Slowest service ever. They offer all you can eat pancakes, but take 20 minutes between orders. The place was almost empty, I'd hate to see it on a busy day.

There was only one woman working in the entire restaurant alone. We ordered a meal for six of us and she had to cook it all by herself. Extremely dissapointed.

Waited almost an hour for food with 6 tables in the business right now.

We were there on May 18, 2024. During our visit, I went to the women’s bathroom. It smelled like sewer. When I tried to wash my hands, there was no soap. I told the host and he said, “it’s why we have the hand sanitizer.” My friend tried to use the ladies’ room before she left but couldn’t take the smell. She asked a worker if she could use the men’s room and he stood outside. There was no soap there either and asked how they wash their hands. He said they had an employees’ bathroom so she asked if they had hand soap in their bathroom. He said they did so she asked him to go get her some. I have called 3 times asking for a manager or area manager to call me. My complaint was closed because the notes said they apologized and I was ok with it. I never received a call. I asked that if I don’t answer when I call, to just leave a message. The call center rep in my third call said they’re supposed to leave a message with a call back number. I spoke with a lady who was in the restaurant when we were there and she said it always smelled like sewer in the ladies room. The host also said it smells like that when it rains. I don’t live there so I won’t be back but I wanted to warn others.

One cook and one waitress very slow...lady wouldn't shut up and take our order or bring us our food one in our party didnt even get to eat their food was brought in a to go container and were told we had to leave they wanted to close early and refused service to a guy who walked in well before close..absolutely horrible service definitely don't recommend this ihop its a disgrace to ihops it needs a new manager the waitress said shes family and was even on the phone talking to the manager or mom while helping us talking about going to the beach to tan

Horrible. Never received food after 45 minutes wait. Nice server tho

This place is not open at 6am as stated. There's usually only one car in the parking lot. If you can't keep decent service and hours here then just shut this place down. Peace.

Legitimately the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. There were literally 9 people in the entire place between our table and the only other table there and it still took over an hour for food. No one brought us drink refills until after our food was served. Half the food came out 20 minutes before the other half. What came out was soggy and cold. 3 of us had to change what we ordered when the waitress came back to our table 15+ minutes after we ordered and said they were out of what we ordered. I don't expect much when I go to an IHOP. But geeze.

If you are a Hahnville Student. DO NOT BUY A PARKING SPOT HERE. First, the price for a month is like double or even triple the amount you would pay the school for a parking spot for the whole year. Second, the lady there scams students out of their money, telling them if they don’t get their car they are going to call a tow company. Overall, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS IN ANY WAY.

Our family of 14 stopped in for a late breakfast and as soon as we entered the establishment, we were greeted by Shelly. It was hot when we walked in & I mentioned it, and Shelley assured me that it would cool off soon because she had just readjusted everything. She then engaged conversation with my daughter(4) & asked her if she wanted her to make a special pancake. We were unaware that she would serve us as we had been told once we were seated that we would have a different server. Shelly’s personality & customer service was IMPECCABLE!!! My daughter got her pancake(AMAZING) & by the time we were paying, we felt as though she was a family friend. She was warm, compassionate, & dedicated. We not once had to ask for a refill & the food was delicious. We are visiting from Texas & Shelly even gave us some hotspots to hit while we vacation. Shelly deserves a raise!!! lol

Let me tell ya I love the atmosphere. Beautiful people. Shelly Perez and her daughter are the absolute best in the world. Beautiful beautiful attitude and service. The whole crew are great people and my family felt right home. We are from KY and they treat us like family. Good people.

Service is super slow, orders not right, customers leaving before getting food because of the service, food cold, no communication between staff, nothing but apologies and excuses

We sat there over 20 minutes watching others leave because they weren't getting their food. We were never offered coffee because the staff was too busy fighting with each other. It wasn't even busy.

Waited 10 minutes to be seated. No one came check on us. Decided to go to the nearby waffle house and had immediate better service.

The food and service is a lot better since they have this new cook. Not sure what is name is but keep up the good work sir!

We ordered a burger and BLT. The bun was not fresh, and the bacon was not fully cooked. Staff did offer to fix another BLT, which was better. Probably will not return to this particular location.

It was terrible service. I understand the way everything is today that it is very difficult finding good help but at some point you have to cut your losses and shut it down. I'm not sure if it's family running this IHOP but there were four or five tables and they could not keep up with that.

