I love Jersey Mike's. I love their subs, their service, and the layout. I am finding JMs are consistent from location to location, so I might have found my favorite chain of fast food restaurants. ADDENDUM: My previous review was two stars some years ago. The manager has clearly turned this location around. Recommended.

If I could give this a zero I would at this point. We have been coming for years and years. Literally the last SEVERAL times we’ve ordered from app it’s been wrong. Whether it’s wrong toppings or not adding double meat and we paid for it. I never complain. But I’m tired of having to go back or argue with them that they made sandwich right when clearly it’s wrong. Look at pic below. There is clearly a single serving of chicken and they want to fight me about it. Unless the portions are getting smaller and it isn’t communicated. It’s the same amount as the other phillys we ordered.

Almost $50 for two sub combos for lunch. I actually had to check to make sure they didn't charge me for an extra sub. Better than Subway but there are better options for less money. Staff was friendly, place was clean. I won't go back due to the price.

To go orders are pointless since you have to wait in line. I understand theft concerns but plenty of other stores do this better with a separate area and staff to handle to go orders. I often end up just going straight to the cash register but there’s often a line for this too and it’s not always clear who is waiting for their in-store order or picking up their online order. I hate having to wave someone down or get their attention when the whole purpose of the online order was to skip this.

I had the best girl at the counter Who provided me with the best Philly steak sandwich ever! I love this location and I love the service that was provided! I would definitely recommend this place

I order from this Jersey Mike’s location often and the food is always great. Tonight I ordered from Uber Eats and the order got messed up. I called the store and spoke to Eric the manager. Eric went out of his way to make it right! Good customer service is hard to find these days but Eric went above and beyond! Thank you Eric for your exceptional service!!

Every single Jersey Mike's I go never ever has lemon for iced tea. It stops me from buying combo as I don't drink soda. Use lemon juice if you don't want the hassle of dealing with lemons. Most people use lemon in their iced tea

I’ve been going to Jersey Mike’s for 20+ years. When I moved from NJ to Florida 9 years ago I found Jersey Mikes in Parkland! This location is absolutely fantastic! Great staff, great food. Lucas, Andrew and Eric are the best of the best!

I recently visited Jersey mikes after a long day of manual labor and stopped by jersey mikes. The sub was immaculate. Connor made sure my sub was very girthy and overflowing with meat. I made sure to get it mikes way with extra mikes sauce. The extra sauce helped the sandwich slide down my throat and made it extra tasty. Thank you Mr mike!

My favorite sandwich shop Period. Fresh meats great breads. My go to place.

As close to a real Jersey sub as you will get in Florida. Miles better than Subway. Ask for extra beef on the cheesesteak: get the Club sub Mike’s way.

Only complaint about this location is that Mike's juice is not bottled but instead oil, vinegar and spices spilled separately. It honestly doesn't taste the same as the bottled version. Other than that, food was good and so was the service.

Changed my review from 6 years ago we use to go there weekly unfortunately the past year service has gotten bad and the employees are rude.

Love Jersey Mike's subs I'm from Philadelphia and I love their cheesesteaks I think they're very close to Philadelphia sometimes I'll grab a roll from Western beef because it's more crunchy on the outside like a Philadelphia roll and I'll transfer my sandwich to the other bread makes it even better but their bread is good as well and I love that they have reward program they have gone up in price recently just as everything else but it is what it is great food

This is my first time ever eating a Jersey Mike's sandwich. I was referred by a few people and never took the initiative to stop in until now. The store is super nice and the staff there are very polite. I got the number 17 and 56. The sandwiches were very good. The bread is very fresh and so were all the other ingredients. The number 56 is is the big kahuna philly steak and the 17 is the classic philly steak. I will return and try another type of sandwich next time. I even recommend trying it yourselves.

Ordered here many times. 3/13/2022 Ordered Cheese Steak with peppers and onions Also ham and swiss Mike's way.... Opened ham and cheese sub had only tomato peppers and onions... Not what I Ordered Definitely not Mike's Way....

I had just eaten a big lunch..My boss had to invite me out for a business meeting. but as soon I walked in and smelled the aroma. ....I had to at least get a cookie. Coming back for that Chicken Bacon Ranch. Love you guys and thanks for all you guys do in the community. ..especially with Food For The Poor.

Jersey mike's rocks. Love this place

This is one of the best sub chains as it beats Subway and Jimmy Johns by far. The bread is fantastic and so are the meats. 9 times out of 10 the subs are made correctly, overall a recommend from me.

I love Jersey Mike's Hoagies and Cheesesteaks. We made it at least 20 mins before closing on Friday night after driving across town to get there. I was a little dissapointed at how rushed we felt when ordering. One worker seemed to visually express her annoyance and made us feel like we were holding her up from something by tapping her fingernails on the counter when we were placing our order. That's the first time I felt uncomfortable while visiting my favorite location.

Wonderful experience great food and service. Our first time eating at Jersey Mikes. Subs were delicious and the location was very nice. Clean and comfortable dining room in a nice dimly lit setting. The exterior of the business was also decorated nicely with twinkle lights and we'll manicured landscaping. Highly recommend.

Such a great location. Rico is always super personable and makes every visit enjoyable. Not to mention he makes one mean sandwich. Kiara is also great. Her smile lights up the room. I don’t even know how anyone could leave a review lower than 4 stars 😒 the place is always clean, the staff are super nice, and the food and service has always been great regardless of management. My dad and I come here almost every Wednesday and even though sometimes there are different employees, they’re always so kind and efficient. Thanks for making our sandwiches lol

Super Tasty Subs Great Staff Clean !!

Love the "Sub in a tub" They truly made it easy for anyone who is on a low carb diet. The hot philly cheese steak in a tub is great! The chicken, bacon and ranch in a tub is fantastic!

Been here like a million times and it was always amazing service. Over past month each visit has been gotten worse. Last two times no working fountain drink machine so kids meals are charged separately for each item. I think management must of changed.

I'm allergic to wheat. They ask if it's an allergy or a preference when you order gluten free bread. One person does my whole order. All the meat is gluten free. They are friendly, well versed in gluten free and careful to avoid contamination. I eat Jersey Mikes subs at least once a week or more and hope to try all the combos at least once, instead of always the Club Sub. Yum!

If you've never had a Jersey Mike's original Philly cheese steak with grilled onions and mushrooms and green peppers and the special cheese sauce they use you have missed it I recommend going out right now and getting one

Just came here for lunch for my first time and it was DELICIOUS! I usually only get publix subs and I think this place might be just as good. I also got a free cookie for my first time coming! I got an Italian sub and all of their ingredients tasted fresh and cold. Definitely recommend this sub restaurant if you don't feel like going to a publix. Friendly, clean and they even have TVs so you can eat and watch TV as well which makes the experience even better.

As close as you can get in a chain restaurant in So.Flo. to a Jersey sub sandwich or Taylor ham,egg, and cheese. "Pork roll" sandwich. Not nearly enough beef on the Philly cheese steak though.
