I spent 30+ minutes in the drive thru line behind ONE car. What is going on?? I eventually just left because clearly there is a serious incompetence problem at this location- this never happens at the others

I ordered two medium items and one small. I gave them to my kids without checking the sizes and later realized that there were actually two smalls and one medium when I got home. I’ll make sure to check the sizes next time.

The young teenager that took our order was so nice, and he maintained a great attitude throughout!!

Service was fast and nice, I was helped by one of the managers on shift. She let me try as many samples as I wanted to get the right flavor. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Always my favorite place for dessert! Absolutely love their soft serve chocolate and vanilla it’s the best soft serve icecream I’ve ever had! The staff is amazing and always so sweet and nice to me!

Used to be my favorite dessert place , was run off 2 minutes after they handed me my order that was made wrong Melissa is possibly the least enthusiastic person I’ve met, acting like our order is such a huge inconvenience for her ! 2 minutes after she handed us the order she said “we’re closed so .. good night ?” I won’t go back 👎👎

Kyla, that works drive-through is amazing!!! Idk what they're paying her, but they need to do whatever it takes to keep her! She made my day with her first class service. She's definitely a leader amongst her peers. Her attention to detail, her work ethic, and her engagement. I can't say enough about great she was. Jeremiah's better do right by her and give treat her well cause she's the reason I'll be recommending Jeremiah's to all my friends! Oh and the dessert I got was amazing as well!

Cesar was great! He was engaging and helped us taste all the flavors until we found the right ones for us!

Delicious dessert option: Italian ice swirled with soft-serve ice cream and toppings. Friendly folks behind the counter as well. Located in strip mall so plenty of parking with a drive thru option as well.

First time trying Jeremiah’s Italian Ice and it was so delicious! I’ve had other Italian ice before not as smooth as this one. Staff is really nice and friendly. He was very patient with us trying to decide what to order after letting us taste almost all the flavors from the menu. We decided with mango gelati and bahama freeze gelati with vanilla soft serve. Very colorful inside with all the artistic wall murals. There are lots of seating inside and even outside. Will definitely come back to try more of the flavors!

Delicious. I originally had some of their desserts when visiting in Florida and they finally opened one close to me. Hands down delicious.

Katy location used to be my favorite, until now I’ve gone there 3 to 4 times and there are always out of the flavors ( key west tropical and Bahama freeze).

Too many choices but we’ll be going back to try the others. & pet friendly outdoor seating…

I've been here about 3 times. Each time was good, tonight wasn't. I came in with my kids and myself. I saw a guy and a girl scurrying around making orders. I stood there for probably 5 or 10 minutes just staring at them. No one greeted me or acknowledged that I was just awkwardly standing there watching them work. After a bit, I get to order. I ordered 2 smalls and a medium. A couple things we wanted to order were all gone, sucks but the guy working said they had a huge rush and sold out of a lot of stuff. We order our stuff and get them. The guy hands me mine and it looks like someone poured green water In a overflowing cup. My ice cream or whatever it was, was literally pouring all over the counter and my hands. The guy just said to take some napkins. I had to use about 10+ napkins to try and clean up the mess I did not create. I honestly would have never even given that to a customer. We get all of our orders and I ask the guy if he charged me for a medium. He said yes, so I showed him he gave me a small. He told me he would give me more ice cream. After I got the water cup of whatever it was, I really didn't want anything else. I just asked to be charged for a small Instead of a medium. He ended up refunding me and not charging me for mine. I should have just politely asked him to take it back and just cancel my order. But I didn't because the two working seemed super stressed and on edge. But, in the future, if we decide to come back. Please acknowledge a group of customers when they enter your establishment. It's awkward and uninviting when no one even gives a simple "Hi, we'll be with you in a bit" and if you make a product that you probably would not want to eat yourself, please don't give it to a customer. As I got Into my car, it spilled all over my legs and shirt. I understand we can get overwhelmed and stressed out. And that's why I didn't cause a fuss. But y'all gotta do better.

First visit to Jeremiah’s Italian Ice. The manager was so nice and explained all the combinations and let us try as many samples as we wanted. Will definitely be back.

Always a fun place to stop by for some ice cream. They give free samples, so don't be afraid to try something new.

Staff is always super nice and will do their best to get you what you ask. Prices are honestly not that bad, and they usually run deals on their app too, making it a great place to get a cheap and sweet treat. Being open late and with a drive through is a big bonus. Heads up: you NEED to get their "pup cup" if you have a dog with you - it's giant and delicious! Will be coming back as long as I live here.

My husband got the birthday cake. I just wanted Italian ice only, so I got Orange Smash. It was not crowded. We went on a Tuesday during lunch time. It was delicious and they let us sample whatever we wanted.

Tried it for the first time and called before hand to ask about the soft serve ice cream. The staff who picked up the phone was courteous and professional. Decided to go there and enjoyed our ice creams and will be returning.

Woah. This place is amazing. Fast service and even better food. I have not had a flavor I haven’t liked- and I’ve tried a lot of them. The prices are good and I almost always have a coupon on the app. For me, I usually share a small with 2 people because I think it ends up being the perfect amount for after dinner etc. If it’s your first time going, try the Oreo frog squad, it’s amazing.

I ate next door with my 5 children and needed something sweet. Came here for the first time. It was Amazing. It is very different in the best way possible compared to what you get everywhere else. I recommend bringing your family and friends for a great Italian Ice. You will not redret it. We will definitely go back soon and I will take pictures to post.

Awesome I've cream that doesn't really need a cone. My favorite ice cream place has the best and crispy waffle cooked so I was a bit surprised when the young girl Mentone that the ice cream was served in bowls. I did order a waffle coffee on the side lol but definitely not needed

I eat here bc ice cream can hurt my stomach but the ice cream here is good
