Had my favorite coffee today. Sweet cream cold brew with an extra shot. So delicious. All the recipes are great, but I found my usual. Looking forward to the next one. Thanks Miranda 😁

Pros: The woman at the counter was super friendly, and they have a fun selection of flavored signature drinks. Also, soy and almond milk are both available options for nondairy folk. Cons: the coffee was too sweet.

Came at 2:05 on a Monday for coffee. Doors say 3, Google maps says 2:30. And closed. Not cool. Update your listing otherwise you're wasting people's time and money.

Adjacent to Popis Place you find locally owned Java N Jive. This place has a family friendly vibe -- not The Ritz. Came here to work while my car is being serviced at Steve White Auto. Friendly staff, clean facility and wifi. I had the egg sandwich and coffee.

Just had two coffees (almond milk latte and "in the mood" mocha) to-go, but they were delicious and had great flavor! Would definitely get again! Nice staff too at the coffee bar/register.

Coffee was pretty good, we had some signature espressos and they are the reason for three stars vs two. Atmosphere and building were mediocre, the picture of Java and Jive make the place seem more fun and quaint than it is. Our server was very nice, although not very friendly and isn’t very great at the job. The rest of the staff weren’t very friendly either. Food was NOT great. Very greasy and plain. Wasn’t worth the money imo. We ended up only eating about half of it. Won’t likely be back nor would we recommend.

Better than Starbucks!!! Ask for the Carmel frozen coffee with ice cream!

It was very difficult finding this place from the street. Didn't know it was located within poppos. When you walk in, it immediately gave a diner feel. We sat at the counter and they had a variety of expresso drinks and specials. Brooke was super sweet and attentive. The coffees she made us were good. We also ordered a breakfast sandwich that was average. PROS: Brooke was great! She gave us a punch card which with purchases you earn a free coffee. Price was inexpensive. Variety of specialty coffee drinks and big menu. Cute outdoor seating area. CONS: Difficult to see from street, counter needed wiping down, loud (not there fault) since it was busy. More of a diner feel- not coffee cafe. JUST FYI for your preference.

Cute area. Only waited 15min on a Sunday at 11am. Server was excellent, food was delicious (homemade and flavorful) and loved the vibes. Def recommend for brunch!

Smaller and a more limited selection than you may find at a Starbucks; but the coffee and tea are tasty and well priced. I haven't had one of their sandwiches in ages but from what I remember they were good. Comfortable, if a little sparse, in decoration. Employees are the best. Super friendly.

Great customer service. I had a chocolate malt, which I haven't had in years and it was so good, I can't even explain it, because I'd be censored. They used chocolate ice cream and Ghirardelli chocolate syrup...oh my. They have ice cream, coffee - any kind you can get at a fancy coffee shop only better, teas, shakes, malts, sweets like cake and pies. Yes, it's a little slice of heaven and it's attached to the Palmetto Popi's with a walk thru section towards the back. I did one of my book launches there and they were very accommodating. I heard nothing but good comments on everything everyone ordered. I will recommend this to anyone who wants a great place to meet up with friends, or just go single for a cup of Joe...in any form. I may even write part of Book Two there. #Demontown

Ok I'm an espresso snob! I lived in Italy for five years so when I order a macchiato I expect a espresso with a little bit of frothed milk, not a cappuccino (I know I'm in the US and everything is bigger). Coffee was a little burnt tasting. I like the atmosphere and it wasn't undrinkable. I will be back!

A quiet family owned coffee shop. They also have really good ice cream! They'll even let you order food from Popi's if seated at the tables. Just be sure to let the waitress know.

Love this place! They know the coffee business and use the correct coffee lingo. A latte is a latte and a mocha is a mocha, not a mocha latte. The other coffee places around here need to do their research.
