It's always a good place to stop and pick up the items you need. Whether it's groceries, home good, or pharmacy related, you will most likely find it here. Especially if you're on vacation and need items for your house or hotel.

Normally do a delivery with Walmart Plus account. Decided today to do pick up instead. It took over 35 minutes from when I checked in until I finally got my groceries. Could have go in and purchased in that time.

I really like self checkout stations. There is always a staff member helping.

Wanted to just get a small tea. Many people in line,long wait for open cash registers. Not all were functioning

Always a good place to start shopping for food and other needs. The isles are a little cramped.

Good place for variety of product. I can find what I need. Staffs are very friendly, helping to find the product what you want. Check out is very simple, you can find self checkout or assisted check out lane to pay your thinks.

The manager, Michelle went out of her way to help me as my hands were full( carrying my toddler because he was asleep). Due to the long lines and only self checkout being free, I went to that option, but she went out of her way to help. Not many employees do that anymore, so the ones that do go above and beyond should be recognized. Thank you!

Good, prices going up, sometimes aisles crowded with staff filling online orders, to the detriment of those walking down the aisle shopping for themselves. The employees doing that are not always nice or conscience about the shoppers having the right of way! Self checkout is fine but do not send someone after me at doors to check receipt! Either you trust shoppers to ring themselves out or employ more checkers!

Clean restrooms, and staff was helpful.

I came here for an oil change. They told me it’ll be finished in less than one hour. It took them 2 hours and still never finished it. I had to leave.

Had to make a late nighth purchase. The home doors were not opening and they coul_d put up a notice. Otherwise it was swell!

Terrible service in the beverage area. I spent 30 minutes waiting for a worker to open a display case and he never showed up.

Just want to give a shout out to AARON in the the Tire Department for excellent Customer Service I show up 15 mins to close in desperate need of a replacement tire because I was stranded 2 mile away without a spare.

Posted my original review (below) a week ago or so and returned today for a few items while I was in the area. Changed the stars from 3 to 1 because this time I visited the women's restroom. In a word - Pathetic! I've never seen a Walmart restroom in such a state of disrepair and a lack of cleanliness. All stalls need a total rehab and employees should be put on notice about the cleaning schedule. As Walmarts go, pretty standard. Do wish they could figure out how to maintain stocking shelves without employees blocking access to aisles and merchandise. But I'm not holding my breath. Also annoying that items are shown as in stock online, but aren't actually in the store. Otherwise, okay prices keep me returning.

Returns were easily handled by pickup service

Went to the pharmacy to get insulin because our 3 day old bottle was not refrigerated after use. Employee advised that insulin didn't need to be refrigerated after use and was good for 42 days. Employee input was huge, great customer service. Thank you.

Busy and not a lot of frozen food or no tissues left!! They keep moving around stuff so most of your time trying to find what you have on your list!! It is very frustrating when you think it's only going to be a little bit of time,it turns out to be a lot longer because when you go to get something that was in one place it has been moved to across the store in another place!! I hate going to Walmart pretty much the same!! Nothing has changed since the last time I was there!! NOTHING HAS CHANGED EXCEPT FOR THE STORE AGAIN I WISH THEY WOULD QUIT MOVING STUFF AROUND!!!

Make sure you check your bags. I had to get a refund twice on one order. Items were not there but I got charged for them. Other than that this is a great Walmart

Stock was low in some departments

5 stars solely because of Elvia at customer service. She went above and beyond to help my senior mom cash her check and explained the One banking account to us. The other young women at customer staff were not willing to help us cash the check at all but Elvira stepped in to help us after she was done helping another customer with their issue. We had to wait for Elvira to he done but I am thankful she helped us!

I just left there. They have a separate cosmetics section with its own checkout and certain items are locked up, which is fine, but when I told the lady working in that section that I was ready, she told me she would help me when she was ready. She was stocking shelves. Really???

Better than most and probably one of the best Walmarts in the Saint Louis area. I had no problem parking in a lot that was free of litter. Most of the cart corrals were empty and a guy was working to clear them. Inside the store, brightly lit. I had no problem shopping in the lunch meats and sliced cheese, everything well stocked. Automotive had the windshield fluid I needed. Most of the front of the store has been converted to self-checkout but there was still a queue. Win some, lose some. I'd shop here again.

They are frequently out of stock of various items that show up in online searches. I saw no gallon size bleach the other day and the distilled water was empty as usual.

Asked for a replacement on my rear wiper blade it was never changed . No sticker for oil change mileage after getting an oil change . Doesn’t Answer the phone.

This has got to be the absolute worst Walmart I have ever been to. They never have anything in stock. The workers are so rude, one even called me outside my name. Bless her heart. I've used their delivery service and ended up with half of my order and half of someone else's. I won't use this store literally ever again, I'll stick to the Fenton location for now, until Target completely wins me over.

