Went there for the first time, and I can't wait to go back.

We had a great time! The employee there was very helpful, had a lot of recommendations, laughed at our lame jokes, and was very patient. Marquis, 10/10 service!!!!

My colleague recommended this place. I had the large Root Beer Gelati. It was great. The ice cream was creamy and easy to down and the flavor was tasted throughout the little treat. We had the order delivered through a delivery app and the driver even had a cooler which made the experience even better.

These are SO delicious. If you get drive-through service, plan on pulling over in the parking lot with your spoon and finishing it before you move on! (These melt fast)

Checked out Jeremiah's Italian Ice, and ordered the Oreo® Double Stuf®. It has a Oreo® Cremè Ice mixed with Vanilla Custard, and it has Oreo® Cookie Pieces & Cremè Swirl Topper! The good: If you're a fan of Oreo, you will most definitely enjoy this Italian Ice! The bad: Nothing! Overall, will definitely return to fill my cravings for Italian Ice!

Awesome Italian ice, my favorite is the black cherry. This is a nice location however the parking lot can be a little busy so be careful if you have littles with you!

Religiously can’t read the orders that are submitted through Uber ears or door dash. The receipt on the bag has the correct thing I ordered but always get some wrong variation of there my order like wrong flavor. Unfortunate that the staff can’t read the receipt, put the product in a cup, and then put it in a bag. Seems pretty simple but must be some huge disconnect between just simply reading what was ordered and putting it in the bag. Disappointed again. And thanks for the staff for telling me I could just drive up there and swap out my order considering I ordered through a delivery service for a reason. Should be an option for less than one star. Maybe a reading evaluation be done before they hire staff. Because it’s not a one time thing this has happened to many times to count. Can’t do business with a place like this anymore.

I took my family there for dessert right after eating dinner next door. The taste of the ice cream was good. However, the service from the young lady serving us was less than welcoming. She was dry and seemed to be rushing us even though there was no one behind us. This was 12/17/23 at 6:12pm. Order # 287300007 . I get it that we all have bad days, but it shouldn't reflect on the customers. Especially, if they had nothing to do with the issue.

Plenty of seating, very good service I like the fact that you couldn’t sample things prior to trying it out. I like the ice cream and Italian ice mix very large servings. I’d recommend getting a smaller size versus a bigger size. They are very filling

Northing wow. I was expecting some different ice-cream with a good flavor but was just ok.

Do not go to this place after 9 pm... more concerned with cleaning and doing ANYTHING other than taking customers orders. The line was consistently 10 persons deep with one person taking orders. We waited in line for 17 minutes with only 4 people in front of us. For God sake, will one company in Orlando, especially in Downtown start realizing customer focused service and start delivering!

******Avoid this location.******* Stopped by after Church yesterday with my girlfriend. There was a young blonde woman working the counter who had poor customer service skills. She greeted us with "what do you want"? She then placed lids on our iced gelato and tossed them into a plastic bag which resulted in the contents spilling everywhere. As we walked away she laughed with a short brown haired woman and made the comment "these people." Amazing in this day and age that people can still discriminate. Especially someone who scoops ice into plastic cups for a living. This is not a family friendly location. Nor is it very sanitary. Thankfully the contents spilled before we ate it as we found a blonde hair in the iced gelato. ******Avoid this location.*******

Reminds me of Rita's. Italian ice mixed with soft serve ice cream. Plenty of great flavors to choose from and you can sample all of them.

You can't go wrong with Jeremiah's! So many choices, inexpensive, and delicious. we tried the orchata and mango gelato, nothing better on a hot, Florida summer day!

Best Italian Ice cream ever! I love the Pina Colada and the coconut Italian ice. But they have a lot of flavors mixes and toppings. The service is always quick, and the price is very cheap for this amazing delight.

I tried to call but no one answered my daughter found a fingernail in her coconut ice its quite appalling and disgusting we've been eating Jeremiah's for years and it was literally just ruined for all of us in the matter of a few minutes

The service was fine, helpful, if maybe a bit slow. The girls did their best when our party of nine hit was followed by some others! The items were excellent. Great flavors, especially the holiday limited flavors.

We have been to multiple Jeremiah locations, even this particular one several times. But, tonight was different. We ordered three quarts, no lids. Usually it arrives looking like any size cup might be look. Tonight lids were added and the quarts were no where close to full. After questioning, staff said that is how they serve it. We told them that we have never gotten a semi-full quart, at this location, or any other. Staff was not pleasant about it, but did give a little 4 oz cup of ice cream. AFTER adding this to the quart container, it was still short at least 8oz. of being a quart. I know times are tough, but don't call something a quart if you are going to give less than a pint and a half. We could have put the third "quart" we purchased in with the first two, and had two quarts with LESS THAN a true quart is usually served when no lid is requested. The lid would have gone on our quart containers, with room to spare, had they added another 12oz. Shame on them

This morning my daughter didn’t like her order. She asked for another another flavor. The staff became rude and refused to give my daughter another flavor or a refund. I had to request for staff to call manager to get help. The staff then rudely pushed the ice cream into my daughter’s hand and slammed the window. I’ll be calling corporate to make a complaint.

Truly an amazing experience went for the first time and I was treated so kind and loving we'll go back especially knowing that they have sugar free flavors

Open late, and swirled Italian ice my favorite. I found this spot on random but it's so yummy. I ordered the Pina Colada swirl which is vanilla Ice cream and Pina colada Italian ice swirled together.

Lots of flavors to pick from. I would recommend getting some vanilla soft serve and then go next-door to Tijuana Flats and get yourself some churro bites. Together it makes the best desert!

The Italian ice and soft ice cream is pretty good. They have some odd flavors which adds a bit of character to this establishment. I went when they were fairly busy. I was able to get through the line and have my ice cream in about five minutes. I would recommend it as a good place to stop by for a cold treat.

It’s good but I had a hair in mine..

To is 4th of July and I have been dying for weeks to come here we had the best 1st time experience here the service was Impeccable and just outright amazing my 2y drop his up in. Frenzy to eat the Italian ice cream and they gave him another one for free it was truly heart warming and the fact my kids and I are lactose intolerant Italian ice is a must-have even at home but the fact that we can drive 10 minutes from our house for this we will definitely be doing this again and next time I’m bringing my friends and my family and also I’m diabetic so the fact that they have sugar-free even better and it’s gentle on the stomach best part and guilt free

Free samples to figure out what you like cause there's like 20 flavors. They layer the Italian ice with soft serve to give it an even creamy-er. Never had Italian ice/Gelato before but this place was really good. Super friendly, helpful, and fast customer service as well.
