Alyssa was our bartender. Took really good care of us. Drinks were tasty and refreshing and definitely got the job done. Will visit again.

Everything was perfect from food to customer service and we really enjoyed the hospitality! Will be back AGAIN AGAIN AND AGAIN!

Pretty standard burger joint with milkshakes. Everything was appetizing and super filling so it was hard to finish. Had I not gotten a milkshake I would have tried the milk and cookie flight. Guess I'll have to give then another go when I'm in town.

We were a bit disappointed with the food here. It didn't live up to the hype. Our server was good, though, and the atmosphere was good. They play good music. The food was very lackluster. We had grilled cheese, waffle fries, and mac and cheese. The grilled cheese did not have much on it, the waffle fries were undercooked and not seasoned, and the mac was bland and lacking moisture, basically just noodles and melted cheese. There is so much potential here if they make some small improvements in their execution. Lastly, we had to try a shake because it's in their name, but it did not impress. There wasn't much for chocolate or any flavor in it, and the shake toppings(cookie, cake pop, marshmallow) were just bad. Overall, the service was good, and the music and atmosphere were pretty good, but the food fell short.

All the food and our waitress Ashley was great. Music kept changing mid song and we never got more water but otherwise everything was wonderful!

Stopped by here today as my son was looking forward to getting one of their shakes, as it wasn't planned and we were sort of in a rush I placed my order at the bar - I forgot my wallet but had more than enough cash. I noticed how much the bartender - a blond lady - was chatting away with the waitresses I told her to forget my non-alcoholic drink and just make the shake for my son. This nasty rude condescending bartender had the nerve to make a nasty face. She goes to the back to make the shake then proceeds to stand right next to me and places the drink on the bar as if she were going to do something to me. My open hand immediately turned into a fist as I felt threatened, I was ready to defend myself but quickly remembered my son is with me and at the end of the day I AM a Christian woman and it was Mother's day weekend. We were heading out to our event and I was not going to let her ruin my day! Nasty rude people should NOT be in service positions at all.

The only thing better than the shakes and food is the service.

It looked like a really nice place to go.for lunch. With nice reviews but I left disapointed. Both my kids didnt like the shake. it was overly sweet. When I told the waitress she laughed and told me"well it is a shake". we ordered a grilled cheesse that my kid did not like it either how is that even possible? Service is already included on the bill. Restaurant is nice. But I would only go there for adult drinks. Or if you enjoy extremly sweet fake flavor shakes.

Jojo's, it was a great place to visit. So glad that I made the time to stop here on one of my nights getting dinner.

It was terrible! Waitstaff was the best part of the meal! Grossly overpriced. I received hot coleslaw it was terrible. For nearly $100, it was a terrible situation for a party of 2. Milkshake melted so fast. Just don't.....

Today was my first time visiting Jojos, I loved the food (Buffalo Chicken Wrap), Drink (Hawaiian Punch), decor and our waitress Mackenzie is amazing but I noticed they have a wallpaper of Biggie Smalls and Prince but the music was not representing these legends, this place will be 5/5 if more diverse music was a part of the daily playlists especially since yall have a wallpaper of Hiphop, R&B, Funk Rock Legends!

The 5 stars goes primarily for our server Jaime B. Incredible service & great perspective on life. The food & atmosphere were all fantastic as well.

Cool little joint with a decent atmosphere but I will not be returning. Booked a table for my family for our son’s 3rd birthday and assumed they may do something for him since I put that in the booking notes on their website. Nothing was ever said by staff nor were we offered anything. Food was okay but way overpriced for what you get and having to order sides separately was also a bummer. Our server did an okay job but definitely not worth an 18% “service charge” added to the bill. $90 later and here I am feeling very unsatisfied with our experience.

My review is based solely on the cost of the food and the “service fee” they sneak in on the check. The prices are too much for very basic food. The waffle fries were really good but the overall cost was not worth the food itself. The restaurant responds to reviews about the service charge by stating that it is somewhere on the menu. I’m sure it is, but none of the adults at my table saw it, so they clearly don't want you to notice it. When I saw that it was automatically added to my check, I didn’t mind just paying it. However, the server explained to me that the automatic gratuity is split between ALL of the servers, and if I wanted to just tip him then I needed to give an additional tip. Honestly it was a real downer way to end the night. I wanted tip him directly because he did a good job, but the entire bill plus the automatic gratuity cost too much already. Either the restaurant needs to change their policy to reward good servers, or good servers just need to go somewhere else. We will not be going back.

Food was good, prices weren’t great but it’s a in the heart of Orlando so you should expect that. Shakes were pretty extravagant and taste great. Fun little place for what it is.

Our experience was great. Server was great, food was great as well! We had our kids and they played Pac-Man on the game console while we were there. Cocktail menu was on point and my Old Fashioned was fantastic. Would definitely go back and recommend as a great lunch or dinner option for the family.

Use caution when eating here. The layout is very deceiving, the sides are all extras and they include an 18% tip on the bill but still prompt you to add an additional tip when paying. The food is ok but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here. 2 kids and 2 adults, $86

Delicious food, amazing shakes and good service.

