If I wanted Imo's Pizza (St. Louis Style), I would've ordered from there. I went to this Domino's because the one on Clayton Road constantly makes their pizza too thin and with bubbles in the crust. I was hoping things would be different at this Domino's, but they have the SAME problem. The crust was also very dry, lacked the correct amount of sauce, and was almost as thin as St. Louis Style Pizza. I don't know why Domino's is struggling so much with quality, as their pizza is typically very tasty. However, for several months, I keep getting thin cracker pizza, instead of thick crust, which is what I want. Food is very expensive these days, so it's incredibly frustrating when it isn't done right. Please work on quality and consistency across all Domino's locations. I understand that we're in St. Louis, but not all pizza should be St. Louis Style if that's NOT what the customer ordered. On a lighter note, the service and location was pleasant at the Big Bend Location. Service is also always great at the Clayton Road Location...however, please stop making thin crust pizzas when that is not what the customer ordered. Ordered online. Times accordingly. Order was to be ready no later that 631. At 642, per their tracker, my order entered the over. I’ve been sitting outside waiting since it was to be ready and it just went in. Suppose I’ll waste more of my time in the parking lot. Hope it’s done before I need to pick up my kids, hence why I ordered online to have it ready upon my arrival. Would have gave less stars if possible as I have not been back to this location in 2 years since their last negative experience. Now I know to continue to visit the location at Clarkson and Clayton. Nothing but greatness from them

I do not want to give even one star to them. Very disappointed with the service of this outlet. We ordered 2 chicken pizza’s but got absolutely wrong order, one pizza that too with bacon. Again when we ordered, that pizza had every type of meat other than chicken. When I called the shop, that staff was blaming it on the new driver. It doesn’t matter who’s the driver, outlet put such big details on the pizza box how a driver can replace the pizza? Disgusting. Just an advise to do pickup only n also check the order there itself if its correct or not.

UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE SERVICE! We waited over 2 hours on a weekday, not busy, and they didn’t deliver the pizza at all. They also refused to offer a refund, despite the fact that the pizza was supposed to be handed to us, so we could sign the receipt and tip, and NO ONE SHOWED UP. By that time, the store would not answer their phones (20 min to closing) even though we waited 2 hours patiently. Cherry on top: we literally live 0.3 miles away from this Dominos.

This is my second time ordering from this Domino pizza. The first time, the Hawaii pizza I ordered was bad quality comparing to the ones we always ordered at another location on Pershing close to Clayton. I wanted to give this store a second chance today, but it got worse. The handmade pan Hawaii pizza was not cooked through, the dough in the center is raw and chewy!!!! Never had raw pizza before, so disappointing! I seriously suggest the owner to shape up your cooking skills, improve fast before you lose all the customers.

I have been to many places and have ordered Domino's Pizza. Undoubtedly, this one at 667 Big Bend Rd., Ballwin is BEST PIZZA makers in this franchise. Great Taste, Great & Friendly Staff & Service.

There’s been something nasty about my orders and I thought it was a coincidence at first but they’re definitely messing w orders.

These guys need training on how to Bake a Pizza. Always undercooked pizza. Done with this location forever.

My husband and I ordered dinner tonight and I am very upset at the service he experienced. We ordered carry out and he was trying to swipe my card and it was a dollar short and using my card so as I was moving money around so he had enough and his phone was here at the house with our 3 year old. He asked the man behind the counter if he could use the phone to call me the man said “ehhhhh i don’t know if I can” it’s just a quick phone call and told my husband to drive back home and see what’s going on. I should mention that my husband is a black man. To know that husband experienced such racism infuriates me to know. We will never order from you all ever again.

Please sharpen pizza cutters. I always have to cut them at home. I often forget to rinse off the pizza cutter and then my girlfriend gets mad at me after the sauce and cheese dries on it. Your food is tearing my relationship apart.

N1 bull sh¥t ... they gave me an online discount, and I placed the order for $22. Then, I checked my bank account , pending $35.... any time when i order chicken wings is missing 1....any time they lie for something....this is my last time order here!!! I'm done with Domino's .... prefer Jet's pizza!

So. Bad. Never. Again. I was not going to drive back to the store, as that is not convenient and I did not have the time to do so in order to meet their "return policy" lol. I simply addressed the disgusting excuse of a pizza to bring it to their attention, because the pizza I received was unacceptable. I also suggest that they consider providing customers with a voucher, or something to RIGHTFULLY compensate for the poor experience and product. Having a "return" policy such as the 2 hour return is ridiculous, and does not rectify the situation at all. Lastly, I did not ask for a refund, so to respond by telling me I can't receive a refund is pretty unsatisfactory and tactless. A better response would have been an apology, along with ensuring the customer that this will be brought to the attention of staff, so as to avoid future occurrences. To be expected these days I suppose......

Terrible customer service and rude as can be ,didn’t know to read the notes to know where to deliver it for god sakes and even gave it to the wrong people and by time I found out where it was It was cold to the touch 🤦🏻‍♂️

Just got a pizza tonight and it was fantastic. I loved it and Kristofer the driver was very good and kept up with me in delivery. I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family ....

Picked up my order today. Looks like expired bread used for breadsticks. Thin and tasteless. Pizza was just supposed to have normal cheese. It has so much cheese it’s hard to eat.

