Incredibly friendly, cashier was knowledgeable in the most widely enjoyed flavors, tried the chocolate & I believe peanut butter? Both amazing. Refreshing, almost wish I could eat a whole tub of their ice cream. Their wafers are also very fresh & crunchy, not those week-old wafers that are chewy. Not much to say, great quick location to come for ice cream.

Their ice cream is fantastic! The flavors are fun and exciting. The people that work here are very friendly. Definitely would come back here again!

Cute little place. Great vibe. Friendly staff. The only issue was the ice cream itself. We visited out of town and saw all the hype so we joined the line. And sorry to say but all the flavors we tried were just, well, boring. Pretty average supermarket ice cream.

Wow, this ice cream was fantastic!! The butter cake and the double dough where my favorites- shared in a waffle cone the flavor combo was out of this world. Lots of fun flavors and a couple benches outside for you to sit and enjoy. Can't wait to return!

I very rarely give full stars for eateries but I want to go ahead and emphasize that jennys is very neat as a establishment and the ice cream there is incredibly delicous. I sparingly go there every so often and I always enjoy the variety of flavors they carry.

Ok so I'm sure you have all heard enough about the ice cream... it's amazing. BUT I am here to talk about someone named LP he works there-he seems to work often because I see him frequently, okay so I go there A LOT. I take all my friends and blah blah blah. I just want to say LP is consistently patient, kind, engaging, helpful, and is just as sweet as the ice cream! He is so great that you would think he owns this place! He's THAT good at his job. I'm not going to lie, I've walked right past Jeni's many times to go to Salt & Straw because... well, it's Salt & Straw, IYKYK! Well, S&S was packed, like line out the door, so I decided to try Jeni's since there was no line at all. When I went in, they were only selling pints, which is why, I'm assuming, there wasn't a line. I was going to grab pints anyhow, so I decided to try them, and OMG, I'M SO GLAD I DID! Their ice cream is bursting with flavor, smooth, creamy, and literally made me do a little dancy dance with every spoonful. I woke up this morning and B lined to my freezer for a few spoonfuls, plus it's sold in several nearby stores, which is awesome. So, so good! These are my favorite 3. They are $12 per pint at the ice cream shop but much less at the grocery store.

The brambleberry crisp is out of this world. I love that you can get a child sized scoop with a small waffle cone triangle. So you really don’t have any excuse to not to try it when you can get such a teeny serving. I’m not even a fruit flavored ice cream girlie. I prefer vanilla, chocolate, Oreo, but the brambleberry crisp is a game changer.

I don't remember ever having ice cream as delicious as this! the flavor I ordered was Brownie and it was incredible, I also tried salted caramel and it was magnificent

Jennie’s has really good quality icecream. I’ve never not had a favorite flavor at an icecream place until I’ve tried Jennie’s. There are so many super good flavors. And I must say the peanut butter ice is exceptionally amazing, I’ve never had a peanut butter icecream that wasn’t too peanutbuttery. They have balanced out each icecream so well!

I wanted to tip $3 for my ice cream but I accidentally clicked $5, and kindly asked the worker to go back so i can change the tip amount. Under her breath she whispered "wow...." and told me it was done, but kept my $5 although I clearly asked to lower to $3, which either way is more than enough for a single scoop of ice cream. Unacceptable and will not come again. Go to another Jeni store

Jeni’s is my favorite brand of ice cream but we have to get it at the grocery store. There are no locations in Michigan that I am aware of. We spent the day in Chagrin Falls over memorial weekend and stopped in Jeni’s for dessert. It was Blossom time so very busy! The prices are more expensive for this ice cream, but it is well worth it. The best ingredients, super creamy, and the flavors are delicious. The shop is cute as well… was super busy, but the service was pretty prompt. We decided to sit at a little table in back and enjoy our delicious treat. The salted peanut butter with chocolate flecks is the best ice cream I’ve ever had and my favorite flavor from this business. It is so salty creamy good.!!!

I tried at least 4 or 5 different flavors of their ice cream and they were all delicious! Walked out with a pint of banana bread and powdered jelly donut. Service was excellent and I look forward to coming back soon!

Tasters are pleasant and efficient while describing the flavors like it wasn’t the 100th time. Quite a skill. Flavors are creative, bright, full of varied textures with spot-on colors that can only come from fresh ingredients. Cones are made on site and if your having a bowl they place a chunk in your ice cream. 👍

Fantastic ice cream! I had the Ted Lasso inspired flavor called Biscuits with the Boss and my parents got the coffee flavor. I definitely would recommend trying both.

I have been to many of the Jeni’s around the country and remember when she first started in Columbus back in 2003. This one in LA had the rudest staff and the ice cream was not up to their usual standards. Will not be going back or recommending them to anyone.

Jeni’s ice cream is extremely good. The ice cream is very rich and it kind of just melts in your mouth without being too icy. The appearance of the shop is just fine, kind of like 50s style, but not bad. But their ice cream is a step above the rest; and they have unique flavors you would not expect.

It's not cheap but the flavors are really good. I had the PB in a waffle cone bowl and it was sooooo flavorful!

