Love this restaurant not only the delicious food but the welcoming service. Must try wonderful Vietnamese dishes in this nice restaurant if you come to Fargo.

I love their beef and potato dish and their shrimp fried rice! I've had their pho and it can be hit or miss at times but overall not too bad of a place! Great prices and the service is always fast and friendly!

Been coming here for YEARS. Hands down one of the best places to eat in Fargo.

Food is always great, service is very down to earth and personable. You feel like family when you are there, and the "grandma" is the sweetest lady! She gave us a sample of a yellow dragon fruit, it was LOVELY!!!

My son and I made a trip out to Fargo, ND, and decided to try out this family owned restaurant. Our waiter was very polite and took very good care of us. We ordered an appetizer platter, shrimp fried rice, and the pho tom. Everything tasted amazing and was very reasonably priced. When we went to go pay, we were able to meet additional members of the family and engaged in great conversation. Anytime we come through Fargo, ND, we will definitely stop by for both the food and company.

10/10, hands down the best in town!

Such a good place to eat if you want good pho. We went one time and kept going back for more. This place doesn’t disappoint. The Jade wings were really good as well!

I got a take-out order from this place for the first time tonight. I have to say this is the best Chinese food I've had in Fargo. The soup was fantastic with fresh vegetables and was actually hot after getting home. The chicken fried rice was sooo good! Thanks! I will be back. I wish it was closer to home, but it's worth the 15 minute drive.

At first, you almost miss the restaurant because it isn't very obvious. It isn't huge and you can totally miss it when driving by. But when you get inside, It's so clean and calm. I was greeted right away and brought back to a table right away. I was waiting for a friend, and they made sure I had water immediately. They checked in on us, but didn't seem to smother us or rush us. The food was wonderful!! And the portions were big, so we were able to take the leftovers home. The music was serene and nice. The lighting was perfect. It's also easy to pull up a wheelchair to the table if you need to. The whole experience was awesome. And I will DEFINITELY be back!! The prices were great, too. We didn't break the bank and we left very happy!

I've been dining here for 10+ years and have always had great experiences. The staff is amazingly friendly, service is always quick and efficient, and the food is always delicious! I highly recommend!

Good spring rolls. Lots of tasty dinners. They got our take-out order wrong last time. But that is unusual. We are regulars approximately once per month.

this is the worst chow fun i ever had. definitely not authentic chinese. the shrimp had absolutely no flavor and i could tell when i opened the box, it wasn't gonna be good. didn't expect much for north dakota. traveling for work and hoping to find good food somewhere in this city. not worth $20

1st time there and the sweet and sour shrimp had no taste at all , will never be back I've had better Chinese at the mall, this was pure garbage, went to the dumpster after one tasteless bite

This is very poor quality Chinese/Vietnamese in my opinion. The egg drop soup tasted of frozen peas and carrots and the Mongolian beef was shaved so thin, was tough, grey in tone and tasted spoiled. I couldn't eat it. I returned it and ordered nothing else. Great staff.

Not fresh or flavorful, I’ve had better chinese at the mall, any mall, and expected much much more especially when paying $30 for chicken and fried rice. C’mon yall. Nobody else in the restaurant and I get bland dry food that wasn’t obviously fresh in any way. Gotta watch out for places like this that get good reviews, or question the people that leave reviews, subpar and not interested in returning.

One of my favorite places to go for some good Chinese/Vietnamese food. I love how they have such an extensive menu, they have little bit of everything! I love that it is locally owned and their beef chow fun is out of this world! I recommend the Pho Dac Biet, beef and potatoes, & the shrimp fried rice!

Doesn't matter what you order the flavors are there! My favorites is the chicken pho, and sesame chicken. Great service, great quality, great prices.

