They keep raising the prices (this is true at this location and other locations). The Veggie Sandwich is not worth the more than $10 with tax. It's just cheese, lettuce, and tomato. If you want pickles and yellow peppers, you have to ask for it. They always put too much vinegar and olive oil; so the sandwich is always soggy. Most normal size sandwich is over $12. The company just added a 10 cent fee if you order pick up for bag fees. Given that every time that I've ordered, I've never received a bag. I don't need a bag. Save the planet and not give people bag unless they ask. The fee is a scam to make money from customers. I am adding an update because they continue to charge for bag fees, even if you state you do not want a bag. My daughter always, always go to this place, she ordered something for me, her mom I don’t eat meat, she did an without meat well she have a mistake, she went back to the place, they said is your mistake not our, they don’t have the policy of once in a while for curtesy, for a good customer. I think that not nice.

Do not go to this location!!! They will claim to not make customizations to sandwiches when several other locations have done it. I had to walk out because they refused to make the sandwich! Rude and churlish. The echo park location is up now and better

Literally in 2 months it just went downhill for dinner… STALE BREAD.. literally 30% less meat. Unfriendly.. Before was LUCIOUS SANDWICHES. How sad.. hiring people that don’t care & will serve DAYS OLD BREAD.

Did a phone order and my order was never done.had to wait over 45 minutes for them to attend my order and the manager was next door doing nothing.

ignores requests and notes for sandwiches, didn't make it mikes way or add chipotle mayo which there is no option for in the online ordering. waste of $17, can't even enjoy it

Completely horrible experience. I went in for lunch around 11am on Friday 6/17. Nobody else on line and I was met with a full on passive aggressive attitude from all workers. No greeting or acknowledgement at all. The guy making sandwiches refused to even look up and acknowledge me. When he finally did, he spoke down to me, as if I was bothering him, and was snapping at me with his questions about what I wanted. As if I was a bother to him. Although no one else was ordering, it took about 20 minutes to make my sandwich. and everyone’s back was to me. Then he rung up part of my order for someone else. After I was rung up, he just spun around and walked quickly away. No acknowledgement that I had just ordered. I don’t know what happened to this place. They used to be so nice there. I will never go to this location again. They have lost my business forever, and I suggest they clean house and train a new crew that actually puts forth some effort into making their patrons feel appreciated.

Located on the W side of N. Central Expressway (going south, just south of Park Blvd) this is a nice sandwich shop that serves higher quality deli meat sandwiches sliced when you order - lots of varieties. They also have hot subs - Philly cheesesteaks, meatball, and even pastrami reuben. I tried their Super Sub - ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, and provolone - garnished Mike's Way; very delicious. I noticed on their menu that they also serve breakfast, as well as do catering. Very courteous and friendly service.

Very fresh ingredients. I can't believe it took me so long to try Jersey Mike's. I absolutely love their subs. Try their subs Mikey's way, it's their recommend toppings / sauce for each sub so you know it will be a good choice. Nowdays I order their subs via delivery apps so they are sent to me where ever I am.

You can remove that smell coming out of your bathroom by simply pouring a 5 gallon bucket of water down your bathroom floor drain once a month. The water in the trap evaporates causing the air lock to break that keeps the sewer fumes from escaping.

These folks make a quality sandwich and stand behind their product. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and tasty bread make for a fine sandwich. While they recommend "Mike's way", they're always happy to make it your way. this location was not particularly crowded which made for quick service.

Come here once a week. Always great!!! Always wonderful people working.

Sandwich was good, but the dining area needed some attention. Dirty tables, and a fly or two buzzing around. They're wasn't any paper towels in the restroom.

I would give 3 1/2 stars as they try hard to mimic the Philly..Jersey. New York sub (hoagie on east coast) and Philly cheese steak sandwich. Pretty good..but doesn't quite hit the mark. Born and raised in this eastern tri-state area..I've not found one eatery yet that I've been back to twice..this may be the closest one yet.

Nom and I had been to the JM’s in Frisco and it was a great food experience – would this be the same? Om: Oh yea, I LOVE JM’s. They serve up the best sandwich that I have ever had – that was the case at the Frisco location, and this location showed the same consistency. The meat and toppings are piled on the subs, and they slather it in vinegar, oil, and spices. Nice crispy bacon too, easily the crispiest from any sandwich shop. I can imagine this is what a New York sub would taste like! I had the club sub, my favorite (so far) that I have tried, though I plan in trying a some of their other offerings as well. The place was clean, the service friendly. I can imagine some having issues with the number of toppings they offer, it’s not quite as many as a Subway, but I don’t need a lot of toppings. They also are pricy, a giant sub can cost as much as two footlong subs at other places, but you pay for the quality of food, and I gladly will. JM’s is the best sub that I’ve had to date. Nom: The best sandwich place on the planet…I am convinced!!! How can you possibly go wrong with this place?? They pile on the meat like you may not eat again and the veggies are crisp and fresh. Also it’s a pretty basic offering of toppings which makes like really easy. Did I mention they slice the meat and cheese right in front of you?? So so cool… I had the original Italian…Oh my God!!! SO delicious! And fresh! I watched as they piled on the meat, cheese and toppings then doused the thing in sauce and salt and pepper. I ate almost the whole thing and that’s really saying something! The bread is also wonderful and has a nice crisp crust! Expensive for a sandwich? Maybe but this is a case where you get what you pay for and you will NOT be disappointed!!!

Simply put - Jersey Mike's has the best, most authentic Philly style cheesesteaks to be found away from Philly itself. The Plano location has great service and every time I eat there the quality is great!

I went there on a Sunday after church several weeks ago. My husband had eaten there before. We split #13 The Original Italian. We had it Mike's Way, with mayo. I would recommend this place to all of my friends. Be sure and get a card to earn points for free food. Monday's are double points.

Sandwiches are indistinguisable from Subway yet cost 20% more. This location seems to try to emulate JimmyJohn's but not quite able to execute fully. Not sure what the differentiator is supposed to be. Pepsi drinks products are also a letddown versus their competitors who offer Coke. $10 for a basic combo seems rich for a mediocre sandwich.

Visisted this location of the Jersey Mike chain earlier this year with a local colleague at his enthusiastic recommendation (he grew up around Point Pleasant, NJ, where the first store was located way back when). JM is your basic sub sandwich shop (fairly crowded at lunch time; there's not a whole lot of seating), but with the deli touch of slicing the meat and cheese for your meal right there on the spot. I found the sandwiches were always fresh, tasty, and ample (I usually had the regular #7), the place clean and tidy, and the counter staff was nice enough. Overall, a refreshing addition to the set of more well-known sub shop franchises in the area. I wish there were more JMs around....
