I have been here many times and the food is always spot on and consistent! Quality is amazing for its price! The spicy dishes are truly spicy which I appreciate. I love their bulgolgi, bibimbap, kalbi, and fried chicken. Their dishes are savory, sweet, and addicting. If you like seafood, you will like their stone pot dish chu gu mi dol sut bibimbap. I will definitely come back to try other dishes. Ambience and service are great! It’s a good sit down restaurant for a relaxing or romantic dinner with a couple of cocktails!

Bulgogi and Japchae were both ok

This place was such a good find!! Everything tasted great and came out fairly quickly. Cocktails were interesting. Service was lacking a bit though.. we only saw our server when putting in our order. Not many table touches at all. We would’ve ordered another round of drinks and possibly another roll if we were checked on.

After leaving California many years ago, I really missed Korean Food. Jin Jun has been my go-to place for Korean since a friend of mine discovered it several years ago. Staff is super friendly and food comes out timely. Even as a vegetarian, I find the food wonderful. I have some friends with food allergies and they've always been super happy here!

Excellent food, very good cocktails, relaxed vibe

I'll be honest, I live right around the corner from this place and often forget it is there until I go in and remember why I love it so much! Do not let yourself leave without trying the scallion pancake, it's my favorite starter! My first time here I made the mistake of having a dish so spicy hot that I could see through time for a week afterwards! But Everytime I've been back since, I've loved the meals! Great tasty, straightforward dishes with complex flavors that somehow don't overwhelm and that aren't too salty or strong. The drink menu is fairly simple, and they are light on deserts, but the staff is always friendly and prompt. The atmosphere is a bit like dining at the friend of a friend's house, nothing too fancy and just the basics.

I had dinner with friend here while visiting Chicago. I had been wanting to try kimbap for so long and I was so glad I finally got to. Our waiter TK was great; offered recommendation. All of the food was heavenly: the kimbap, fried mandoo, chap chae; even the banchan was some of the best I have ever had. There was another gentleman behind the bar (forgive me, I forgot his name) who was very nice! I hope to visit again next time I am in Chicago. Thank you for a VERY enjoyable meal!

I like the vibe in here. It was welcoming and fun, yet not too tightened up like a bar feeling where you can lay back a little and enjoy the evening. As I don’t drink, I ordered just my favorite Korean dish that always make me happy, bibimbub with raw squid that served in a hot bowl and a scallion pancake, I liked them both. And my friend ordered soup with soju and she said she enjoyed it too… We will come back!

An awesome place to come with friends! The atmosphere is lively while still being cozy. Food was great with plenty of vegetarian/vegan (I think) options!

Overall, our experience was very mid. The staff was friendly but it took them 15 mins just to get water on our table. We ordered bibimbop, wings, rice cakes, and spare ribs. The food basically all came at once which was overwhelming, and we weren’t blown away by the meal. The wings were actually drumsticks which was yummy but way too much food, the rice cakes were good, but the bibimbop was a miss.

Every time I come here, I feel restored and satiated! My father grew up in Korea and introduced me to Korean food as a child, so coming here is always a treat. The staff is always kind and helpful and the food is delightful and delicious. Our Bim Bi Bop was served after a Miso soup and small bites of fermented radish, broccoli, potato salad, with sides of gochujang and Kim chi. This restaurant is very popular, so be sure to make a reservation or walk in off peak hours. If you are looking for an authentic, classy Korean meal, I would highly recommend Jin Jui!

Stumbled upon this place while walking around Andersonville, and I already can’t wait to come back. Jin Ju has a great ambience, and even greater food. My fiancé and I ordered two Terra beers and shared the Sam Gyup Sal and steamed Mandoo— everything tasted incredible. Special note: our server, Elijah, had such a calming and graceful energy which really enhanced the dining experience. Thanks Elijah!

I had an amazing time at Jin Ju. The cucumber soju cocktail was so refreshing. We split steamed Mandoo, beef bulgogi, and kalbi short ribs. Everydish was wonderful, and the sides were the perfect pairing. I only wish there had been a little more of the sides, just because they were soooo goood!

Traveled 3 hours from Indianapolis to pick up some of this food! Worth the drive. Restaurant had a great social distancing set up inside for takeout. A bit pricey, but for someone who has limited Korean options, I was happy to let it slide and support this business. Personal favorite was Japchae. Soft chewy noodles, wonderful umami flavor. Kimbap was fresh and had a comforting taste, a familiar one. Sides of rice were all perfectly cooked. Kimchi is a bit spicy but effing delicious. Kimchi pancakes were a bit oily and had a certain bitter taste at the end (I'm guessing from the oil).
