I was at sonic at big Bend and sorrento. I was going through the drive through. Young man came on ask us to wait 10 mins Ms and we did then we looked around with 15 mins and all the workers were standing out by a car. We got tired of waiting drive around to ask if still open. They said yes and were rude. I understand waiting with only 2 workers but there were 4.

This was not our first visit here, but there seems to be a common issue. It takes 30-60 minutes to get shakes. The shakes were good, but really?

Never use the app at this location. They don’t pay attention. You show up and tell them that you’re there using the app, but you will sit there until you push the button and tell them that you were there. I’ve waited over 30 minutes the last 4 times.

Ordered online and showed up ten minutes later. Had to wait 30 mins for my food. If I knew I had to wait that long for food, I would have gone to a much nicer/better sit down restaurant. Absurdly expensive too. $60 for 4 meals at Sonic is ridiculous...

By far the worst Sonic I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. 3 Milkshakes took 30 minutes, order was completely wrong and melted. Do me a favor and call the sonic corporate and get your money back. This is ridiculous.

Not great. I waited 10 min past the pick up for an online order and it appeared like they just canceled it. I had to buzz in to check on it. They brought it out and this is what it looked like… not worth the price or the wait.

Even on rare occasion they get ur order right, the food is gross slop that looks like it's been thrown at a wall a few times before being thrown in the bag. Horribly managed. Also how many one star reviews does the owner need before thet think they need to step in and make changes?

Just drove thru and when I say drove thru I meant it. I ordered a simple meal. The person taking the order was rude. Then I sat waiting for my simple cheeseburger meal for close to ten minutes. I ended up driving away. Terrible.

Ordered through the app and checked in. I even saw the stall number change to my name. Waited 30 min before I asked where my food was and they told me they had it ready but never had a check in notification. Fries came out room temp and other items came out lukewarm and soggy.

Used to be one of our family favorites. Drive thru speaker is terrible and most of the time our food is made incorrectly, such as wrong condiments

I would give zero stars if I could. Waited 30 minutes for an Ubereats. They tried giving us a door dash about 10 minutes in and then gave up on serving us. We had to ring a second time to get the customer's order. We were met with a girl who quite literally yelled at us. The guy who ran out the order, 'Laiden', was rude. We watched all the employees walking as slow as they possibly could. Just shut the place down if nobody wants to do their job.

Last time I went all the stalls were out of order, the drive thru speaker didn't work, and they were out of some fried goods.

They took our order and I paid using the speaker/intercom. Our order was brought out a little while thereafter. It was nice.

We got up late and couldn't find breakfast. Then we found one of our favorite places to get food - Sonic. Our food never tasted so good.

It’s Sonic. It’s ok but certainly nothing to write home about. The food is about what you expect. It’s not fine dining. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here.

I got an oreo shake here, it was very good. Have never tried any food here, went at request of out of town guests. I know they are popular for their hot dogs and drink options.

Broken screens at the ordering kiosk but staff still made it work for us. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Definitely a good experience.

Went through the drive thru because last time I ordered on the app, it took 25 minutes for my food. At the drive thru, they said it'd be 10-15 minutes... Over 30 minutes later, I still had no food. A worker stopped to ask if I had ordered something (not my order), and I let him know that I had been waiting 30 minutes. He said they were short staffed. I get it, I would have waited 15 minutes for "fast food." But 30 minutes was too long, and I was now running late. I let him know he could cancel my order because I couldn't wait any longer. I love Sonic's slushies and food, so maybe I'll try again another time... but it'll be when I have nothing else to do.

The chicken was cooked to a dark dry brown.

Haven't been to a Sonic in years but stopped for drinks. We only ordered cherry limeade but it was great, although more $ than we would have liked to spend. Long drive-thru wait as usual, very friendly staff.

Was craven onion rings an was disappointed, they where very sweet with no onion flavor. ☹️

I have always had good food and good service at Sonic. 1st thing wrong was that the Sonic mobile app didn't work right, so I couldn't order ahead. 2nd, the car "booth" we pulled into wasn't working, so we had to move our car to another one. 3rd, food order was wrong. 4th my burger was terrible and took too long to get. At least my wife's order came out good. So, 3 out of 5 stars was generous..

#15 Ultimate meat and cheese, tots and an ocean water. You won't regret it.

Took over 30 minutes in the drivethough to get my food. It wouldn't have been that bad except I could see inside and workers were just standing around. There were only about 3 or 4 cars in front of me and 1 or 2 in stalls

This Sonic used to be really good but it's gone downhill. They weren't that busy and it seemed to take longer than it should to get my order. The fries were stale and the soda was flavorless. The sandwich was okay. I had a similar experience the last time I ate there. I'm done with Sonic

Every dang time. The food is always a letdown. I try often with this location because it’s right by my house, but I stick to sodas. At least I know that they’re going to comment and tell me they’re sorry, and that I’m welcome to call the franchise owner or go to a website to file a complaint. At least I have that.

I was there waiting for 45 minutes for my food. I placed my order and when he read it back it was good. It took almost 20 minutes for my order, but it was half of the order and when I asked about the rest of it he looked confused. A manager came out and apologized and said the rest of the order would be out and he would run my credit card then. Here comes the rest of my order but the girl was clueless about me needing to pay for my first order. I was there for 45 minutes unfortunately.

Cada vez que vengo a Sonic, siempre parece que una eternidad para la comida o bebidas para salir. La última vez que fui, había sólo unos 3 coches total en el, así que me pareció que el servicio sería un poco más rápido, ya que no estaban ocupados. Pedí fue un dr dieta. Pimienta y un orden de cheddar picaduras y tardaron casi 10 minutos para mi comida para salir. Mi carhop se disculpó por la demora, pero cuando llegué a casa a comer mi comida, el Cheddar picaduras que pagué unos 5 dólares por sólo había medio lleno. Me quedé muy decepcionado. Si vuelvo a partir de ahora, me aseguraré de que les diga que no bajo mi porción de comida, o voy a conseguir un refresco.

Puede hacer "conduzca a través de "aquí (como en Wendy's, McDonald's, etc. donde pides y conduzca a través de conseguir su pedido en una ventana y luego dejar) o al parque y orden como en un coche al estilo de los años 50 (lo que llamaré "Drive-in" donde se aloje en el carril/bay para en realidad comer). Agradable tener esa opción. Tipo de nostalgia. Hicimos "drive" aquí para el almuerzo recientemente. Perros calientes eran deliciosos, de hecho uno de los mejores que he tenido en el pasado reciente. Sin embargo, las patatas fritas eran sólo mi nieto tenía como promedio sólo comimos parte de ellos y siempre les termina si son realmente buenas. Otro inconveniente es que el servicio tardó al menos 15 minutos, lo cual es mucho más larga de lo que debería tomar para hacer una simple orden de artículos normales sólo para 3 personas. Los precios eran típicos de comida rápida y, por tanto, de 3 estrellas por el precio. Según el gusto de los perros calientes, solo tendría 4 estrellas, pero el servicio lento y media patatas fritas lleva la valoración 3.