I'm Vegan and they offer extraordinary flavors. My favorites are the Texas Cake and the Coffee Brew with Coconut. A cup with two scoops is $5.50; not bad for a good class frozen dessert. No restroom available at this location; street parking (hard to find during business hours and if you are lucky to find a spot, it will be metered. Parking Enforcement is very strict, so, be careful with that. Set a reminder on your cell phone to move your car or add another fare), but you always find a spot on the street behind Jeni's. They have a small bench outside the store for you to enjoy your treat, as well as several tables and seats in the backyard patio, so you can enjoy your purchase. Jeni's add new flavors from time to time. This location is in the middle of an old town kind of street, with a lot of trendy and hypster oriented businesses. It worths a visit.

I ate wild lavender and peanut butter. It was really really great. I will visit again soon!

This is pricey, elite Chagrin Falls, so no surprise the ice cream is high cost. Though Jeni's is expensive... the quality is superlative and miles better than the more famous "Popcorn Shoppe" a few doors down, which has charm and historical creds galore but charges the same prices ($5 for a tiny kid's cone!!!!) for what is basically supermarket ice cream. At least Jeni's is super premium stuff -- the creme de la creme. I believe a single serving is two small scoops and you can have two different flavors, which is nice. They also give you those cool triangular cookies made of ice cream cone wafer -- I love these! You can get regular cones and sundaes of course -- $$$$. Just be aware, because if you come with 5 kids wanting double scoops... you'll have to remortgage your house. For an adult or two on their own... well, it's an indulgent treat. My personal recommendations: the goat cheese with candied cherries is maybe the best thing I have ever eaten in my life, and I am not exaggerating. Seriously. The best. I also have raves for the peach ice cream with biscuits in it -- it's divine. But you can buy this at upscale supermarkets, for about $10-$11 a pint whereas I have never seen the goat cheese with cherries ANYWHERE else. Years ago, they made an amazing flavor that was fresh CORN (!!!) -- not kidding! -- with blueberries. It was freakin' amazing and like nothing else I've ever eaten. But I haven't seen it in years. They have a rotating list of flavors, some adventurous and some standards. If they do not have the goat cheese/cherry flavor, I will defer to some of the alcohol-laced stuff -- bourbon with pecans and similar. Very very good. If you are in Chagrin Falls for whatever reason and its summer... this is my go-to spot. Sometimes they are not open until 4PM, so be aware of this. I think they have summer and non-summer hours, so check first. Visit the Popcorn Shoppe for charm or even popcorn, but NOT the ice cream. Jeni's is better by orders of magnitude. Also everything in Chagrin Falls is crazy-ass expensive today. This was not true 30-40 years ago -- they used to have cheap stuff, regular priced ice cream, a bakery, and of course, the amazing DINK'S of blessed memory -- cheap burgers and the world's best onion rings with no competition whatsoever. Alas all gone now.

Pretty decent ice cream made Philadelphia style. The seasonal options are very good too I really enjoyed their peach biscuit jam and wild lavender ice cream. For strange reason I was charged extra although I wasn't entirely sure why

The ice cream here was definitely tasty and enjoyable. The decor is neat. My friends and I came in the evening and there was a bit of a line, which is always a good sign of a quality establishment. Overall, this is a cute place with good ice cream.

Must try again . Cheap parking and amazing ice cream

Delicious, creamy ice cream. Good mix of typical flavors and unique flavors. Had the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, honey vanilla and maple soaked pancakes. All were delicious. Spent the extra and get the waffle cone. It was a quick in and out for ordering. Paid parking is available on Larchmont or paying in the parking lot just up the street.

Nice treat in a cute neighbourhood. Parking is fine if you need it.

What I liked the most is that they have at least four vegan flavors. My recomendation is to get the Texas Sheet Cake, and the Cold Brew with Coconut Cream. A particular thing you encounter at Jenni's, is that the 'scoop' is actually 'a half of a scoop for you', and this is confusing and smart at the same time. I believe this concept was designed with marketing purposes in mind. The 'scoop' is designed for their understanding of a scoop, not yours, but what you see while the kids are serving your ice cream, is that they are putting two scoops. Think about this: When they call it a scoop, in your mind you must have 'a half of a scoop', but leave this in your mind, don't say it because you will be creating a mess. I'll give you one example. If you want to try two flavors, ask for a scoop made of Cream Puff and Dark Chocokate Truffle. The kids will put a scoop of one flavor on the cone, followed for a scoop of the other flavor on tge same cone. In their mind, they are giving you 'a scoop'; in your mind, you are seeing that they put two scoops. What they see is that the whole amount of ice cream given is A SCOOP. In order to avoid confusion, try to see that the total amount of ice cream they put on your cone, is called A SCOOP, even when you saw they put two scoops. As I mentioned, I believe Jenni's did that to give the impression that in a scoop you can get two flavors. Today I ordered two scoops of two flavors and what happened was that the girls put two scoops of chocolate in a waffle bowl plus two other scoops of another flavor and charged me for two scoops, no matter that what I saw when leaving the store was a bowl with four scoops. If you don't like my review or you don't understand it, please don't blame it on me, blame it on Jenni's for calling two scoops, A SCOOP 🤷‍♂️

