Glad they were close and open. Tried to go to Manchester shop, but it was unexpectedly closed. Very inconvenient.

If I could give this store a zero, I would. I ordered online and had it delivered. They didn’t notify me when it was delivered, no knock and didn’t update the app. After it had been plenty of time I looked and it was sitting outside my door. The bread on both sandwiches was harder than I’ve ever had. Could barely rip it with my hands, and forget trying to tear it with my teeth. I called and talked to the manager on duty, Conner, and he disregarded everything I complained about and said he made it and he knows it was fine. I called the next day and talked to the other manager on duty, Eddy, and he also completely disregarded my concerns. This has been the worst customer service out of any restaurant I’ve ever been too. I will NEVER give this store my business again. I’ll go out of my way to make sure to NEVER go to this store again. All I asked was for them to replace my sandwich and they refused. One sandwich isn’t worth losing a lifetime customer to them. (I already have submitted feedback twice online and haven’t gotten a response although they said someone would contact me within 48 hours. What a joke.)

Not freaky fast and they have gotten my order in for wrong a couple of times now. Check your food before you leave.

I love the sandwich Gargantua and I ordered that and 2 bags of chips. Will order again plus a Vito. Try them they are great. Service is very friendly.

I ordered a number 7 hot pepper sandwich I got the number 11 instead. Lol it was still good though just not what I ordered

Great place to swing by for a sandwich. The drive thru is nice as you don't have to get out of the car.

Was here on 6/26 Monday at 6:38pm and doors was locked. A guy came by the door as I was standing by the front door to inform me they are closed. Google shows they are opened till 10pm. What gives?

I always consider it a miracle if I get through this drive-thru in less than 30 minutes with no mistakes to my order. Sorry to say, no miracles today. Not sure why “Two Vito’s, three turkey slims, one with no cheese” is such a hard order to get right. But today’s creative screw-up included two Vito’s with meat, cheese, and bread. No veggies, no oil, no vinegar. Lovely. Incompetence at its finest. Sadly, whoever manages this location doesn’t seem to be in a hurry to try and improve the quality of service.

Too much attitude for little service. I love JJ sandwiches, but this place has the worse customer service. Attitude on the mic, wrong orders and when you complain at the window, you get the eye roll. Definitely lost my business. Once they get the order correct, it's that JJ standard.

Bottom line is they should be paying their employees better. Person taking my order did not know how to take an order over the phone and ordering took 10 minutes. Not his fault and should receive proper training for a job he is expected to do. Waited over 30 minutes to receive my order when I was ordering it to a place 4 minutes away from jj’s. Also received the wrong size sandwich from what I ordered. Not saying I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here but patience is needed.

I used the drive thru to order my food and could barely hear the cashier thru the speaker. I dont think there was anything wrong with the speaker, it just sounded like the cashier didnt want to be there. Look, im not asking you to be the most energic person when taking my order, but at least give some effort to speak louder. To make it worse, when i pulled up to pay for my food, the cashier didnt even look at or speak to me. Is it asking too much to be nice? The lady working the drive thru could use some customer service training or a better attitude. I will say the guy that handed my order was much nicer, so thats something.

I like the drive-through and that they use their app. A lot of the stores aren't taking the app orders and it makes everything slower. The food was delicious too.

Got my order completely wrong, were not wearing masks, could not refund my order until the following day. They were supposed to call me, and did not because they lost my number, so I had to call them to badger them about the money they owed me. Polite though

I've tried to give this JJ's a chance (actually, tens upon tens of chances) because it's so close to my house -- but the orders are consistently wrong and the quality just isn't there. I recently ordered an unwich that had mushy lettuce that looked like it had iced up a bit in their fridge over night but they used it anyway. Gross. And don't tell me they didn't realize it when they were making the sandwich -- they saw it and they used it anyway. The sandwich was inedible and no...I didn't bother going back to get another because it was the last time.

The employees are scepter for the delivery driver we’re nice. I understand if they’re out of something/forget something, but deliberately ignoring someone trying to get the driver’s attention because drinks were forgotten by the driver and then snapping at them for trying to get your attention is just downright wrong.

Swing by almost daily and I'll be honest I've never seen a fast food place working as hard as these kids. Its almost 8am, I needed some day old bread so called ahead and the manager told me to come on down.I chatted with the gm at the window today I asked about business. She laughed said busier than ever with half the crew they started covid off with but she applauded her small crew and how hard they work (she said 5 people besides her trainees!Whew) Luckily I wasn't essential at the beginning of covid so enjoyed working from home so I ordered delivery or came by drive thru most days and understood during peak hours the wait would be longer. But it's always great and when time allows the gm or her other manager will recognize me and say hello and how my days been going noting something from a past conversation. Ive worked fast food, its rough but its nice seeing these kids care during all the chaos

Placed an order online and made a mistake. Realized my error and called the store. The woman I spoke with was incredibly helpful and kind and made the change with no issues. Thank you!!

Food was fast and good, but I didn't see any seating outside. Probably not my go-to for a lunch break but ok place if I plan to pick up something quick to eat at work.

Very disappointed in the speed of service. They advertise curb side right now but if you call for your order they tell you to go through the drive thru. A lady had a huge order and I was waiting at the speaker for at least 5 minutes with no one speaking to me. I tried getting their attention and nothing. When I called to tell them they told me that there was a line and I'd have to go to the back and that they would answer the speaker this time. Meanwhile I can see at least 3 people inside standing around. Super frustrating. This was supposed to be a quick stop!

Waited for 20+ minutes in the drive thru. How long does it take to slop tuna and cucumbers on bread? And $7 for a sandwich without cheese is a bit high. Prices just keep going up. The time before that they were out of bread. I'll update this review next time I eat here... but that may be a while.

As much as I like to get Jimmy Johns on occasion, I'll no longer be attempting to get food from this location. 5 of the past 6 orders have been prepared incorrectly. Today is the second time I've been given a sandwich with substitute ingredients without being advised. For instance, I ordered the spicy east coast sub and there is no cappacola, it's just all salami. I would not have ordered this sandwich had I known ahead of time. I've been fooled enough times to where the shame is on me for trying to get accurate orders from this location moving forward.

Ordered Jimmy John from that location and it wasn't as good which I have always liked Jimmy Johns for years

This place has really lowered their standards. I ordered a Turkey sandwich, they didn't ask any clarifying questions and that's what I got. Paid almost $5 for bread, a smear of mayo and Turkey. We went there another time recently because of the drive throw, the Turkey looked weird and not long after eating, our stomachs hurt. That was probably the last time we will go there.

The food is consistently really good, these places however make mistakes with the order from times to time

Fast and delicious! Recommended location. Guy at the counter was also incredibly helpful when my son needed a bag of ice for a baseball injury. Wonderful customer service.

Perfect quick lunch. BLT and Tuna sandwiches are my favorite.