I feel the color and layout of this restaurant is great sitting down. I was in hurry and tired to get feed. ordered CURRY TOFU but it turn out one of most troublesome meal i had. it was quick they serve out and i sense the curry color is odd ( orange) and tofu is not well done. but since tofu is not hard to swallow, it is not problem to me. but after i ate ( 1/2 of the dish they gave large portion) and left the restaurant i feel my stomach is full and need to rest before take off. I had a phone call for that then continue my drive on the HWY. the problem keep getting worse and i need to make a stop 45min later. I am tired on one hand but it is definitely the gas cause me trouble breathing. I search online how would this caused by the food. it said if tofu is not cook probably it would cause gas problem. I had tofu many times and never has issue. i assume they should have boil the tofu first before they cook them together. i keep resting until it get well enough, i was surprised i spent almost 1.5hr to wait it out. even then i still need remedy after i arrived 30min later. I pass out much of the gas through my mouth during the time. I took lemon juice to help my stomach problem after searching online. it is a long write up, it is minor error the restaurant did. but it cause huge problem and last me hours to get over it. I hope the restaurant would aware of that and how big a problem it would become.

Really great service, food was good and portions were big. Both dishes came out quickly, presentation was nice and the taste did not disappoint. Our server was friendly and attentive. The Vietnamese coffee was a delicious way to end the meal! This place is one of my new favorites.

I've been here a few times with family, small group or big group, no complaints whatsoever Small group: waiter was very attentive, kind, and fast. We got our food in less than ten minutes and tasted phenomenal! Big group: food takes 15-20 minutes which is expected with a lot of people, food was awesome, free rice and water as well, no complaints! Food is fairly priced for how much food you get, I always end up with leftovers 😋

No better and no worse than other Chinese restaurants in the metro area. Will say that any dish with vegetables is VERY heavy on the vegetables. Beef with mixed vegetables was 90% vegetables with 5-10 slices of beef. Similar experience with vegetable lo mein (about 40/60 veggie to noodle so not too bad). Sesame chicken was good. Other than that the food was on par with a typical Chinese restaurant. Service was good for take out order and pick up was on time. Answered the phone on the 3rd ring and no mistakes on the order. Would order here again if I'm around that location but wouldn't get any vegetable mixed entrees.

Best eggrolls in town. Owners are fantastic and very passionate about ensuring the food is great and you are taken care of. A true gem hidden away in Fargo. Update:. I am moving away. This will always be one of my favorite stops. Hope to see you soon. I'm back!! For the week at least. Never enough to say about this place. Food is always outstanding. Missed you all. Going to try and make it in one more time before we leave.

I have tried many pho places in Fargo area, and nothing beats this place! Flavors are on point and it is the perfect little spot to enjoy a nice hot bowl of pho.

Vegan pho is the best in the area. Service has gotten much better! Calm and comfortable atmosphere.

It may look a bit plain when you walk in. Surprisingly little traffic for lunch on a Saturday. Staff were helpful and attentive throughout, saw that we were a big group and made several specific accommodations to compensate. The prices are going to sound kind of high for an Asian restaurant at first, but that's because you get a gigantic amount of food. I ordered only "extras" and still felt like I had a passable lunch for less than 6 dollars (though, mind you, I don't have a large appetite), and everybody else at the table had plenty to take home after spending between 12 and 15. We got bowls of rice for free and plenty of water. If you have a picky eater (like I am), there are definitely safe choices on the menu.

I absolutely love Jade Dragon. Food is always fresh and hot! I always order Cashew Chicken my favorite, although every menu item is just as delicious! Staff is very friendly and there to please!

Best pho in town hands down. They have the usual Chinese food menu available and Vietnamese specialties like pho, etc . I eat here weekly in the winter and have never been dissatisfied with the food, service, or cleanliness of the establishment. They are consistent with their dishes as well. The only thing that would make it better would be if they had in house delivery.

Great portions but ask for spicy or they caucazoid you.

We LOVE the Jade Dragon. I always get the vegetable tofu pho and it is absolutely amazing. The broth is flavorful and delicious. Fresh vegetables and the best tofu I’ve ever had in my life!!!!

i had an enjoyable takeout experience! the staff was friendly and answered any questions i had about the menu. i was out in a reasonable time with hot food, i loved the pho and spring rolls!

Food is excellent. Note of caution, their typical portion size is easily enough to feed two adults. Unless you're starving and literally haven't eaten all day. That said, leftovers of this caliber are always welcome in my fridge. 😋 The service is almost always very helpful, considerate, and nice. One thing to note, at the end of your meal you pay up front instead of the server taking your bill.