Store is gross. Nothing is organized. I went the other day because it was late to get sleeping medicine, which was in a cheaper spot than it rang up for. Have found MULTIPLE roaches in this location from the office supplies to the clothing. Customer service is horrible, you have to wait for the longest time to get any help with condoms or perfume even the finger nails are locked away. Which wouldn’t be a problem if you could get some help. Don’t even get me start on The electronics department and getting help over there. Self check out is always covered with something gross that is smeared across the checker. Every worker at this location also just seems miserable. So I take my business anywhere but here.

The only reason I gave this store a one star is because zero wasn't an option. Filthy condition and terrible service.

Besides the fact that it's very shorthanded now, I see you still easy for me to find anything I need or want their especially on a budget or in a quickness.

I recently had a shopping trip to Walmart and was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of products available at such competitive prices. During busy hours, having more cashiers available could significantly enhance the customer experience by reducing wait times and adding a personal interaction that many shoppers appreciate. It's a small adjustment that could make a big difference in making the shopping experience feel more welcoming and efficient. Overall, my visit to Walmart was more positive than not. The store clearly strives to provide customers with a vast selection of items at affordable prices, and with a slight increase in cashier availability, I believe they could truly perfect the shopping experience. I'll definitely be returning for my future shopping needs.

I would not choose the delivery option from this store unless you are ok receiving an empty box. This store hires thieves to make their deliveries.

Do a lot of shopping for home and got my grandson oil change and tires for his car.

I would not recommend using pickup at this location. Terribly long wait times, the customer experience is awful. It would’ve been quicker to go in to the store and shop myself, which defeats the purpose of using pickup in the first place.

Do not order online groceries here they just took my money. I didn't get any items, and they never answered my call. Customer service is horrible and masssy!!!!!!!!!!

Walmart is literally the worst company. Space I received a Walmart gift card for Christmas. so I decided to go to Walmart and try to use it and go through the self checkouts, which is all they have now, doesn't take gift cards So then we were instructed to move all of our stuff that we just bagged to a aisle that had a person. We stood in that line for over 30 minutes. Finally, our turn luckily we had a ticket that had a barcode that had all of our groceries on it that we wanted so we didn't have to go through the individual checkout process again however the Walmart gift card had to be typed in and a manager had to come over and and approve the gift card sale. I only spent about half of my balance on my gift card so I went ahead and threw it away because I never want to experience anything like that again sorry Walmart but I'm done with you

I don’t like how they only check certain people when you exit. I also do not like having to make sure I don’t trash my receipt before I leave the building or else I will get accused of shoplifting. Very annoying.

I don't think it's fair to check only certain people as they walk out of the store. Letting at least 3 carts go unchecked while they check the one customer., if I did want to shoplift something, I'd just wait until the door check stops someone and then I'd walk through the exit. And it seems the door clerk rarely stops someone of his or her own ethnicity I have no problem with them checking my cart, but let's be fair and check everyone leaving the store to keep shoplifting down

Clean and neat with lots of new merchandise. Employees were very eager to assist. There was no "eagle eyes " hovering" near the "self checkout", but they were close by in case they were needed. I like knowing "someone" is available, because issues can arise with "self checkout" as well. Parking was not difficult and there was plenty of produce even with the holidays rapidly approaching. I will return to this Walmart, even though it is a little farther to drive.

What you would expect from Walmart.

We came here for tire service. Had an appointment for between 7-8 am. Arriving we see on the door they don't open till 8. No biggie. No one was there to check us in until about 10 or so after 8. Employee didn't know the manager had not shown up. We waited and waited, and over 3 hours later, they finally finished putting on 4 tires. We were the first appointment of the day. I felt bad for the man that was checked in behind us as they hadn't even put his tires on yet at the 3 hour mark. If you have an appointment, expect to be there long after your appointment time. No updates or sorry we are short-handed nothing.

Love this Walmart. Always clean with full shelves and plenty of employees that are helpful.

I wanted to give 5 Stars for the tech Mr.Avinder and Mr.Alexander(Zander) the manager Automotive Service. Both provided exemplary service when I had a tire blowout on the highway and needed it to be replaced. I brought the tire to this centre and although the exact replacement was not available Avinder located another tire maker and installed it right away. Alexander helped with the smooth resolution of the refund process. Both of them have left a positive experience for me and I wouldn't hesitate to get my car service done here in the future. Thank you Avinder and Zander.

Got everything you need and a little more

I am so impressed with this Walmart! It’s clean, the aisles are organized and their produce seems really fresh compared to the Walmart in chesterfield. Night and day! Much nicer Walmart for sure.

This is my favorite Walmart in this area. It is clean, organized, and seemingly has products that I cannot find at other area Walmarts. It seems to be a "cut above" the others.

Walmart is my all time favorite store for all of my household, food, and clothing needs and more.

I called to order party trays from the deli. I had to call 4 times. Someone picked up and told me the deli doesn't have a phone and hung up on me.

It was a good trip, but if you are going to have clearance items, please label individually. Too may items are just tossed everywhere and you never know what the price is and I hate to waste the time of the cashiers to check price and then I have to make quick decisions while holding up the line.

rude staff... only a couple of self checkout lanes open and a long line.. staff more worried about going home (shutting down Lanes) than the line waiting to check out