The breakfast is tasty, I recommend it.

Taste the same as all ihops. Service was good. I really can't say anything other than It was a standard experience.

Get to the restaurant, a kid meets us at the door, (no big deal), go inside to counter and a worker is yelling at the kid. Turns out it’s her kid while they sit at a table with clothes, tablets, phone chargers ran from a cord stretched out across the floor as if the lived in there… Get seated and gave drink order, a male comes from the back fussing the same kid. Turns it it’s a whole family that works there. Meanwhile, the three workers I’ve seen were absolutely disgusting. Looked like they been on drugs all day and haven’t bathed in a week. Waiter comes back with drinks, his exact words were “here’s your drinks really don’t know which drink is which”. Couldn’t even concentrate looking at the menu with the amount of disgust we felt so we paid our $10 for three drinks and left. This was by far the worse experience I’ve ever had at ANY restaurant. Will NEVER be back! This also explained why there was only one car in the parking lot…

Stopped by after leaving out of New Orleans and I have to say I was expecting mediocre food and service but actually both were really good. Even my picky mom enjoyed it.

GREAT service. Brittany was a great waitress. She was very friendly and created a great atmosphere.

12.10.23 disappointed 😞, they denied service do to full capacity, I believed is do to short staff since I saw plenty of empty tables. Also, we were not given a wait time. Pretty much they wanted us to leave the restaurant.. they need to handle situation better. A sign or just be honest. We all understand most people do not want a job.

Stopped there at 11am today. Waitress came took our order for 7 people. She never came back to our table. 50 minutes later we still had no food. We got up and start to walk out, she then comes screaming at us that our food was ready. Yes and it had been sitting there probably cold. We said no people that came 15 minutes after us has eaten their food and left. We always stop there for breakfast but NEVER again. And other people were leaving too.

The place looks and feels old, like it's about to fall apart, kinda depressing. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Walked in and the restaurant smelled damp. We were seated quickly. Then we waited at least 15 minutes before anyone came get our drink order. But the worst part was that it was the dishwasher who came take our order. He was dirty. His shirt had stains and food on the stomach area. We were out at that point.

Waitress was very polite and professional. All server's were nice. Guy brought food to table and did not have a hair net out anything covering his head so that was not cool. The baked chicken was not goodcat all. The drinks were not got . My husband was brought a diet dr pepper and he does not like diet drinks so Waitress comes and says oh yeah there mucmst be something wrong with the dr pepper. She then says I had another customer say the same thing. So why would you serve it to another. The bathroom was not clean.over all the food was edible but not good. Very disappointing. We were from out of town .probably not going back.

This was the worse IHOP I've ever eaten at before. 3 employees and no uniforms. We were the only people in the entire place and it took over 1 hour to get food. I will never go back.

Under new management and it was a successful business move. Owner Gloria was amazing and a great cook! We stop here when we pass through on the way East & back! Definitely a good stop for food & a relaxing time! 7/22/23, stopped in for breakfast, and as usual, service and food were great!

It was very clean and nice. Out waitress was very sweat. When were saying out prayer before eating she came up.with some food for is and joined in with us. Food was great. Couldn't believe how big my French toast was. Definitely will make a trip back.

Waitress was wonderful, but manager was pushy and I am pretty sure taking more than her quote share of the cash tip we gave to our waitress. Sickening sight to watch the manager confuse the waitress with double talk and lay out the money in ones on the counter to divy it up with others not even working after the manager was already off of work according to her! She stuck around to get $$$. Bad management loses good customers and good workers. She was also saying that our waitress was going to clean the windows outside and the window sills because they were dirty and causing sugar ants to get inside. I'm sure that is not part of her job but rather the managers job to do. Absolutely disgusting scene. I will go back after corporate office phone call but only to see if our waitress is treated better. The food was cooked to order no complaints there. 5 people at my table.

Stopped on our way back from an expo in New Orleans. It wasn't busy at all, restaurant was clean. Food came out nice and hot.

Restaurant is clean and pleasant. Food was cooked to perfection. Staff were wonderful and helpful! Highly recommend if you're looking for a good diner.

I must remark that despite my extensive travels, I received fast care. The service is excellent off Highway 90. Following our meal (10 of us), I'll write again. to let you know what fantastic and wonderful meals this place has. Ok. The dinner arrived hot and delicious. The new management is performing well. You must go out and try. If you have a moment, come here with your company.

