I’ve been coming to Jinya since I was an employee here over 5 years ago! Today the service was better than usual, with the help and consistent attention from our server, Paulina. Me and my son enjoyed our ramen as we normally would before going see a movie! Jinya is my go to ramen spot ALWAYS!

Came in for a saturday night at 5:00 with no wait time. However, our server took over five minutes to greet us that took 15 minutes to get our drinks. Over 20 minutes of waiting for our appetizers, she did not make any time to check in on us. Once we got our ramens, it tasted like water that has been reused over and over. Our server never knew that because she never bothered to check in on us with no changing tables

When they finally get your order out to you and what you actually ordered it’s decently good food. However, we had to wait 45 minutes when the host said its a 20-25 minute wait, then we had to wait 15 minutes for a server to actually greet the table, 10 minute wait for water and lemonade, 40 minute on just 3 bowls of ramen and they didn’t put what we asked for in them so they had to fix that, another 10 minutes after that waiting of the kids ramen, 35 more minutes we got the small plate of crispy chicken (which was supposed to be happy hour and we got charged the full price not the happy hour price) and the kids sides that came with it, they gave us no sauce for it either like they usually do. They server was unattentive, didnt refill drinks really, was very slow almost like he forgot about us. We’ve gone so many times to this place and never ever had this worse of an experience or have to be there for 4 hours. Oh and to top it off there is no changing tables.

Went here with my sister and a friend, we had a great time and loved our food. I got the pork chashu rice bowl and it was excellent. Our server was Isaac, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming!

Dine-in was lively and full of friendly staff. Our waitress, Faith, was welcoming and rose above and beyond for customer service. Food itself came out quickly and was hot and delicious.

I love Jinya! I always love the food here and I love the server Killian! He was so sweet and gave me so much water when I was dying because it was too spicy.

Paulina was really sweet but there was a hair in our food and we didn’t want to bother her with the issue.

Had an amazing lunch date today. We had Robert as our server and he was amazing. Checked up on us plenty and had good banter. On top of that, he was fast. If ya go. You have to get Robert as your server, the guys great.
