Had an overdue experience with my girls and Sam was extremely selfless to change her flight plans to make sure my friend had an amazing birthday, her talent, drive and customer service takes it over the top. Most people are about making money but you can surely tell that Sam a true love for what she does. My only regret is that I wasn’t able to do the yoni steam cause my cycle was on (guess I’ll have to book a separate yoni steam soon). Brunch and vibes had us so FULL.

I would like to first say thank you Sam for an amazing experience. This was my first time going to a healing and peaceful spa. I really enjoyed myself. You and your staff took great care of me. I received freedom, a piece of mind and clarity. I had no idea that I would be treated and pampered like a Queen but I was!!! I was able to release and let go. Amazing fulfilled terrific and awesome experience. I will definitely be back me and my cousin (sister).

Ladies when I tell you InnerSense and Soul was nothing short of amazing I went this past weekend for my cousin celebration and we enjoyed every space the owner was more than an owner she's not there for business she's there for satisfaction guaranteed she's there to help our mind body and soul she's like a sister a mother is there for pleasure she's not out there about a dollar she's out there to make sure that we love one another and start loving ourself which is most important of them all the five experiences that we receive was more than an inner beauty it was definitely a job well done I definitely will come back for more even though the weather did not prohibit for us to taking part five outside they still accommodated us inside for large group and I really thank them because everything was a great experience she spoke the truth and I love love love if you want to feel maybe not 16 but 25 even 30 again this is definitely the place to give rejuvenated get cleaned feel yourself love yourself find your way back to yourself I definitely highly recommend this to the most high even to Michelle Obama as well as Oprah Winfrey I would definitely give her more than five stars if I could and I definitely would be there every week if I could even though I live in South Georgia I definitely Holly highly recommend this place and I had the most wonderful time I have grateful gratitude unto the owner and her staff and thank you for being very professional but also being very loving kind and I love it ladies check them out you would not regret it

Girls trip that included a reservation at Innersense and spa. I am a first timer when it comes to the Selfcare and VTox experience. The staff was so tentative to our needs. Our time there was nothing short of amazing. I truly enjoyed myself. Go see for yourself and ask Sam about the “Lip Gloss”😉

This. Place..... This. EXPERIENCE. Was MORE. Than. AMAZINGGGGG!!!! I took my bestie on a surprise girls day out and this was our first stop of the day, and it was so worth it! We shed a few tears and bonded with eachother and with ourselves during this self love and self care process. We learned so much about ourselves and eachother. The owner and and everyone was so helpful and sweeeetttt. Everything was PERFECT. You definitely won’t regret this experience. I’m so happy I found them ❤️🙏🏽

This past weekend I had the pleasure to get a group of my girlfriends to start off the morning with much needed self care and celebrate my birthday here! It was literally the ‘Ultimate Girls Day Out’ and it was amazing!!! From the v-steams, foot scrubs/detox, and more! Not only that, we added the additional package of Brunchie on the Patio and the food was delicious, served with bubbly rosé. Pictures don’t do it any justice! It’s one of those things where you have to experience this for yourself. I definitely look forward to coming back in the near future. Thank you again to the amazing owner and staff for being so accommodating and creating such a great experience altogether!

I went for a birthday celebration and I enjoyed every space created to provide you with a relaxing and empowering time.The owner is extremely pleasant and truly cares that you are doing the inner work to better yourself and those around you. This place deserves 10 stars! I went to Innersense and Soul last weekend with a group of girlfriends and it was the perfect escape. We walked in and were warmly welcomed by the owner and the manager. Each of us was given a personal care kit with goodies and a personalized note. As we walked behind the beautifully decorated spa door were amazed by the alluring artwork and decor. It instantly reminded us of our feminism and the power we possess as strong, resilient, and confident women. Next we were divided into small groups and we each got to experience all of the spa amenities including V-Steam treatments, hand massages, facials, foot massages and more. This experience was OUTSTANDING! We laughed, relaxed, and rejuvenated our minds and souls. Thank you Innersense and Soul. We will definitely be back!

This was the most AMAZING experience. I get Yoni steams regularly, but this was my first time at Innersense and Soul. From the time I walked in Sam and her staff were very attentive. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and as a result I was able to release what needed to be released and receive what needed to be received. Sam truly has a gift and a true understanding of how to address women holistically. The experience was so unbelievable my best friend and I are even planning a trip just so that she can have the opportunity to experience it for herself.

The advice we are all given is to “do what you love” and there is no doubt that Sam is using her gifts to do what she loves! My very first Vsteam...was nothing short of amazing!!! It definitely healing for your mind, body and soul. It helps you to release those negative energies and embrace positivity and peace. Mrs. Sam just arrived from her birthday trip stating she was jet lag and tired but honey we couldn’t tell. She’s professional, polite, energetic, and like that cool auntie that you wish you had. I would definitely recommend you to go visit (with all of your girlfriends) the beautiful ladies at Innersense+ Soul & check out the Lip Gloss line 🙃. I will definitely be driving back to see them again.