We went in to eat and there was employees sleeping in the booths, , my husband and I was the only ppl in the place. Two employees in the back started fighting over money. It was the worst experience ever. Our first time to this place. Needless to say we WONT EVER GO BACK. FOOD WAS NOT THAT GOOD EITHER.VERY POOR PLACE.

The service was pretty good. The pancake's I order where good and cooked evenly. The hot chocolate I wouldn't recommend it was cold and the whipped cream was dry. The servers were friendly and got the food to the table in a timely manner. Overall it was a good dining experience.

It took over an hour to get your order they barely refilled your drinks hardly ever came by your table. I will never go back there again. Then went to pay couldnt break a hundred dollar bill.

Do yourself a favor and go to one of the local spots for breakfast. The service is terrible at this IHOP, food isn’t worth the price you pay at this particular one & coffee is cold.

Terrible. Understaffed in door and kitchen. Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for food. Ask for the manager but she was the only one in the kitchen. So I tried again today, took 30 minutes foe someone to take my order. Learned my lesson. Waffle House is next door.

Fries tasted old, Philly steak sandwich was very grease, the waitress was not polite little rude

Well , you walk into an IHOP, in your heart you think pancakes yummy, but your mind says , you know you are going to be disappointed. Today I was not disappointed. I got the New fluffy French toast combo. Hash browns were good, bacon cooked to a slight crisp, eggs are eggs lol. The French Toast was a big ole piece of Texas toast. It was done right. Overall pretty satisfied.

I ordered the country fried steak and eggs. The food was hot and ok. Not great, not bad. Not a lot flavor to anything, but I guess that is what the salt and pepper on the tables are for. I could do worse, but I could also do a lot better for a better price. We were seated promptly. The waitress was very friendly. The food came out hot.

Worst service. Waited for over 30 min for food order with only 4 occupied tables in the entire place. Food was burnt for some items and others were cold as if it sat out. Two employees during our meal decided to have a screaming match in the kitchen. Will never be coming to this location again

WORST EXPERIENCE!!! there’s no way some of these reviews are real. I would always come to this ihop stopped coming for a while just to return to one of the worst experiences ever. I came in and saw like two booths occupied and I was standing for like 10 minutes I then hear screaming from the kitchen. Employees were just wearing hoodies and sweatpants including slippers!!!!!! Finally got a table my waiter never got us silverware, never came check on us and forgot our straws! Girl from the back came out the kitchen with her phone and walked into the bathroom and came back out the same way then sat down and just to find out our waiter sat down also and the the cook came out and sat aswell!!!! Got our food you could tell it was just refried it was dark and chicken was chewy. I was so done please save yourself some money and patience!!!!

Place can't open on time. Says 6 a.m. its 6:07 a.m and no one around and place is still closed.

When we arrived, workers were cursing in the kitchen. We saw 5 tables where customers were waiting with no drinks or food. Empty tables otherwise. We left.

No steaks only steak tips. What exactly is a steak tip.

MY FAVORITE IHOP...THE WORKERS HERE DESERVES SERVICE AWARDS. I TRAVEL 45 MINS TO THIS IHOP BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD IS ALWAYS GREAT..THE WORKERS ARE THE BEST

The staff was really friendly, but I didn't like the fact the price was fairly expensive in my opinion and they gave you only 2 small crumbly thin slices of bacon and that the waiter touched the top of my cup with no gloves on.

Pricey for a breakfast. Waiter touches the rim of glass where you have to put your mouth. That’s a no no for me.

Went early on a Sunday with our two kids. It was quiet and nice. Food came quickly, but it wasn't crowded. Waitress was awesome and food was great.

5 stars ✨ I must say, I’ve traveled a lot and was treated promptly. Service here off hwy 90 is awesome. I’ll post again after we (10 of us) eat. Only two waiters at 3pm. Only 2 people cooking. One it was their first day. Took over 30 min to get our food. Grease in our tea. Pancakes tasted like fish.

Had the worst experience at this IHOP, no one cared about my order. When I made an online order, most of my items were missing upon pickup. I was missing my milkshake, mashed potatoes and garlic bread. When I finally received the rest of my food, the mashed potatoes i received were runny, watered down and with no cheese. Check out the photo attached. The gravy for my chicken was also basically frozen. How am I supposed to pour cold gravy on fried chicken?

