It was clean and the workers were nice. But there is NO CHANGING TABLE in the building. So for future outings this isn’t somewhere we will go as a family.

Won’t go here anymore. Every time we go they are out of the popular items and it’s 10-15 min wait for them to make it. Also wouldn’t let me try a new item to see if I’d like it and if it was going to be too spicy for my kids.

I don't dine in, so I don't know what the atmosphere is really like but the food is always delicious.

Ordered a bowl of chicken teriyaki with chow mein and it was really good. Place looked clean and service was good. I commented how good the chicken with green beans and onions looked and they gave me a scoop of that in my bowl to try out. Thank you, will return again. Another good trip to and had beef broccoli and chicken teriyaki again. Great place to eat. Updated 7/15/24. Stopped for lunch and got beef broccoli and chicken teriyaki and this time it wasn't so good. Got kinda skimpy on the BB and it wasn't very tasty and there were several small bones in the chicken and now they have only packets of teriyaki sauce. Maybe it was a bad day but it seems the quality isn't as good so I lowered the rating. Not good

The cheapest vegetable you could add to the veggies is carrots! You take them out, cabbage, kale and broccoli. 2nd time, we've been since they allow seating inside and won't be back. Sorry, not sorry

I love panda, but why they never have teriyaki chicken????

The food is consistently good. The portion sizes are generous. The seating are could be cleaned better. All in all I recommend this restaurant.

Went inside to sit and eat. Welcomed in as I walked inside of door. Food was very good and not dry. Love their food !!

Didn’t get food this is service only. Have stopped in 3 times in 4 weeks at between 8pm and 8:15pm. All 3 times they have been out of food and not cooking more. Twice it was orange chicken which is their most popular item. With 45 min to an hour they should still be cooking food. I can understand if it was like 10 min. If I would have told people we where out with 45 mins to an hour until close when I worked in the food service I would have been fired. Seems to be either company policy, lose customers after 8 or kids not wanting to put the work in.

Food was cold. Restaurant was filthy.

Both myself and the wife got food poisoning from here puking our guts out unquestionably caused from the food we got here october 30th. Never going back this place should be shut down.

The food was really not so great. The grilled teriyaki chicken was good, beef broccoli & crab Rangoon were yuck! And food is very dry!

Did not get my order. My money was taken for me to just stand there and wait for 30 mins and the manager was extremely rude her name is HONG. Did not even care to help me with anything. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience of my life.

The kids love it and it’s a good value for the amount of food you get. This location has always been a good experience.

It is fast food but they were super nice to my 9 yo who tried ordering for himself for the first time.

Poor customer service. I was not given nor was offered sauce for my teriyaki chicken. The shrimp were old and a had a mealy texture. If you're planning on going here for food, don't. It may be better if this place is permanently closed as it seem the employees don't care to present the best possible product to the customers.

The new sizzling shrimp is amazing! My son loves eating here. We usually go about once every 2 weeks at least. This particular location is always very busy, so if dining in just know, you might have to wait in a line, but it is worth it, and the staff are still great!

Good clean place. The food was good. I went when they were busy, and the line moved faster than expected. I would recommend this place for lunch and dinner.

We only go here for take-out when we don't have time to drive to St. Charles for Mandarin Garden! Decent Chinese cuisine with lots of variety & fair prices, they'll do in a pinch...

This is becoming one of my favorite Panda Expresses. We have stopped here multiple times and they seem to be very consistent. I'm not sure what they did to the lo mein but it used to have more vegetables in it now it's just a bunch of cabbage leaves but still love the orange chicken. Their food seems to be consistent in taste and I'm still prefer this Panda Express on Manchester at Highway 141 they seem to put a little extra effort in in the preparation of the taste of their Foods

Line moves fairly fast.. would be nice if they had a Drive through though

For a fast food, counter service Chinese eatery, Panda Express offers consistently tasty food. They are all clean and inviting. This location doesn't deviate -- good place for a quick bite.

This location has been so disappointing for a while now. Chow mein is dry and tasteless.... Fried rice not much better. Orange chicken usually dry and hard because the pieces are so small now. Sweet fire chicken isn't much better. Probably just won't eat at this location again. Hoping another Panda is better.

Food tasted great. Customers would keep coming back to eat seconds and thirds.

It's decent food.....if you get a bowl, it will be mostly rice/broccoli/ fried rice/or lo mein, with very little entree.

Didn't receive all of my order. Gm was super nice though.

When your looking for some americanized Chinese food go no further this is the place for you I mean its panda express the orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp hit different

Good and fresh food, little on the pricy side if you want variety, location is clean and the staff is friendly and always eager to help. For a chain restaurant flavor is decent, at least at this location.

My bowl was filled to the top with rice and very little beef and broccoli. So the ratio of meat/veggies to rice is ridiculously off. But the place was clean abd the setvice was friendly.

Pretty much the same everything I go. wish they'd bring back the BBQ pork though.

My husband an I just ate here the chow was kinda dry an my husband complained of the chicken teriyaki didn’t taste good . I ate the Sweet Fire chicken it was ok an the Honey walnut shrimp were good

It was quick to get our food and everything tasted great. I'm glade to see that they got more staff working there now. Last time I was there I waited like 15-20min to order and had a line back to there exit door.
