pour service whole time there 2 times we were checked on how we are doing.please bring back makayla thank you everyone at bingo

The best Beef's around. They have it together here. I don't go to the other Beef's because generally it takes forever to get waited on and even longer thereafter to get your food. This one however runs like a well oiled machine. Food always looks good and tastes good. And the servers always have great personalities.

Got to go and never received a text and waited way too long at the window. Food was just thrown in the Styrofoam container with no packaging so, nothing to absorb the steam from hot food. Fries were wet and cold and sandwich had damp spots with hard sections of bread. . . Even the 10 dollar pretzel had no paper or anything to help keep it warm. I will never get them again. For those prices I can get longhorn or outback.

Anna was our server. Total sweetheart and outstanding server. I gave it 4 stars because we had to wait 10 minutes for them to clean off a table to be seated. Seriously? Other than that, it was good as always.

Stopped in Saturday June 1 for lunch. Atmosphere was ok and restaurant was not too busy. We ordered shrimp tacos, shrimp bowl and the Cuban. Food was definitely mediocre my shrimp tacos and fries were tepid, my dads shrimp bowl was also tepid and very salty.my fiancé ordered the Cuban and not only was it tepid but so salty he had to remove the pork because it was inedible (he loves salt and typically salt’s everything). When we told our waiter he said yeah I had one earlier and it was really salty. Question; why would you not tell the customers it’s salty and let them decide BEFORE ordering. Maybe chef is a little heavy handed with salt needs to cut way back. We think order was ready for a while before bringing out to the table or possibly food was prepared earlier and plated late. Not sure what the problem was yesterday but a little disappointed with our food. We will try again but will be a little hesitant to reorder yesterday’s choices.

They have a place for your kids to play games, which is good. As far as the food, the OMG burger is definitely aptly named. It is huge. I could barely fit it in my mouth the last time I went and was only able to eat half of it. My nephew, however, was able to finish the whole thing. I highly recommend the fried pickle chips as an appetizer, and their salads are quite good.

I didn't eat, I just had a mixed drink and it was amazingly delicious! Packed with alcohol which was surprising. The taste though was very good and balanced! I will drink there again!

Waitress was friendly and did make suggestion for sauce but only seemed interested in the hurry up and get out of there aspect of serving. I remember their French fries being so much better in the past. Atmosphere was pretty good because tvs had interesting things playing.

Haven't been to Beef's in a few years, and never to this location. Food was better than in years past, as well as service.

Been going here for years, and the service is always good no matter what, but the menu is just a big question mark to me now. It states "NEW FISH AND CHIPS", yet they've always had fish and chips, I've ordered them at least 10 times over the years, and the biggest issue is WHY in the world they would remove the Fajita's from the menu, it's literally THE Beef O'Brady's signature dish and was always perfect, the best in Lakeland, it was my go to. Sadly, we won't be back until it's added again, I guess good things don't last forever!

It has been a while since I’ve went to beef O’Brady’s. I was very happy with the food that I received and that my wife also. She got a wrap and I ate a Reuben. The waitress was very friendly, and the food was delicious. When they brought the ticket, I was very surprised at it being so reasonably priced.

Service and atmosphere were very nice but the food Left a lot to be desired. The corned beef was very dry and the Dubliner had hardly any meat on it jusI I t mashed potatoes. And neither one was worth even close to what we paid for it. But our waitress was extremely nice and attentive. But I don't know if we'll go back any time soon because this is the second time in a Row that the food was disappointing. I didn't say anything the first time because I thought it was just a bad day for the kitchen but this time it was less edible and we didn't even take home the 3/4 of our meals that we left on our plates

Dressing for salad was not homemade. The meats on the salad were of low quality or old. I got sick from the meal that night. I will never go back.

My wife and I go to the North Lakeland Beefs 5 or 6 times a month. Tonight I can't believe what they did. I ordered a burger, asked if it came with mayo and was told no, so asked for some mayo for my burger. I received a small cup when my meal came. I went to put it on and found there was already some on my burger. When I got the check, there was a $.99 charge for mayo. Really... you are charging for a condiment for a burger? What is next? Are you going to charge for salt pepper and catchup? Are you going to count the napkins I use or charge a fee to wash dishes when I am finished? Maybe charge a rental fee to sit in the booth. This causes me to decide if I ever want to go back. I know I will go less often.

This week we held a WONDERFUL 80th birthday party, with 14 attendees, at Beef O'Brady's North Lakeland. The food was GREAT! It was delivered to everyone at the same time, it was hot, and each dish was delicious. In addition to the great food we had GREAT service. Our server, Barbara, was helpful from the time we arrived until we left. She helped us with our party set-up, was very responsive to the needs of each guest, and made the party better with her friendliness and enthusiasm (she even took some photos for us). Thank you Beef's!

Food quality is a joke, chicken not cooked long enough but steak over cooked.

One of those rare restaurant to where they seem to treat you the best at. I'm so glad my 2 friends picked this one because if I get into a relationship someday, no doubt I'll be coming back to this location. The employees & food in my opinion were perfection. I will be back again hopefully soon.

Enjoyed my chicken bowl, a little spicy for my taste buds but the flavor was great. Our server was attentive and kind. Someone was smoking directly out the front door and every time it opened it blew directly into our faces. I wish someone had asked him to move away from the door.

Haven't ordered from them in awhile. Ordered via 3rd party. We ordered the Combo. It was absolutely delicious. The onion rings were perfectly crisp and well seasoned. The chicken tenders were tender and juicy with the perfect crisp batter. The quesadillas were delicious and cheesey. We loved the mozzarella planks with the crispy batter. Perfect amount of everything and priced well.

Restaurant was quiet and cozy. Service staff was helpful and a tentative to my request for food and beverages. Food came out hot and fresh-will definitely visit again