Fail. Time and time again just fail. Placed an order for pick up when I left work. Got there a few minutes after my pickup time and they hadn’t even started cooking my food. There was literally NO ONE eating there. The parking lot was empty. The restaurant was empty. I had to wait another 15 minutes for my food after I got there and this is what I found when I opened the bag. Gross. There’s so much grease on the eggs and hash browns they’re inedible. The hash browns are gray and slimy. The pancakes aren’t cooked all the way. Where’s the zero star option? I don’t know how this place is still open. I’ve been to a lot of great IHOP’s. This isn’t one of them. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else. Waffle House is next door.

It did the job but there was alot of issues with and cleanliness could have been better.

Oh my God, first of all when they sent our food out, the food was cold , sent it back for them to warm ,then seen one of the waitress playing with her hair as she was getting the plate on the counter, then got our bill and then notice the milk and juice we had was 4.99 a glass I could of bought a half gallon of milk and half gallon of juice for that price, came the pay the bill they said they didn't have coins didn't deal with coins she had to go searching for our change. First and last time we go their. Not worth our time. Sorry we was hungry.This restaurant is not a good reputation for IHOP .

So, to start off we were temporarily in the area and we're starving. The parking lot was empty but we went anyways. There was a small family dining besides us. Two people in our family wanted the pancakes and chicken tenders (including me). The waitress got help from the cook to bring out the food when it was just two plates...they were handed out aggressively. Both me and the other person's meal...our pancakes were cold and the chicken STANK and you couldn't bite it. Also, our chairs all had one leg shorter than the rest. There were about 3 workers there (unemployed). Let's just say we left early.

They had hardly any food to cook and didn't telle after I placed my order and payed for it that they were out of the items and still have not reimbursed me as a matter of fact they charged me twice and no payment returned. Now they will not answer there phone.

Staff good but little slow - kitchen was stingy with linenberry saice.

Messed up order, very slow due to lack of staff

Food served at room temperature. I expected my pancakes to be at least warm. Shortage of staff is probly a big cause but, still, not a good excuse. Server was cool.

Only left 1 star so I could write this review… Don’t waste your time here. Takes them forever to seat you at a table, 30 minutes to get your drink order. Manager there CLEARLY does not know how to order the correct amount of product. Out of chocolate milk, ran out of napkins to wrap silverware with so we were given brown napkins from the bathroom. We tried to order a burrito but they were out of tortilla shells and then also tried to order fruit but told they were out of that as well. All while waiting over an hour for our food. My dad asked to speak to the manager, he was greeted by her with “what’s your problem?”. Pretty sure I would starve before I go back here. Or just visit the Waffle House next door. The manager needs to find a new job or be demoted. Place is PATHETIC.

No one there to seat you when you walk in. Only one waitress in the whole restaurant waiting tables, finally got seated and looked at the menu for about 20 minutes and the waitress never came to even take a drink order. Prices were way too high. We walked out!!

There was only 1 waitress. We were a party of 6 the experience at that IHOP was the worst ever. Chicken and waffles horrible. The waitress was very musty she smelled horrible. Bacon half cooked ...NEVER EVER AGAIN

If I could give zero, I would! We were from out of town. The only waitress in the facility took our order. The place only had a few other customers, but when she brought us our food it was awful. Cold, not what we had ordered. The hasbrowns in my dish were hard and old, like they had been left out. I swear it seemed like they scrapped stuff off someone else's plate. When I brought it the her attention, because both dishes were supposed to have rice, she said that they were just making do with what they had. Which would have been just fine but normally that is told up front. I think she was high on something.... I have never gotten up and walked out on a meal but I did this day.

If you want a bad experience, eat here. Girl in back was smoking in kitchen. She thought she was hiding. Gave our waitress $20cash tip(dont ever leave a tip on a card),not only did she cook our food (it was great)she ran around doing everything else. I sure hope she finds a place to work where she can be appreciated. If I had more cash I would have given it to her.

There were only 2 servers or 1 server and a Manager maybe, and to top it off, not many tables. Our food was barely warm, no jelly brought for toast, pancakes were never brought for my boyfriend's breakfast. We will not be going to this one again.

The manager looked upset that she had to get up and wait on us.it was hot as hell in there. Noone was in there but us seems like she would have been happy someone showed up for service.Wont go back
