They skimped on the turkey on my sub. There was a homeless person siting in the store.

Cold sandwiches are always without options, it's very stupid.

Didn’t get a chance to get their names . But I went around 5:30 pm in the afternoon . This location was the cleanest one yet . Customer service was amazing . I got a #14 veggie sandwich added bacon ! Super fresh , bacon was crispy and bread was just out the oven ! 10/10 . This is my new location to go to .

Just the best Jersey Mikes ever. People are very professional. I’m very impressed.

Omggg, the subs are delicious and the rosemary parm bread is my favorite. I love Italian so I got the #13 regular. The service is great the staff is nice and friendly. The atmosphere is amazing, it's so calming. I love everything about it

They don’t honor Jersey Mike’s Culver City coupons.

Called and went in on a rainy day to find THE most welcoming, professional service and tasty sandwiches. This is not common in the currently Covid burned-out places in the area these days.

Had to change my review, from 5 ⭐ as they changed their sandwichs, so sad, the buns are half the aize they were, making them smaller than subway now. Shame too but No more for me...

Awesome customer service and always the highest quality ingredients. I will continue coming to this specific jersey mikes in the future.

Never come to this place, even if your a client they won't let use your restroom because they clen it before they close. They don't care and they say they can't do anything about it.

Very disappointing to walk up to the restaurant at 8:45pm to locked doors and the employee inside telling you they closed at 8 when the hours clearly say 9pm. Should really get employees that want to work. So if you're looking to eat here plan on being here before 8pm otherwise you're not getting in.

Came in for a grilled sub 30 min before closing time - I guess they had already shut off the grill/oven. If you're looking for one of their hot sandwiches just know you've got to get there well before they close! Staff was nice.

Jersey Mike's is a lovely New England-themed sub shop with tons of unique sandwich options—and just like Danny Devito, I can hear that steak sizzling ;)

Philly chicken sandwich was delicious. It's not on the menu but they will make it when you ask for it. Nice and friendly staff also.

Horrible guest service. I ordered a Big Chicken Kahuna on WHITE bread and ended up receiving a Big Steak Kahuna on WHEAT. When I mentioned the error, the staff told me I was wrong and too bad. Avoid this Jersey Mikes and eat somewhere else.

Service was quick, thorough and competent. Food quality was great, only thing I didn't like is that they didn't toast my sandwich. Not even sure if they offer it.

We love that they take preparation seriously that is why we come back, however I’m not sure who manages this location but is in dire need of re training the staff when it comes to interacting with clients it is ALWAYS so bleak in there behavior wise I’d hate to think they’re legitimately unhappy and big shout to the only gal i saw in there she’s a PROFESSIONAL and pretty much does everything.

I love the team that works at this location. They are always so friendly and engaging with their customers and literally made my day last week just having a friendly conversation about local punk shows. I'll go out of my way for this location because of them when ever i'm getting Jersey Mike's!

Ordered the extra large Italian sub and there was hardly any meat and taste was very bland even though we added condiments to the sub. Not like the subs they used to make. Definitely not worth $16.00 +/-.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The bathroom was clean. They needed a couple of tables cleaned, but it was busy.

All Jersey Mike's deserve 5 stars but this location deserves 6 because parking is easy. Just avoid the line of cars going into In-N-Out.

Five stars for everyone here as they're energetic and nice to deal with! Jersey Mike's is a 3.5 in my book for food. The melts are good but I would opt out to get what I like on a sandwich and have them warm it up. Sometimes it can be a little cold in the middle.

They're a great restaurant for what they do. They don't have all the toppings, that Subway has, and they're not as fast as Jimmy John's, but they're my favorite overall.

Humility can be found in many places. Today, I found it at Jersey Mike's. The woman who prepared my sandwich was very polite. When the store ran out of an item that I really wanted, the gentleman who was cleaning the floor stepped up to help. He surprised me with customer service I havent really seen anywhere else. What's more, it wasnt until I left the store that I discovered they were essentially closed for Easter. They decided to serve one last customer before they closed up shop. I didn't catch the man's name but he left a lasting impression, I will try to pay it forward, and I will certainly return here again.

Better than the average "quick lunch". Better than most subs I have had, from the bread to the ingredients are all nice and fresh.

The manager was really friendly and patient with our questions. It was good food (my kids even ate it). It was clean and it has a lot of natural lighting. Good experience.

Staff is very indifferent, except for the cook. Very nice guy. Food was great also. Also a guy who appeared to be in charge at the time, and who took my payment couldn't care less about the interaction. Very scripted and monotone.

Jersey Mikes is my favorite sub hands down. I generally order on line and I walk in, grab my order and go. Its never been wrong, I have never been disappointed. There are a lot of sub places out there - if you like a more traditional Italian sub with oil and vinegar and oregano this is your place. In my opinion, the meat quality is higher than the yellow competitor. I have also used Jersey Mikes to cater office parties and everyone really enjoys that.

I love sandwiches and this was my first time at Jersey Mike’s. There is no better way to have a sandwich than from here. It’s like a Subway, but all the ingredients are fresh and taste amazing! They slice the meats and cheeses right there. It’s awesome!

Lots of parking. Quick service. Great fresh subs every time. Plenty of seating and the iced tea is fresh brewed. Always a good sub!

Stopped in for a sub. Ordered your ordinary cold cut sub with chips and drink. Meats were ordinary cold cuts, not the quality stuff that you can get in supermarket. Service was terrible. They looked at me angrily as if I was doing something wrong. Never said a word, just ordered a sub with chips and drink. Total price $11 and change. You can get a sit down sandwich and drink at the much nicer restaurant next door for the same price. And the sandwich next door will come with fries or veggies that are really good. Jersey Mikes is too pricy for the less than quality subs they serve ......and with an attitude to boot. Never again for me.

Like all the other Jersey Mike's that I've been to the Purcellville location does not disappoint. Their subs are always great, prepared with fresh ingredients by friendly, smiling staff at reasonable prices.

Sometimes I think a certain member of my family would LIVE here. It's very popular locally. A lot like a Subway restaurant, but my family prefers this one. The ownership is local and dedicated. There is usually a line, but it moves quickly. We've never had bad service here, and our favorites are the steak and cheese, reuben, meatball. I do wish the hot subs were offered in smaller sizes.

Great food, great service! I am able to eat and get back to work all in my allotted 1 hour lunch break.

Since these guys opened I haven't been back to Subway... Yummy sandwiches,fast and friendly service! And they have a teacher discount!