If Picasso owned a milkshake shop, this would be the place. The milkshake was a masterpiece of art. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to eat it or display it in an art gallery. From start to finish the milkshake was delicious. If you're in the area you need to stop here and treat yourself or if you're in the giving mood treat somebody else 😉. Just like the sign says "it's not going to lick itself"

The waiter Alyssa was very helpful and informative about the shake options as well as popular food options. I definitely recommend the girl scout and the atmosphere was also hospitable.

What a great experience!! Definitely coming back. The service was so exceptional with Jaime that it made the whole experience even better. The drinks were so good and strong with liquor that we didn’t need another. The food was amazing and tasty. I originally ordered a buffalo chicken mac and cheese but the buffalo was too spicy that It was swapped out without any questions. But everything else was sooo good!! This is definitely going to be on my to go back to places. Once you try it…it will be a favorite.

Burger taste like it was already made from morning and pre heated when I ordered it at night and the fries taste like shoe leather and the shake I took two sips than put it in the fridge and replace it for a Gingerale soda.

Lunch fish and chips with an Oreo shake were great.

Decided to stop for the kids and was pleasantly surprised with the service our waiter Deangelo was very happy to help us and got or orders in quickly. Drinks and food are pretty solid as well . Will be back !

This place was awesome! As a kid who grew up in the '80s, I love the atmosphere, music, and decoration. I had a buffalo chicken wrap and fries, and it was all delicious. My kids had burgers and fries, and they loved them. The loaded shakes were incredible, but definitely big and filling, so watch out! 😆 The service was also great, the server was very helpful, and she even exchanged an ice cream pop for one of my kids. When she didn't like the first one she ordered. We will definitely return, and I can't wait to try some of the adult drinks! 😁

Food was mediocre with essentially zero gluten-free options. Overall the place is loud and not the best experience. Kids are excited about a milkshake or underwhelmed, describe the milkshake as essentially whipped cream. Wouldn't recommend especially given the price they charge.

When you go to the restaurant, even if the tables are empty, they only allow you to sit in the middle passageway, and the service is very slow, the milkshake was prepared in 25 minutes.

Went here on holiday the other week. The food was really good, but the milkshakes are out of this world. Definitely going back when we’re in Orlando again.

First, the atmosphere. If you want to go to a club, listen to overly and unnecessarily loud music while you eat, this is your place. If you are into California pricing with added "service fees" of 18% that, according to the waiter, don't even go directly to him, and therefore is in need of an additional gratuity, then this is your place. If you want to pay $25 for a meh burger, cold fries and a tiny drink, then this is your place. If you want to pay the equivalent of a gallon of milk and a half gallon of ice cream, but instead get a tiny milk shake with a giant paper straw that you still can't drink from, then this is your place. If you want to find the only restaurant in the pointe that won't validate parking, thus adding yet another fee to your bill, then this is your place. Never mind, let's just agree this isn't our place. We'll boys, you should have stuck to Chicago if this works there.

Super cute place, good vibes. Closes too early I think for the area. Great wings, Mac and cheese is banging but the buffalo chicken on top felt old and was mediocre (we came in later in the night). Expensive for wings 6 for $12 is a bit pricey but they were good. Overall cool spot with good food.

We traveled from Kissimmee to experience the milkshakes here and it didn’t disappoint, the boozy shakes were perfect for parents after legoland, peppa, and magic kingdom! Best boozy shake I’ve had. Plus, Makenzie was amazing with our two kids getting their shakes and food out fast. The music was great and we were dancing all dinner!

The food was good. Nothing fantastic though. I had a cheeseburger and waffle fries. My cheeseburger was good the fries were kind of hard. The service was good and the location was good. I'd go back and try something else.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING A RESERVATION. Maybe I went on an off day. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. Who knows… Upon entry it is cutely designed restaurant but it felt a bit cramped. It is definitely busy and can be loud inside. I ordered their walking taco and chicken tenders for my child. My guest ordered fish and chips. I also ordered a mocktail featuring cotton candy. My drink took about 20 minutes to get to me and I’m not sure why. It was pretty much sparkling juice in a martini glass with cotton candy on top. The only walking taco was lacking flavor and chicken. My child’s tenders were overly breaded and barely had any chicken once I got past the excessive breading. My guest’s fish was greasy and over breaded. Their fries were also cold and stale. My guest asked for another ordered of fries. When 10 minutes went by and no new fries came we flagged down our waiter who told us they had put them in as a separate order rather than a refire. When we spoke to a manager they apologized and quickly brought us new fries but by that point we were ready for dessert. The milkshakes are the star. They are the only reason I would come back. They are a showstopper, rich, decadent, and worth every calorie. When we got our check. Our waitress had charged us for an extra order of fries! Took us another 10 minutes to flag her down to correct her mistake. The fact she received an automatic 18% gratuity (they charge everyone this) is upsetting.

Fun, whimsical, quirky, in the best of ways! Service is always top notch, quick, kid friendly yet great for the adults to let loose and have some beverages and laughs too. Our 4 kids love it and so do we, FL residents here.
