Best chain sandwich shop hands down!

This was my first visit to Jersey Mike’s! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful with figuring out what to order! The sandwich I got was delicious!! Thank y’all so much!

Starting out in food service, I've always thought it was important to thank the culinary team making your food. With online ordering, it has become easier by commenting in the special instructions.... well I did this today and the team responded. Thank y'all again for making our night better with a delicious sandwich made right.

We stopped by today for the first time, and I cannot express how amazing not only the sandwiches were, but Shanice along with her crew and the manager, are just as amazing - if not more! They were super friendly, and patient as we weren’t sure of what to order at first. They even asked us our thoughts on the sandwiches right after to make sure we enjoyed them. The #8 is now my favorite sandwich. We will definitely be back again very soon! I will even bring family to this location for lunch during the summer. Subway has lost 2 customers today!!! 🤣🤣❤️ Thank you guys!!!!

We order takeout here a lot. Great tasting subs and the staff are always friendly.

Called ahead 20min prior when arrived food wasn’t ready, after other customers coming in ordering and getting there food I still kept asking for my order kept telling me it’s coming up after 45min waiting that’s when they started making my order exactly a hour of wait in the store for my order especially with 5 employees working just ridiculous never ordering from here again

As someone who is from New Jersey I have frequented many Jersey Mike's and I have never come across a cleaner & friendlier store than this one. Robby, I assume is the manager, is AMAZING!

Great food and fresh. When they say they slice the meats fresh it’s not just lip service like one of their competitors. When you want it fresh this is the place to go.

Great crew who are always friendly, fast, and helpful. The food is awesome, great tasting subs. Chatted with the manager on duty the other morning and he was welcoming and very informative. Love this location.

I have been meaning to do a review but it’s been a rough couple of weeks. It was just about closing and I had just gotten back from the airport picking up a family member who came to visit her dad who had ALS. Dylan who was working that night along with Alex. They took my order. They were true professionals. They could have easily said we were closed but they didn’t. Dylan made my sub. They both asked how my night was. I proceeded to tell tell them. They both were understanding and ended up giving me the sub at no charge. I was very thankful. Moved forward to today 10-15. I just flew back from Maryland after attending my friends memorial service. Again very close to closing time. Alex made my sub. She could have easily said that they were closed but no she made my sub. Again asked me how my night was not knowing what I did this weekend. Both very understanding and very sympathetic. I truly appreciate them and the store. I have always received excellent service from this location. Both these two are A+++++ employees. Thanks again.

The Big Kahuna was very tasty. A little pricey, but delicious food.

Chris was the best! Created such a good environment to enjoy our subs. I even made the mistake of forgetting to ask my sub with no cheese and he re-made it no questions asked. I heard he was getting a promotion - he deserves it. Go Chris!

Easily the best cheesesteaks in the area, maybe the state (tried the steaks at Phillies spring training in Clearwater, they were better than Wawa, but not even close to Jersey Mike's). 4 stars from me because I would have liked cheese choices other than White American (eg, provolone, swiss, whiz), a pizza-steak would have been nice. I came to Orlando from Philly so I'm not 100% sure if these are just Jersey-steak things, but more options would be nice.

This is my favorite Jersey Mike’s in town. The manager is very kind and personable. The staff seems to be happy and never had a bad experience. I love their daily specials.

Jersey Mike's makes THE BEST subs in my opinion. Everything fresh sliced to order in front of you adds a little theater to your order. Now spoiled for subs anywhere else, just won't eat at the "other place" ever again.

Great service, great quality food, with the important bonus of polite, respectful staff! The manager makes sure the staff follow every step correctly. He asks customers who dine in how the food is and does what you expect from a GREAT manager. We dined in three times so far, and every time we were pleased with the quality of sandwiches and the wonderful manner of the staff. They have gone through proper training and know it is important to take care of their customers and create a pleasant experience. Please keep up the great work because many of us are tired of poor customer service and rudeness of staff in nearby fast food restaurants and Dunkin donuts. In this Jersey Mike's, every time we had delicious sandwiches and left with calm, happy mind.

First time going to a Jersey Mikes and I can’t say enough good things about this location. My husband and I walked in tonight after an extremely busy day at work with a 7 sub order and we were in and out in 10-15 minutes! The employees were incredibly nice and the subs are amazing! We will most definitely be back. Thank you guys your amazing!
