The staff suck and can be rude and lazy. They never see mobile orders. When I'm there to get my online order, I have to wait for all the walk-ups to place and get their orders first. If I don't complain, they'll make me wait till there's no one in line. This includes people that walked up after I arrived and placed their orders at the window and left before me. This place needs new management and staff.

Let me just say... you cannot go wrong with Jeremiah's!! The blue raspberry is SO good!! It is always great and friendly customer service. Thank you for being so AWESOME!! We really need one of these in Lake City....

Delicious gelatis and fast friendly service. They do have a problem with bees 🐝 around the tables outside — pestering us constantly. I’d grab your desert to go.

Wonderful location, staff is friendly & affordable prices! Always enjoy bringing grandkids here, the Italian ice and gelati are delicious! Just difficult to find parking and there is no drive thru, so come during the week!

This is my absolute favorite place to come for dessert but a lot of times I will place an order ahead of time in the afternoon as I did today so I can pick up a sweet treat on my lunch break really quickly and when I get there to pick it up, they haven’t even seen the ticket yet and half the time are nowhere to even be found. I had to tap on the window and wait for the employees to finish their conversation for them to start putting together my gelati. It’s very frustrating when I arrive expecting my order to be ready so I can grab it and go and the teenagers working are in the back giggling and playing around rather than paying attention to their job and making the orders.

I was visiting some friends in the area and they brought us here. I loved it so much that I came back nearly every night! There are so many different flavor combinations and it's very reasonably priced. The soft serve vanilla is easily one of the best I have ever tried!

I went to Jeremiah’s earlier today around 4:30. I got an orange mango tango. Unfortunately my service experience was not as good as other times. When I asked about a flavor of ice cream the girl at the front proceeded to give me a negative vibe and attitude. While waiting for my ice cream I heard members of the staff talking in a negative unprofessional manner about where I went (which was the pick up window) and being blatantly disrespectful. My ice cream also had black flakes on it which I didn’t think were advertised. Would’ve been a better experience if the workers hadn’t been so negative and unpleasant.

After a movie, about 10 minutes before closing, the young lady turned us away.

It was our first time, and it was so tasty! I love the variety of flavors! There was something for everyone!

Open outdoor seating near a busy area great for people watching safe for little ones. The small samples are perfect for little ones trying out new flavors. Cute spot to sit with grandkid’s or while someone is shopping nearby.

Had an outing with the girl's (( lil ones)) and they suggested this place and WASN'T DISAPPOINTED AT ALL❣️❣️ coconut.. cookie dough with chips... Chocolate I had the Sea salted caramel with the key West tropical 🤤🥰🤤 (( I do recommend for ADULTS WITH A SHOT 😜 FEELING A LIL FAT TUESDAY'ish 🥰😁 )) don't mind me 🫣😅. I do love the free Lil samples to taste given, so you won't waste your money for something you don't like ... Apologies for the half empty or already eaten pics ... IT was a hot day and the girl's slightly impatient 😏😏

This location is lovely. There's plenty of seating and the choices are amazing. Everything from here is delicious. Reward program is a bonus!

30 minutes line ..🥹 when we got to the window they said CASH ONLY system is down but none one care to put up a sign or just tell us the issue. The manager never address the situation nor provide a solution. Bad customer service !

Love the cake batter. They did away with multicolored sprinkles that we all miss so much. They were always fresh and were the perfect topping. My last pick up order was wrong but usually it’s great.

We love Jeremiah‘s Italian ice. The product is delicious and it’s a fun place to visit. I lower the rating by one star because my wife asked if they would put just a small dollop of vanilla on top of her Italian ice and they charged us a dollar extra without telling us. I only noticed that after we left on the receipt. If you’re gonna charge me, it’s OK, as long as you tell me, you’re going up charge me.

My family and I all got a soft serve ice cream cone, vanilla and chocolate swirl. They are definitely not greedy with their ice cream. A small ice cream is a big portion. And it tastes great !You definitely get a good deal when you go there. You eat outside, which is okay with me, especially when you have children. Ice cream is messy but always fun to have. They also have a big menu to choose from. It all looks delicious!!

First time and wow. Great selection and service.

So friendly and delicious! Young adults working are more than happy to help! Portions are pretty big so even small size was goo much for us. Super accommodating and also a lot of soace around to hang out- evening times seem to be my favorite.

Always great service and just great Italian shaved ice. The flavors are very refreshing. We have made this place a family tradition when we are in the area.

Love the swirl here. Just don't go 10 mins before they close. They won't accept customers in the closing moments. Always get there atleast 25 mins before closing time.

Amazing peanut butter cup. My favorite. Omg peanut butter ICE. 😀everything is good. I live far from one so i wish they had a better system for traveling with my treat.

The ice and soft serve combo is FUEGO. Such delicious flavors, but they apparently don't like when you just sample one of every single flavor and immediately leave.

Jeremiah's Italian Ice is a very good place for ice cream and shaved ice. They have a variety of flavors, and almost all of them taste splendid. If you're in the area, I recommend coming here.

Good variety of flavours at a good price with friendly service. The pina colada with vanilla swirl was especially good. Also had the peanut butter one with cookie butter. Still tasted good but definitely better with ice cream and one flavour mixed in.

OMG this place has the most courteous staff ever! They give that "Chic Fila" type of energy. I came on three occasions over the week and dealt with 3 different young ladies... All are deserving of recognition. Good service is rare these days and such a pleasant surprise. Thank you ladies! *Of course the excellent treats speak for themselves!