I love love this place. Sam and her staff are the best. I never had a steaming before. But after this experience I can't wait to go back. Sam is so real and down to earth. She doesn't hold back. She really helped me think hard about things and is willing to be there to cont to help if I need her. The steaming was great it felt really good. After the experience I went home and was really relaxed. Thank you Sam for all your services and your help.

When I tell y’all this was every bit of amazing. I would recommend this place to ANYBODY hands down! Some places you go to and it seems as if it’s “scripted”, but no not here. The owner Sam and her ladies made this visit as pleasant and as real as ever. I came all the way from Alabama (3 hours away) with some friends and we did the COMPLETE EXPERIENCE. It was so relaxing, I could have taken a nap afterwards! From the art, to the tea, to the positive energy. Ms.Sam you are truly amazing! (She even let allowed us to pitch ideas on lip gloss names) Grab your girls and head there IMMEDIATELY! You definitely won’t regret it! You’ll feel like family when you leave ❤️❤️❤️

My experience at Innersense + Soul was amazing 😍The owner, Sam, was a ball of refreshing energy from the moment I walked into the door. The decor was sooooo relaxing and made me feel like I was stepping into a foreign paradise. The description of the services online don’t begin to explain how amazing you’ll feel as you're treated to each new experience. I highly recommend Sam and her team of caring professionals. I love seeing women in our community realizing their dream and helping others along the way!

I booked "Take 5" for a group of 4 ladies!! O M G!! We went in thinking we were getting a simple VSteam experience. This was more than that...This was an inner soul experience right on time.The Affirmations with the hand and face steam, the Himalayan Salt release room, the balancing machine, the 3 part foot detox, and the VTOX alll amazing!!!! I encourage everyone to book this place. The owner SAM and her Staff had such a pleasant spirit. She was amazing and very knowledgeable. I still feel amazing on day 2! Oh and Be on the look out for the "Lip" Glosses coming soon! Petal Me, Xcite Me, and Ignite me. You would have to go there to see what the Hype is all about! it's worth every Penny!!!

So I just so happen to google V steam and this place popped up. Something about it felt so right, I am so glad I decided to give it a try. InnerSense was great, the young woman was very nice, informative and polite. I will most def be back.

My friends and I came here for my sisters birthday and bridal shower. We all had an AMAZING experience. We came from TX, NY and CT and I would definitely come back and do it again. She was very informative and spiritually wholesome. Loved everything about it!!

Location is upscale. You walk into the front and it's so pretty. Zakeya greeted me with a smile and the owner Sam did as well. I was given comfy slippers to put on and ushered into the back The sliding door opens and it is BEAUTIFUL on the inside. There are huge paintings in each vsteam area with rose gold highlights throughout the space. Sam explained the process, the individual vsteam areas and the need to pick the area that matches what you are experiencing (sounds weird in me typing this, but when you go you will get it). I change onto a pretty vsteam garment and there was a nice velvet hanger for me to hang my dress I wore and a vented bag to keep my personals in. I was then shown the tea bar and told all about the wonderful things Sam is on the verge of launching, then taken into the salt room. Sam explains the purpose and what to do while in there. Afterwards I'm taken to the bar for a house blended tea (really good) w/ my choice of honey, guava, and sugar. The tea isnt served in a paper cup, but a BEAUTIFUL tea cup and saucer with a gold spoon :-). I put my eye mask on that's provided and v-steamed my troubles away, lol...I actually kept dozing off! At one point my steam was a bit too hot for me. In my space there is a pretty little rose gold table with a bell (like at the front desk of a hotel). I rang and Zakeya came and turned it down via the remote! After it was over (I went a full 60 mins), there was a washcloth at my pretty little rose gold table to dry myself off. I was given some lip gloss to put on (they'll tell you more :-). My visit was so nice, I will be going back. Thank you for being professional/personable and yes luxurious! Zakeya and Sam took good care of me. It was super clean and smelled heavenly! P.S. I had the place ALL TO MYSELF! :-).

Recently had a five part experience at this location and the experience was beyond my expectations. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. This was my second time here and like the first time I was made to feel very comfortable. I would definitely return for another v-stem and foot detox.

This place is awesome! The customer service we received was absolutely amazing and I loved the decor and the meanings behind it. It was so easy to relax and unwind and you’ll be surprised at every little detail the owner pays attention to. This is not your ordinary vsteam spa. You’ll be pampered and preparing for your next visit back before you even leave out.

This experience will leave you renewed, energized, frefresed, and detoxed! This is a must try!!! Very relaxing! The Vsteam and energy balance machines were my favorites! I’ll definitely be back soon

I literally had one of the best experiences here at Innersence & Soul. The v steam was amazing, i feel clean and honestly my inner being just feels cleansed. From the soul session, where we exchanged our thoughts on ourselves to the flow of oxygen machine. I enjoyed the entire experience! I definitely will be trying to come once a week!