My visit to this cute little ice cream store was splendid, and I would recommend it to anyone in the mood for ice cream. The outside and inside decor was bright and welcoming. The workers were very approachable and excited to help us. We even asked about their ingredients, and taught us the importance in fair trade products! The ice cream wasn't too expensive, and also tasted very good, with the Bramble berry Crisp and Cinnamon Skillet flavors. What's not to love? We came, we saw, and the shop conquered my heart ❤️

Love love Jeni's. This time, I chose to buy the insulated bag with 5 pint certificates. The bag is adorable and I will get a lot of use out of it and the ice cream is freaking AMAZING. Oh yeah, also bought one of the books and I am excited to try my hand at making one of my favorite things.

I enjoyed the ice cream, I just think the waffle cones have too much baking soda or maybe vanilla extract in them. Not specifically sure what ingredient but other than that it was really good!

Pay attention to who scoops your ice cream. Really disappointing in comparison and messed with the entire experience. I enjoyed the selection of non dairy flavors. Staff is friendly. Flavors are unique and there's something for everyone.

Jeni’s is really good! Out of all the flavors that I’ve tried so far, my personal favorite is the Brambleberry Crisp. I tried a few of their seasonal flavors — Rocket Pop and Sweet Cream Biscuits and Peach Jam — but personally, they weren’t as good as the Brambleberry Crisp. Their waffle wedges are so good! Although there are no samples due to covid, the workers are so sweet and they do a good job explaining the flavors. Parking is decent.

The wedding cake and Texas sheet cake ice creams are the best I’ve had in my life, at least until I go back and try some more.

Theres an outdoor line (I'm assuming for covid reasons) with menus on the window. If you're looking for tart, they have the one rosé sorbet but otherwise it's just sweet and basic flavors. The notable feature is that they have 'flights' like craft beer bars so you can try everything. A bit pricey but it is 10 scoops to be fair. I enjoyed my ice cream, which I ate while walking up and down the street. The ambiance was enjoyable and made the overall experience better.

Ok, so you're in your living room. Snuggled up with your significant other. Your significant other says, "Hmm I want ice cream" It's 8pm and Jeni's is a half a mile walk. You say YES! because 1.) It's illegal to turn down ice cream and 2.) your significant other is just that, significant. So you walk, talk, laugh and look at the menu trying to decide the perfect flavor. As you approach you see a line, not discouraged and in good spirits you patiently wait. Before you know it, you're in the front of the line. Everyone is kind and appropriate, the process to secure your scoops is seamless. You share your choices and You're satisfied with your flavors. Thanks Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream for the impromptu date night.

Delicious! We got the 3 half scoops and added the extra 2 for the small charge. Since it’s covid times we couldn’t sample so this was the best way to sample multiple flavors. Took a pint home of the Gooey Butter Cake as well. The workers there were also super nice! They helped explained the flavors since you can’t sample. And were super patient and all smiles.

Sooooo good, if you like chocolate you gotta try the texas sheet cake flavor. 🤪

Don’t tell Salt & Straw down the street... but I like Jeni’s waay better. Their brambleberry crisp is unbeatable. There’s just something very fun about their branding and flavors that I keep wanting to come back. I love that they’re open late til 11, great for a nice late night stroll.

Having been wanting to try this ice cream for a while and just never seemed to have time. Terrible choice, I should have tried it much sooner. Amazing! Be sure to try the Pineapple Upside-down, delicious!

A major highlight day is one where I come here with one or two friends and we get the ice cream and eat it while we gab on their patio. It's so good and great to share with close pals.

OMG! This place is delicious. Great spot to grab ice cream. The branmble berry is like eating frozen blue berry cobbler. Yasss grandma cooking. The chocolate was rich and tasty. Service was divine.

Love Jeni’s. They’re ice cream is so delicious. But i think im more in love with their waffle. Its so crunchy, love that sweet salty buttery flavor. BOMB!!! Due to covid. You have to get in line order your ice cream with the cashier. Pay for it and proceed to the front of the store to pick up your ice cream and exit the store.

This place uses one of those ipad registers that extort tips from customers. Except this place is extra about it. Because of covid, they are not allowing customers to touch the ipad, so the employee, very loudly, in the shop, in front of other customers, will ask you "Do you want to leave a tip". Because of this experience, I will never visit this place again. Which is unfortunate, because the ice cream was really good.

This is our new favorite ice cream and gift of choice. We have sent 4 different birthday shipments since April and everyone says it's the best present ever! We agree, everytime we send out a shipment we end up getting jealous and going to the shop to pick up some pints for ourselves. Our faves are Boston cream pie, salted peanut butter and chocolate flecks, sun popped corn and browned butter almond brittle. But honestly even our least favorite flavor we pounded so fast which is a sign that they are all so so good. P.S I have all their cookbooks and their recipes are so easy and relitively quick. Love love love jeni's!
