It's clean and has a variety of boba drinks, shaved ice, and other treats I have frequented this place a few times, and since there are not many types of boba boba businesses around , unless a few mins away, deiving. I come here I recommend downloading their mobile app for rewards points and coupons

2024/07/14: I had the strawberry fruit tea. I did not like it, maybe their other drinks are better.

I love their bowls. Customer service is good. I go here at least once a week since it's very close.

The establishment's current state is profoundly disconcerting. It appears that there has been a turnover in staff, resulting in a significant decline in professionalism. The behavior of the Hispanic employees is lamentably unbecoming, as evidenced by their questionable treatment of both customers and their disregard for the basic task of serving beverages in a satisfactory manner. The failure to fulfill this fundamental duty is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the establishment. It is particularly distressing given that this is a Korean-owned business, raising serious questions about the hiring practices and the presence of discriminatory attitudes among the staff. Customers rightfully expect to be treated with respect and attentiveness, especially considering the financial support they provide to the business. Such lapses in service are simply unacceptable and warrant immediate attention from the management.

You should remove the old picture, because I went there to get my popcorn chicken and dessert 🍮 , and ending went for nothing. I just bought my drinks.

I have been a big fan of Boba for Inc. many years. Ever since I lived in San Francisco, it became some thing I could never get enough of. I love to get it after dinner or as a treat after a long day. Today was one of those days so we stopped in and grabbed a few drinks. Service was fast and they have a lot of great options on the menu. I have been to many different locations around town and they are all very consistent. Parking is really easy in this area because there’s a large parking lot attached to the strip mall. Today we ordered a few drinks, but my favorite of the ones that I ordered today was the Frosty Milk. It’s not something I order often but it’s great when I’m in the mood for a treat. I got the Strawberry, Pudding, and Boba combo, and would recommend it. I definitely will be back many times in the future.

I thought it would be more like a dessert, but after eating the bowl I feel full, as if I had a dinner.

Got a Thai tea milk tea, and a Jasmine milk tea, both were delicious and for a great price!

Good stuff. They also picked a nice place to serve since the second nearest boba shop is nearly 20 minutes away.

Staff is cool. Drinks are ok. Sometimes it gets super packed! specially when the kids are getting out of school. People forget how to drive in the parking lot. Super busy streets on both sides of the entrances so be careful. Do yourself a favor and download the app pick up and enjoy.

The drinks are okay at this establishment. I can’t wait till they make more boba times so I don’t have to go to this one… even tho there is very short conversation with the workers there, the customer service is shitty… not once when I go in there and say thank you do I get a your welcome, have a nice day, or they rush the orders when they’re ready to give them out to customers, and no the establishment isn’t busy as if the workers need to rush. It makes me ponder on whether this is the first actual job or not. First and only establishment I’ve been too where people steadily roll their eyes In conclusion just very poor distasteful customer service. Do better and grow up.

Very busy this place. I only wanted Matcha Green tea ice cream. My guy is the Boba lover. He drinks these alot and said the freshness was spot on as were the flavors, passion fruit base

I was ordering my drink and was told they were out of boba. Immediately after I saw a lady complain that she ordered her drink with no ice. The employee, knowing that they were out of boba, threw the customers drink in the trash (rudely chucked it from 5 feet away) with boba in it and then acted like she just found out they were out of boba when she gave her new drink back. All she had to do was remove the ice but she was very vindictive and was messing with the lady on purpose.

They have such a wide variety in their menu, literally the best boba place! Plus their drinks are sooo good! The Thai Tea Float is a must try! It's Thai Iced Tea with Vanilla ice cream! 😋

This is my go-to drink from here. It’s a matcha latte with a scoop of matcha ice cream and boba. If you looking for a drink that’s refreshing and fulling, and less on the sweeter side, try this. It’s called the matcha tea float. It’s $6 :)

This is the only boba time I've gone to regularly. They are always on it with the drinks and although their might be a long line and only 3 employees they always get the drinks done and quite well.

I came here because it's close to my house and parking is very convenient. With that said the items we ordered were really yummy. However, I specifically came for a shaved ice item, but they were out of shaved ice! I was kinda disappointed, but I'll have to try again anther day.

The guy who is really nice I wanted to mix fruit tea for $5 with bubba and it didn't take long to make it at all what can I say too bad it's during covid times. They got it really really fast and it was really refreshing definitely had a lot of fruit and fruit flavors really juicy and refreshing get it It's great like it

My absolute favorite boba time location, they have mobile order which is amazing. It’s very convenient, and you’re able to earn rewards with them by scanning or ordering online. I come once a week, and every time it’s so clean. Theres always only about 3-4 inside the store which is good. Everyone tends to social distance here. They’re doing absolutely amazing with this. Have nothing bad to say at all. They hand out straws with your drinks so you don’t have to worry about the public customers touching them. Lovely workers there, I’ve only ever had to wait 10 minutes for my drink once and they messed up but fixed it right away without any complaints. 100000/10 shoutout to this team.

Given that my family is from Taiwan and I grew up with Boba flying around me for dessert constantly, I sometimes just have a craving for boba! I'm so happy that the boba craze has hit the states and theres so many It's Boba Time locations in Southern California. I popped into the KTown location and decided to order a variation I've never had before "Strawberry Creme Slush". Needless to say it was awesome. There were maybe 8 parties standing in line but the staff moved quickly and got everyone out of there quickly (super appreciated this!)

Boba was Basic, Service was worse. Do not Come in here unless you're dressed. I came here after helping a friend move and we wanted some Tea to unwind and we were greeted as if we were problems. And even though we tiped to maybe help the employees day we were still greeted with abnormal behavior when we collected our Drinks

I've been to several and this is by far the best one!!! You can tell they make their food with love. The tropical acai is always on point and they add a good amount of fruit. Their sandwiches are bomb! I always have the tuna. The oreo frap is a must! The staff is super friendly too. Oh! and the strawberry cheesecake is so so good!

Look... It's Boba Time is always gonna be 5 star. Service is consistently excellent. Drinks are always prepared perfectly and they even ask you exactly how sweet you want them instead of just dumping a whole bunch of sugar in. Love the Lychee tea with extra Lychee popping Boba and Jelly. Cannot complain!

I went there to use their restroom. It was very clean and the workers seemed friendly so I decided to get something to drink and eat since I was hungry. Got the popcorn chicken, I enjoyed the curry kick to it. The Thai tea was good too.

This location is on my direct route home from my children’s school. It is one of the best locations per the staff and their pleasant welcome every time I am there. Plus the food and drink is always great. It’s one of my favorite places to go with my children. I’m loving the Thai Tea smoothie and the popcorn chicken. Super delicious !

Favorite boba shop in LA. The facility is very clean, and the workers are always really nice. They also issue free punch cards for all visitors, so it's definitely worth the investment! I highly recommend the house milk tea. I believe it's this half and half, earl grey blend that has a subtle sweetness.
