Good breakfast, lunch and drinks.

Did an overnight 'staycation' (live 20 mins away) at the Fort Lauderdale beach hilton. The hotel is great, but one of my highlights is the Egg Bendict at Illios. It is made with tostones instead of muffin, and the combination of spinach, smoked pancetta, and cilantro lime hollandaise over perfectly soft poached eggs, is truly spectacular. I must have eaten 50 variations of Benedict in various places over the years, and can honestly say this might be my favorite. The creative layers of flavor marry so well together, it should be the national benedict of MIA/FLL. Oh, and service at Ilios is always above and beyond polite and efficient.

Food and service was great. Bar smelt awful. Clean the ice buckets!

We had breakfast here twice while we were here and I loved it. You can watch the waves in the ocean while you eat. The staff is absolutely the best. The hostess ( I do not know here name was curtious and helpful. Our server Arlene needs a raise. If you decide to eat here,please request Arlene, you will not be disappointed but I'm sure all the staff is great. We will be coming back.

My family and I enjoyed the quality of food and service at Ilios during our stay. The staff, especially Arlene, is incredibly attentive and friendly. She remembered details of our orders between days and made our breakfast every morning more enjoyable. Great experience and would highly recommend!

I had breakfast here while staying at the Hilton. The food was just okay. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here if you are not staying at the Hilton. The views are nice and the staff were exceptional but the bar area had a mildew / wet rag smell to it.

Amazing breakfast and waitstaff. Petrone is the absolute best when it comes to hospitality and professionalism. We stay at this property because of her!! Everyone is amazing but she takes the prize. See you all in a month!!

My husband and I came here for the breakfast package we added onto our room staying at the Hilton. We had Petrone as our waitress 2 days in a row and she was the best!! Above and beyond service :) Also, highly recommend the Greek avocado toast, and their coffee is so good 😊

My brother took me and my spouse here to celebrate our birthday. The place was extremely busy. The food was ok. They came out with a surprise birthday dessert for us which was really nice.

My experience here was a great one. The staff is friendly, kind and very sweet. Ms. Tawana was great. She's sweet, attentive and knows my love for bacon. Great times here. Will be back.

Perfect restaurant for the perfect Beach Hotel in Fort Lauderdale! The Food was a masterful showcase of casual cusine with innovative approach to American with a Mediterranean flair. Just PERFECT! Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were a surprise on presentation, flavours and innovation on classics. Chef Alex Chalela is Five Stars EVERYDAY! Had lunch here after a bit of pool time. Our waitress was wonderful unfortunately I did not get her name. Lunch was quite good and reasonably priced. Great place to eat if you are staying at the Hilton

We were staying at the hotel and wanted a snack. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was great! I started with a a pina colada like drink but not frozen ( don't remember the name and can't find the menu). It was in a coconut. It was nicely strong, but I wasn't the biggest fan of the flavor. Definitely packed a punch though! Next i got a mai tai which was good! I don't know why I can't find the menu. The picture of the menu on here isn't very readable. I am sorry :( The corn appetizer was really good! The sliders- each slider was different. I know one of them was a regular burger. He enjoyed all three! My fried shrimp tacos were good too! And we liked the fries! We enjoyed everything!

This was hands down the worst experience I have had in the Fort Lauderdale area. Not only did the server leave the bottle of wine unopened on our table without glasses, but the salad was one leaf of romaine. Been here before and did not experience such poor service in the past. Very disappointed for a Friday night at what we thought was a respectable spot.

Charge 6$ for coffee. That’s pretty bold when you don’t list the price on the menu.

Located on the 6th floor of the Hilton hotel. Upon walking in, Presentation is pretty good. All the staff that we encountered were very nice and welcoming. Inside felt really nice, great atmosphere. We sat outside. The food was really good. I had the build your own omelette with fruit which didn’t disappoint. The food tasted really fresh. Our waitress was Petrone, she was really really nice and very accommodating. She catered to our 6 months needs, even though we didn’t expect it. It was very nice and made us feel at home. We will definitely be coming back. (Also the sun was in our face which we didn’t really say anything, and the staff came out and lowered the shades so that the morning sun wouldn’t be in our face) 5 out 5 star experience! Over all this is a really good place.

The food is delicious and the service is phenomenal. You will not be disappointed. Definitely try this place. You're going to be glad you did.

