My sister saw a post on Nextdoor & tried it...loved it...encouraged me to try it. I had their shrimp bowl with spices rice. Loved it. So far that is the only choice I've ordered.

Saw a good comment about JJ's on Nextdoor so tried it, have returned 4 times and will continue. I had the pulled chicken bowl with spicy Mexican rice, black beans, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, cheese. It was/IS VERY good..!

An absolutely amazing place. The food here is top notch. Everything tastes amazingly fresh, staff is courteous and respectful. Dining atmosphere is nice. Would so recommend going here. This place is like chipotle if chipotle gave a crap about what they served and how they served it. There is SOUL in this food. If you are looking for something to eat in the Orlando area this is IT. Would have taken a picture of my food, but the smell was so good I just ate it all before thinking 😆

I visited JJ's Fresh From Scratch to break my fast, and it was the perfect choice! Natalia, an employee, greeted me with a friendly smile and took the time to explain what makes this place great. It’s like Chipotle but BETTER—everything is made fresh in-house. I had a bowl with jasmine rice, black beans, shredded chicken, and various fresh toppings. The portion was generous, and everything tasted incredible! I also met Olivia, the owner’s mother, and learned that all the food is based on her family recipes. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I went to eat at JJ Fresh From Scratch and I liked everything, especially the Arepa that (Andrea) made for me. May the success continue.

Incredible service from the moment we walked in, dining in, and til we left. Nicole and the rest of the staff were so attentive and very friendly! Such welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. Definitely a 5 star experience and highly recommend!

Wow! I give it a 10/10. It stands up to it’s name… Everything tastes amazingly fresh and flavorful. The guacamole was like none other! Also, the staff or possibly owners , were so sweet, and polite. They even let me try the rice before choosing. They are much better than Chipotle or Qdoba for sure. 👍🏾

We have been long time customers of JJs and love their food. Unfortunately, tonight we paid $36 for two bowls that had hardly any food in them. While the quality is excellent, the quantity was minimal compared to previous serving sizes, and the pricing has gone way up. Next time I want fast casual, I’ll go to chipotle and get twice as much food for half the price :( I hope they reconsider pricing vs serving size because I do want to keep supporting JJs.

You eat very healthy, a very rich flavor, ask for Ms. Olivia who prepares some healthy and delicious salads, they are not on the menu I warn you so ask for her

Another failed online order. This is the second time I order on the JJs app and they end up messing up my order. I decided to give them another chance because their food is actually pretty good. Received an email that my order was ready at 7:10pm, walked in immediately since I was already waiting outside, grabbed my food and noticed it was incomplete. Then I’m told I have to wait 10 minutes for the last piece of my order to be ready. I finally walked out of my take out order at 7:30pm to then realize they gave me a side of queso instead of guacamole. Service simply sucks!

I really love this place. I just discovered it at a temporary work assignment and I keep going back. Everything I've had has been delicious and the staff are really friendly. I can't recommend it enough, and it may be worth the drive when I no longer am working in the area.

The food is very good and the people are very friendly. I especially want to say thank you to the Tuesday night crew and the hardworking Dulce. They always make me feel like family. (BUT I need the todtones hahahaha)

The plate was plentiful and delicious. Everything was very fresh. I ate the grilled chicken salad with my choice of toppings. The options are multicultural, greek, venezuelan, and latin mix. This is a fast casual, steam table type of restaurant. Very well maintained location. Great for a quick lunch because mainly everything is ready to serve. The service was very quick, and Dulce was very helpful in explaining the different options. It was a positive experience for me.

We arrived at the place and Andrea, Dulce and Andrés welcomed us with great enthusiasm and charisma. They made us feel like part of the house. We let them prepare our burritos to their choice and they left nothing to be desired. They are the best burritos we have eaten throughout our long lives. Thank you very much for receiving us. We highly recommend visiting this establishment.

Ordered a delivery and the food tastes fine. But for the price and value, it is not worth it. Steak overcooked and the peppers, corn and mushrooms were minimal. I’ve never seen more rice since Uncle Ben. The rice was about 2/3 of the bowl.

Great food but my god! The portions...I ask for sweet potatoes and they give me two tiny cubes. I ask for plantains and they give me two mini plantains. I ask for beans and they give me like five. Yikes!