I had to search for the chicken in my Kung Pao. Worst ever. Peanuts galore. Good flavor. Others in my party were happy. Good sized portions.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I’m really impressed with this place! The shrimp lo mein was really good! The egg noodles are perfectly thin; not thick and gummy like a lot of lo mein noodles are. Plenty of vegetables and not greasy at all. The garlic chicken was also good, but if you like spicy, this was not spicy. The sauce was actually a sauce and not thick, too much cornstarch, gravy-like. Also lots of veggies, which I love. My only somewhat negative criticism is the sweet and sour sauce that came with the cream cheese wontons is not good. I wish I lived in the area, I’d come here/order from here all the time!

Nice hidden gem near downtown Fargo. I'd consider much of the menu to be your run of the mill Asian American restaurant, and the decor/lighting was pretty dingy, but the prices are good, the food is above average, and the Pho was Pho-nomenal, spring rolls were also great. 4 stars because the girlfriend wasn't as impressed with her dish, which if I remember correctly was Szechuan, but I'd absolutely go for the Pho again.

Most know this as a simple, quick lunch spot for a plate of Chinese but this place actually serves some of the best Pho and Vietnamese food in ND. You cant beat a warm bowl of their Pho on a cold day!

It has a very home feeling you won’t feel out of place and if you have question the staff will assist with anything. Cons: Honestly I cannot think of one. I've been eating here for decades it's amazing. It's the only place on earth I still eat tofu. The Vietnamese iced coffee makes me happy. Pho is food for everyone!

After our favorite pho place closed in town, we needed a replacement. We went not too long after they opened on a Saturday and parking was easy. Great atmosphere and the tables were very clean. Pho was super good and the spring rolls were perfect with the peanut sauce. One downside is they didn't have any kid-sized (kids menu) Pho for lighter eaters, but it was still worth it. Bonus that it is right near the Asian market for shopping, too! Definitely give it a try.

When I was a child growing up in the twin cities my parents used to take me to a restaurant named Pho79, it’s the only other place I’ve had pho before. 3 years ago I found Jade Dragon after moving to Fargo & ate their pho for the first time & it taste just like the pho I had as a child at Pho79. It made me so happy! I love going to Jade Dragon whenever I can now. It’s very peaceful as soon as you walk in & it makes you feel at home. Chris, the young man who is always there as a sever does an amazing job every time. If I ever move out of Fargo I will definitely be visiting often just so I can go to Jade Dragon. THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE WORLD!

Lots of fresh veggies and quality protein in our soups and entree. Enjoyed our meal and the server was quick and friendly.

Decent prices, decent food but in my opinion unless you really like this place in specific there are much better.

This restaurant definitely puts quality AND quantity into their meals. There are so many options here! I never finish any of the entrée dishes ordered here in one sitting. But I find myself craving it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I need to take my wife there more often. The lunches a fabulous and diners are just a good and plentiful. Chance are you will take food home you are served so much.

Not impressed with the food at all.

We were back for another visit. Minor delays as there was only one server working an early dinner crowd, yet that was overshadowed by the quality and quantity of foods and the attention given to several individual requests for specific menu changes. Our hosts are regular customers and we received generous amounts of good food and great care.

did not go in there i went i to another business there. however the parking lot is rediculous, I could hardly get i to the lot its to small and some drivers there were making a bad situation worse .look farther than in front of you people to anticipate whats comming.

I have to admit, I was very surprised at how well the service was here. I was seated immediately and given a glass of water to start (all I need!). When I ordered, the food took no more then ten minutes to get to me. The restaurant was cozy, and not too loud or busy. The pho portions are more than I expected, yet fair nonetheless. Very friendly staff. A must have for anyone in the FM area! Jade Dragon continues to have perfect cream cheese wontons and the best pho in town, hands down.

The location is on a busy street and parking can be troublesome due to location. The restaurant itself if a good size, always busy, Take-out is offered. Menu is extensive, Vietnamese fare. Price points are moderate; I would not consider this cheap eats however will not break the bank. Pho and egg rolls are phenomenal. The Jade Dragon does not do advertising nor have a website but menus can be found online. This is a locals favorite and a hidden gem!

They have some of the freshest ingredients around. And they cook everything to perfection. Never overcooked and soggy. That I can promise you go in a try one of there plates and you will be able to tell the difference from any other asain restaurant in town..

This place is truly a GEM! The service is always top notch and no one in town does Pho like Jade Dragon. Oh, and the coffee is a must try as well.