Woman that took order did not understand English. Miserable experience. Got our order wrong. Ordered 2 medium pizzas. The sausage onion and mushrooms was tiny and shaped like a rhombus. The few toppings that they did put on it were in the middle. One big piece of sausage small etc. Fing terrible. All bread. Same with cheese pizza. The garlic twits were awful. Saturated in butter and garlic. 37 bucks for bread. Do not eat here! Never again. Worst pizza my family or I ever had. Sucked!

Order arrived quickly and looked well made... However both my sandwich and pizza tasted like they were dusted with Cinnamon and brown sugar. Not a pleasant combo.

Piece of wood or tree piece in my pizza…I am really upset I found this…my kids love dominos pizza and luckily this piece my husband ate into and found it.

Ordered a philly sandwich with extra meat and cheese, paid for extra meat and cheese and didn’t get extra. As a matter of fact, there was barely any meat at all. This is the third time it’s been that way. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

Pizza was a little hard but the main problem was I ordered delivery and the driver named Adam delivere my food on the ground and didnt knock or nothing I only knew it was outside because I was walking into the house from a class and seen it on the ground my boyfriend was home and didnt hear a thing

We are old folks ( I mean old ) so we know what pies we like. The only right pie is the pie I like, Thin crust, three toppings, of course a little extra sauce. Hold on the wife said hers is the right pie Hand tossed, three toppings, of course a little extra sauce. ( She got 2 outa 3.) this team has never missed a beat. 6:47 pm I just got a text the order is ready ( I forgot about the Lava cake and vanilla ice cream, yea she’s right about that.) Tried ordering online…with 2 separate cards, ordering failed …no reasoning given…had to go to pizza hut…same cards that were decline at dominos were approved at pizza hut…ridiculous….tried calling dominos…put on hold three times hung up up on all three times….very unprofessional.

Decided to get a LG 3 topping carry out deal they had going on. Pizza was done extremely fast, and was piping hot when I picked it up. It tasted delicious as always, but this time I chatted up with a few of the counter employees. One employee named Timothy K was extemely nice, and a very pleasant person. I think he was the manager, not sure. But they made this pizza absolutely perfect, check it out!! Great job store #1563, amazing customer service too!

They do a pretty good job as far as quality and getting the order correct, only have a problem getting my dipping sauces.

Local Domino's always does good job. I like their app that let's you know when the food is on the way, and when the driver is close...the app is actually one of the reasons I order here.

I like Domino's, but until they get fully staffed, don't do it! We placed our order and the site estimated 50-60 minutes. Our order sat in "prep" for 30 minutes, cooked quickly, then sat in "quality check" for another 35 minutes. I called 65 minutes after we placed our order to inquire about an updated delivery time and was told it would be another 20 minutes for the delivery driver to even get back to the store. We ended up canceling - I'm sure it would've been soggy or stale by the time it got to us anyway, sitting there for an hour. All of this for 2 simple pizzas! Might try again someday if I learn that they're fully staffed, but not until then...

This location is always difficult to work with.. for some reason the online option freezs up whn you try to place an order when it is later in the evening..but just for this location. Also called 4time and sat on hold for 50min until they were no longer taking orders! This is not the first time they have purposely not answered the phone so they didn't have to take the order and almost like they disable there online orders! If you don't want to take pizza orders then get a new job! And when they do take your order the quality is on par with the service...or lake there of!

I ordered a meal after a long day of working and waited 2 hours for nothing! I called after my tracker was completed for delivery ( after an hour ) and they said the delivery guy had JUST left with my food and should arrive in 20 min. Another hour passed by and I got nothing. I tried calling for a refund and cancelling of the order and waited on the phone line over 10 minutes before someone it seemed hung up the line before answering! Now I have gone to customer service to get my money back. This was ridiculous service if I could even call it that! Won't be ordering from here again!

Although Dominos is a chain, each location really is unique. This shop is always super responsive and attentive to special requests made when ordering. One time they were out of an item and made sure to contact us to replace it, and they still then offered a discount due to not having what we originally wanted. That goes above and beyond for a pizza place. Ingredients are always fresh and we appreciate the curbside delivery they offer.

This place is a prime example of employees working hard, and delivering on their product perfectly. My wife and I get pizza here often, and tonight when I went it it was immediately obvious that their A/C was out...it was like I'd walked into a sauna. I've worked in a place before where the parent company dragged their feet with repairing A/C, so I can understand the frustration and exasperation in trying to do your work while you're extremely uncomfortable...however, the people behind the counter, albeit looking very hot, had our food ready, and were going about their work as if it wasn't excruciatingly hot in the store. Bravo. It's the kind of situation that a better company would give the employees paid time off while the problem was resolved, but since Dominos forced them to go in for work, I had to make a point to compliment the local staff.

We ordered 2 Medium extra crust pizza’s. One was free for points earned ordering online! Dominoes has created “The Best” online ordering system. Never mistakes as the prompts work every time. Of course they are quick and accurate. Always great short of dining In at the Fine St Louis Italian Restaurant‘s!

I love dominos. I have a login, get points for free pizza, order where I travel etc. BUT tonight’s pepperoni and sausage was reeeeeally light on the sausage. I think the app said “Sean” prepared etc. you guys don’t need to get skimpy on the main ingredients! (I’d post a picture if I Could)
