Awesome! We have driven passed this truck many times and finally stopped today. I ordered the ribs with rice and beans. Hubby had pulled pork and testones! Both were FANTASTIC! Perfect smoky flavor and seasoned just right. Meat was good without the sauce but even better with Mamas homemade bbq sauce. The testones had good flavor just wished there was a sauce with them, but not a real complaint. Can’t wait to try brisket next!

The food was absolutely phenomenal. I ordered the pork ribs... you can taste the smoky flavor, amazingly tender, the service was very pleasant and the prices are exceptionally reasonable. Highly recommended

Had Imperial do a cater for my wife 50th birthday and Mothers Day not only was the food delicious with plenty of compliments from friends and family but it was plenty for to go plate and even some for today dinner truly appreciate you all more than you know ...... 5 star across the board...... Highly Recommend for your next event...... Wife says everything was perfect.....

The food is absolutely amazing – EVERYTHING I tasted just melts in your mouths. Absolutely the best BBQ and kitchen food I had in Tampa, period! Highly recommend!

Stopped by there yesterday on my lunch got the Beef ribs and frys it was awesome! will be going back for sure very good! I live in valrico but ill gladly make the drive !

Delicious BBQ! The pulled pork sandwich and brisket was phenomenal. Tender, smokey, and hot! The BBQ sauce was also delicious paired with the meat. Nothing was overly sweet and was really focused on letting the meat shine with its smokey flavor. Service was great and the pride of ownership and food quality was on point. Very friendly atmosphere with music and comfortable tables outside to eat at. Would be good for takeout as well. My personal favorite touch were the crinkle cut fries cooked in fresh oil to perfection. Absolutely delicious. 💯

This place is a hidden gem. Their food is delicious which better than many restaurant. My husband and i always come here when we dont want to cook. The only downside is that they close in a rainy day.

One of the best places to try some good ol' BBQ. Check out the grill and that amazing smoke. They do serve halal check the menu image, first three items are halal.

This place is on point and glad we stopped by to check them out! We ordered the pork ribs, pulled pork, and pork tips (not pictured). All meals were delicious and the ribs fell right off the bone. Rice and beans were tasty but the fresh tostones w/ the sauce was my favorite for the sides. Super friendly staff and definitely recommend if you're in the area.

I used to love getting brisket here, however the last time my brisk6and corned beef had 1/3 fat! I haven't gone back since.

Looking for bbq and Google pointed us here. Everything was excellent and you can feel the love in their food. We had the bbq fried rice and omg the flavor 😍and the portion size on everything was enough for the 4 of us and for leftovers! We also got the 1/2 bbq which came with a complimentary side of rice and black beans that was a meal too. Well worth the drive and definitely will be back.

OMG!!! I was sitting in my truck hungry and started googling and ran across the Imperial BBQ food truck…the food looked great and the reviews made me hungrier….the food is amazing and so is the family that owns it….been looking for good BBQ for 5 years and I am now hooked….if you have not tried them I suggest you do, you WILL NOT be disappointed!!!! Family owned food truck! The B E S T bbq in Wesley chapel! Not only just Wesley Chapel TAMPA period the food is delectable and the family is amazing! The meats are smoked to perfection….. and there is plenty of food in 1 order enough for a meal later! And all at a great price point! If your a bbq lover THIS IS A MUST TRY! You want be disappointed!!!

Listen you want meat, all the smoke, this the place, it's not Texas or Tennessee, north Carolina bbq, it's in its own League, try the ribs, try anything. The family who run this truck are great.

A gem you won’t mind driving to.. you will get enough food to satisfy your stomach and enough for later. The meat is so tender it melts in your mouth and the rice is fluffy and perfectly cooked. Love the cilantro dip for the empanadas .. great customer service ..
