It was 9:09pm when we walked up, they had closed at 9pm we were informed, but the GM happened to be there and said he would make a sandwich for us!!!! So, the GM and Shane stayed to make me a late night craving, they were absolutely amazing!!! THAT IS HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DONE!!!!!!

Today is April 20th.The deal said that there would be a rolling tray in my DIME BAG order. I'm very upset that I wasted $10 and did not get a tray. False advertising!!! 😠😡😤 We should all get together and sue them.

I went there due to me getting out of work late and was hungry so I took my family and my server was Calina she was so professional she also was very fast and expedited my order so fast along with 3 customers that were behind me she was very customer oriented what I needed or had a question she knew it like the back of her hand she was super helpful I really like this place I will keep coming back 10/10 place to go with family when Calina is working definitely

Placed an online order the day before for an office event. Arrived the next day at the scheduled pickup time and the team had the 30 Piece sandwich box all ready to go with napkins and mayo all bagged up. Took the sandwich box to the office and everyone enjoyed the selection and quality of the sandwiches.

$20 loaf of bread. Never had jimmy John’s before. Probably won’t again. This location is clean and friendly though.

i ordered a slim 6 wich is just bread and cheese. They gave me avocado in it (wich its not supposed to have) im extremely alergic to avocado and had to go to the hospital.

The employees do a great job keeping up the franchise.

Always great customer service and when there's a (minor) issue they are wonderfully quick to solve it and then some! ❤️

Ordered delivery and shortly after received a call asking to add more of a tip even though I’d already given a tip, then it took 45 minutes for my order to deliver, and then there was no mayo on my sandwich (I’d requested light mayo). I’m very disappointed and am not likely to order from this store again.

I know it’s Christmas Eve but come on…walked in to place a take out order, the person that helped us was so baked he didn’t know what was going on. Ordered 2 subs and had a special request on one. Both were made incorrectly and special request ignored. The cashier stared inappropriately at my wife the whole time and after a very awkward time we get home….only to find 2 hairs in the incorrectly made subs. Thanks guys

Fast service and sandwiches were correctly made to order per my request. They did it so fast that they forgot the pickle that I ordered cut in half. Didn't realize this until I got home and said "I even left a tip and got no pickle!"

The ladies working closing shift looked so annoyed when we walked in and took our order like they were miserable being there. It felt so awkward like we weren’t supposed to be there. The food was also not good as it normally is.

We spent way more than we need to because we didn't understand that giant is so huge. They really need a 12" variety. 4 is too small 8 is too small and 16 way too big.

Best sandwich ever. 🥪 They just make them better at this location, I don't know how but it's so tasty. Veggie on fresh baked whole wheat bread, add hot 🌶 peppers you won't regret it. Please don't forget to tip you sandwich maker!

Be less concerned if I am wearing a mask and get my order right. I walked in and was grabbing for my mask when I was asked right away if I have a mask. Not a hello or any other greeting just concerned with my mask. Then I place my order and requested my sandwich with no onions. Wait while they fulfill 20 box lunch orders before I get mine, only for it to be wrong. Again quit worrying about the damn masks (not your job) and get my order right (your actual job). Also they didn't provide me with any napkins. This location sucks.

I was at work and couldn't leave so I ordered delivery. After an hour of waiting for my food I called and asked if they had the right address, they confirmed. I waited another 15 minutes and my coworker came in with it. The driver had left my order outside on the ground for who knows how long.

They are always super fast and it is perfect every time. Lucila is absolutely amazing she is so sweet and personable. I get excited when I get to see her, she never fails to make me smile!

I really wish they were open longer than 6 hours a day. I know staffing is a problem, but 11AM-5PM doesn't seem like prime sandwich time and I think they'd be better off opening/closing a bit later.

We stopped in after a long day of traveling. Lucelia was so incredibly kind and gave us all kinds of Fort Collins tips. This is the kind of customer service that people remember. She is truly a wonderful employee of jimmy johns. Also our sandwiches were perfect! Thank you Lucelia!

I’m not too sure about JJ’s and maybe I’m accustomed to the deli heros in ny ... my main issue being there are literally only a few pieces of thin lunch meat, makes no sense. I want a fulfilling sandwich, not a diet. Bread is good & so are cookies but otherwise I felt it was a bit bland. Not very impressed.

I don't know much about Jimmy John's. Other than the number 1 is great, they make the sandwiches lickety-split & they are always friendly. Not that good food, made quick & friendly customer oriented staff are important to a fast food place.

I order and pay from the app on my iPhone and pickup the food to avoid the line. Sometimes I order and pay from the app and my kids pick it up when I’m not home and they need food. Very convenient as we are always on the go.

Kyle was an very informative and helpful employee. He helped me beyond the normal request for sandwiches! I’m very thankful for his help in getting myself a sub and subs for two starving teens. I’m a 73 year old grandmother! . We couldn’t leave hotel as we had no vehicle to use we were stranded with a baby, too! He was our only hope for some delivered subs! I didn’t even get hotel name right! Jimmy JOHN’s should be extremely proud to be represented by employee, Kyle! Forever thankful his friendly - patient help in a dire situation!

Hard to find if you're not paying attention

Always amazing taste with a super friendly and courteous staff. The parking is plentiful because it's located in a large shopping center and the seating was enough to handle the afternoon crowd.

I shop at a number of nearby stores on a regular basis and if it's lunch time this Jimmy John's is my go-to. Stopped in yesterday and had the 8" Turkey Tom, bread-in, cucumber and hot peppers. The store is always properly staffed. I was greeted when I walked in and as I left after eating my sandwich onsite. Prep time was a super fast 45 seconds. The sandwich was fresh and delicious, as always.

David Garner and his staff have always made me feel like a very important customer my food is always on time and it taste great! I know I can always count on this team to bring me a great lunch on days that I forget. David is so friendly and polite I know if I ever have a problem I can count on him to fix it.

David is awesome! Crazy fast (sandwich delivery to our apartment complex in u der ten minutes is insane, please don't get a ticket for speeding!) He is crazy politeand our sandwiches are always PERFECT! We put in a lot of extras and special requests and they are always met. If you get a chance to have David work on your order, special request him because it is so worth it!

I visited this Jimmy John's recently and I had an excellent experience. The cashier, David was extremely friendly and professional. He seemed very well-versed in the menu items and he made my ordering experience really pleasant and very easy. I asked about some of the newer items they had and he walked me through each option. He seemed to be picking up the slack behind the counter as well and got my sandwich out to me really quickly. Great sandwich experience, I will definitely be back, those jalapeno chips are awesome :)

Good friendly and not very noisy

Friendly staff here I went in on a super slow Friday night and got my sandwich and pickle in about 2mins flat. No music was on making it a little weird but JJ has some amazing sandwiches for the price

They were freaky fast. My daughter spilled a drink all over the place. They cleaned it up with a smile. No complaints!

Called in our order of 3 subs, and literally started a stopwatch when I hung up the phone lol! We are 1.2 miles from them, and we placed the order on a Friday at 1:12pm. From hanging up to knock on the door total time: 23 min 32 sec! Awesome! :) The delivery guy was very upbeat and professional as well. Subway has nothing on these guys! Our new favorite place! :) :) Price is inexpensive, but the food tastes like a million bucks!! Great job!

Sounds cliché but they really are that fast! I have my food before I have to wait for it.