Good food but a little pricey. Service is always slow and often forgotten. The hours are awful being it is pool service….closes at 5pm

Update: F&B Manager came to the rescue. He embodies service excellence. Thanks Angel! Hilton needs to keep leaders that understands customer service! Bartender Ryan made us the worst drink ever and charged us $24. When I mentioned if there was anything he could do to fix it...he said he told me exactly what was in it and then proceeded to ignore me. Doesn't get much worse than this. Plenty of other bars around to get over priced drinks with superior service. Stay away!

Been coming to hilton for about 15 years. Great hotel. But, I think the prices on certain foods is a bit much. A few chips and guacamole 17 dollars is a bit much. This item use to be complimentary at bar. Unless I was over charged by accident. Still a great place.

Dined outdoors for breakfast. We had the Fruit Plate and Pastry Basket. The pastries are all housemate and delicious. The Fruit Plate had a big variety of fruits with substantial portions. The two dishes made a great hot weather breakfast for two of us. I'd definitely go back to try their other breakfast dishes.

Whenever we come to Fort Lauderdale we make it a point to have lunch and a drink here. Bartender Ryan is the best. Personable, attentive and entertaining.

Wait staff was unprofessional and made judgy comments about the food we ordered (which were all items from the menu with no alterations or changes requested.) Made the meal unenjoyable for everyone in our party.

The people were amazing and super sweet! We ate breakfast there every morning for our 5 day trip and everything was delivered in a quick manner. On day one we got room service and they did forget to bring up one of our dishes but they were quick to send it up after the mistake was made. Throughout the week the eggs weren’t cooked well. (Some days to much others to little) However they NAILED IT ON THE FRENCH TOAST AND PANCAKES. We also order a lot of drinks from the bar while we were at the pool. The drinks were great and helped keep the hot temperatures manageable. I would recommend the mango daiquiri! Drinks were a bit strong but once you mix it up they are great! Overall The experience was lovely.

My waiter was really nice, he offered to bring us water and was the first one to come up to us right away, just a little bit after we sat down. It took kind of long for our food to get there but it was worth it, not really but whatever. It costed $80 for 4 people which is pretty good. The portions of food you get is good and fills you up nicely.

I loved the food and the service. Shout out to our waitress Patron, who is also from Philly that gave us superior service and was very personable. She made our stay wonderful.

Hours posted in Google are wrong for this day. They close an hour earlier than notes on Google and we were turned away at 10pm.

I looked forward to going down to breakfast each morning. The staff is lovely. Petrone, the best waitress/server ever, is an absolute pleasure, always greeting me with a big smile. I never had to ask for anything because she already knew what I wanted magically. The food is absolutely delicious, my omelets were cooked to perfection. I definitely recommend this quant little breakfast restaurant conveniently located within the hotel.

The breakfast menu is varied and everything we tried was excellent. We ate outside and enjoyed overlooking the pool. All the servers we had were excellent and worked together well. The Hilton has a new program for Diamond and Gold members. You now get a credit to be used for any item purchased while staying in the hotel. You can get a light breakfast for the credit given, but spend a bit more and get a wonderful, unique breakfast.

This the restaurant in the Hilton. Had breakfast every day here. Sit outside if you can. It is epically beautiful. I need to call attention to two amazing team members, Arlene (our server) and Candice (our hostess). Absolutely fantastic service. It’s a crazy time with lots of travelers right now - they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Wonderful breakfasts. Ask for Arlene’s section if you can.

Illios was an amazing restaurant with an even better staff. Our server Petrone was wonderful, very attentive and made our stay even better. I would highly recommend asking for her when you stay at the Hilton beach front resort!

Located poolside, Ilios is a perfect stop for an excellent breakfast casual lunch, and cocktails for the pool. We were so impressed with our waitress, we had the pleasure of her serving us every day we were in ft Lauderdale. Patron was amazing!!! Friendly, personable, great with the kids and always happy to see you when you walk in. If you have a chance to sit down to breakfast here, I would definitely ask to be seated in her section

Arlene took great care of us while staying on our baby moon at the Hilton. Always a smile and a a witty joke, which helped us enjoy ourselves even better. She is a true asset to this organization and is an exceptional waitress for the restaurant, handling lots of tables inside and outside without getting behind. This restaurant was absolutely amazing! My husband and I dined there on a Friday evening with friends. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and a nice variety to choose from. The steak and ceviche, as well as the creme brûlée with Oreo on the bottom was to die for. The head chef is so talented! Plus, just outside the restaurant is a beautiful pool deck area and breathtaking views of the ocean. We will definitely be back!
