Went in on whim to try a new breakfast place and am very thankful I did! Johnny is awesome and his food is even better! Ordered some breakfast catering for a meeting and nothing but high praise from my team! Have gone back multiple times for the breakfast burritos and the hit the spot!

I always stop by Johnny's Deli for lunch and I'm never disappointed. The food is delicious, the staffing is friendly and Johnny always greets me when he see's me walk in the door. Plus, the coffee is brewed strong for a nice morning pick-me-up! I would definitely recommend stopping by. Good food, friendly staff and strong coffee to start the day, whats not to like? I feel more like a friend here than just a costumer. Thanks Johnny.

I really like this place as I always get a good meal, people are friendly and the prices are fair. The outside is deceiving as it looks like it's small but when you open the door it's roomy and has plenty of tables to enjoy a sit down meal if any kind. There's plenty of parking outside yet rather tight. You can eat in or have your meal to go quickly. They cater as well as deliver too.

Food is great and inexpensive. After finding this place, I come here weekly. Highly recommend the belly buster breakfast sandwich or fat johnny's sandwich. The paninis are great too. Owner and staff are also very friendly.

I'm always on the lookout for a new lunch spot, saw this place had good reviews so we took a shot last week and were not disappointed! Our sandwiches were absolutely jammed with meat, so much so that I took my chips to go. Good food and friendly people, but not much to look at, and only a few tables inside. We definitely will be visiting again!

Johnny's gourmet deli always hooks in me up with a warm plate of white rice and black beans, I got to say that they got the sauce and seasonings. Almost every week the place is packed and I can see why, everybody loves to eat at Johnny's deli.

Came for a quick bite and the food was absolutely amazing! Fries were crispy and meat was juicy and flavorful! definitely my go to spot anytime I come to jersey :) staff was also really friendly!

Overall a good sandwich. It was packed with meat. Bread was a little too hard for my liking. Not sure that I’d pay $11 for half a sandwich again. I mean it was good, but not $11 for a half good!

From Maryland wanted some great local food! Found off of Google Maps and we got the cheesesteak. Soooo good! We split the whole with onion rings! Perfect for two people. I would come back just for the cheesesteak!

I arrived shortly after their closing time but they allowed me to order a cold sandwich and I was so immensely grateful for their service. We found Johnny’s Gourmet Deli while in town for a meeting. The great reviews were spot on. Diverse menu, exceptionally friendly staff, and absolutely delicious food for a great value/price. We ordered a whole Italian sub and the grilled chicken with fresh mozzarella and roasted peppers special. We were floored by the large portions, crispy homemade fries, quality of the meats/cheeses, and freshness of the semolina bread. Absolutely delicious! We spent most of the hour long drive home discussing when we would be able to Johnny’s. Until then, I look forward to enjoying our leftovers and (to-go) balsamic tortellini salad for dinner.

I tell you, I've had a few subs in Jersey and this spot hit all angles of a sub from the freshness to the bread to the qualityof the meat and the toppings . By far the BEST sub ever. And we had 5 subs and they were all good and fresh. We order fries and chicken tenders and my babies ate ii all. Thank you for your business and your love for food. Absolutely the best food in the area and some of the best food I’ve ever had everything from the roasted chicken to the juicy burgers nothing is ever dry or old…..customer service is always amazing and I’m there a few times a week never a bad time always a great time at johnnys

Stopped in for a bacon egg and cheese to try them out. Not only was the sandwich fresh and delicious, but the owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, and even showed me all their Mexican food options I had no idea about! I will be returning soon to try their quesadillas! Edison needed a spot like this.