My wife and I stopped in the other night and enjoyed the food. Good food options for vegetarians like us. The tofu was made fresh. Some of the options didn’t look as fresh but everything we ate was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Horrible, 2 hours waiting for them to finish an order that was also cold, a chicken that tasted overheated, the bowls were poorly made, they literally mixed everything up, they didn't respect anything that was ordered, and they didn't even have the nerve to give cutlery and paper

Great service and atmosphere. I never have to wait, as soon I enter through the door I'm greeted by their team members so no wait what so ever. Love the food, specially knowing that is made on the spot, hence the name made from scratch. The prices may seem high but that's everywhere and is normal with this economy. Bottom line, their service is awesome, the food is amazing, they have never miss any of my orders and I go here weekly, they keep their restaurant clean all the time, the people working here are very friendly and helpful, they still check on you even after you get your order to make sure everything is good and that is not normal for this kind of restaurant. Usually you seat down and they forget about you but not here. They really work hard to deliver the best dining experience you can have. So thank you so much for such a great service from start to finish specially the food which is amazing and fresh.

The food is amazing! I spent $18 in a bowl which I don’t mind but I asked for guacamole and since they charge extra for it I expected more than less than a spoon also they didn’t give much a good amount of chicken I just felt like little food for the price :/

In JJ's realm of fare so bold, Tofu, seeds, tabbouleh unfold. A dish more woe than Bolay's grace, Leaves wallet weeping, stomach's trace. Options grand, a custom plight, Build a bowl, a sorry sight. Wallet cries in coin despair, Stomach protests, aching air. Oh, JJ's, a culinary rue, Choices vast, but joy is few. Seek elsewhere, a better tune, A meal that sings, not leaves us soon.

I used to eat here quite often! The bowls were big, portions were large and everything was tasty. What happened? Inflation? To pay even more now for way less of portions is wild to me. Thank you for my teaspoon scoops of all toppings I added on my bowl. Thank you for my under cooked rice. And lastly the micro piece of chicken I got, totally got me full. Do better.

This was our first visit. The food was very good. We wanted mushrooms but they had run out and the server yelled to make more. Since there are limited offerings and the bins are small when it was close to empty they should've made more instead of waiting. We got a bowl with no rice just salad. We both asked for black beans. Rice would've absorbed the liquid in the beans but since we just had salad the lettuce turned soggy. Draining the beans better would've solved that. The fruit infused water was very refreshing!

Friendly staff and laid-back atmosphere. We were the only ones to dine in at the time. The salad bowl was so yummy. Such fresh ingredients and their sauces were awesome! Their fruit-infused water was nice and refreshing. Will definitely be back!

This is only my 2nd time eating here but I absolutely love it! The pulled chicken and beef are out of this world and every ingredient is so fresh and delicious. The scratch sauce is also one of the best sauces I ever ever had!

Ordered a steak bowl on Uber eats 2 hours before close and received a white rice bowl with no steak on it…

would give 10 stars if i could. i am absolutely blown away by JJs. we ordered JJs catering for my company party - 30 people. it was kind of a last minute request as I called on Friday and needed the food by Sunday. I spoke back and forth with Daniela who was amazing and helped me figure out the perfect options for my group. She answered questions INSTANTLY and with tons of info and just really great customer service. Attentive. Kind. We went with the JJ package which is a mix of Mediterranean and Mexican items. Every. Single. Thing. on the table was outstandingly delicious. You get to choose 3 proteins and we did the chicken (which was unreal with some type of chimichurri on it) the Carne Mecada brisket (absolutely recommend, it was the talk of the party) and the tofu which... I don't typically choose prefer or like tofu but this was EXCELLENT i event went back for seconds of it. They have a pepper reduction on it with very thinly sliced red peppers in the tofu... I can't even explain it. It was so good. We also got a bunch of sauteed veggies which were amazing, and tzaziki and tabbouleh that were out of this world. They bring all the accoutrements too like cheese and sourcream and whatnot. To be honest, if you like Cava and Chipotle... this place is like the clean, healthy, homemade mix of both and its 200x better. They were so helpful with swapping things in the package out too, like we swapped a rice option for sweet potatos and they didn't even charge extra. If you have vegetarians/vegans to accommodate they will be very satisfied with the tofu. I have to say truly the service was outstanding. Daniela answered my questions through text almost instantly every time I messaged with her. She was so knowledgable, so helpful, and truly wanted us to have an amazing experience. They provided bowls, napkins, serving utensils, and forks. There was a small delivery charge but it was less than most places, and we tipped the driver generously because he was awesome and set up all the stuff for us on the table. Oh and one more thing - I was so impressed with the packaging because not only is everythign in nice containers but they ALSO put a plastic wrap layer on EVERYTHING that had liquid so that it did not splash drop or spill anywhere. Truly so well thought out. Delicious ingredients. Amazing staff. I will order from them 100 times more. Couldnt be more satisfied.
