I had never been to a hot pot place before and decided to give a try with some friends. We brought the kids and everything was fantastic!!! Remember to only cook what you’ll eat because there are no to go boxes. Friendly and helpful staff and fresh and delicious food. It is a little pricey but well worth it!

My first time trying hotpot in Orlando, and I would definitely recommend JuicyPot. Huge selection of veggies, protein (both meat and fish, we couldn’t try beef or pork cause they weren’t halal). Different types of noodles and broth to try with, we liked both the tom yum and the szechuan chili broth. Huge selection of condiments too. Also it comes with unlimited ice cream! Don’t forget to try all of them cause they’re all so good.

Stopped by for lunch with the family. The service was very good, our waiter, Manny was great, and the broth was delicious. I tried the half and half soup broth that was suggested by our waiter, and it was perfect! 👌 They had a lot of options for your hot pot soup. Everything was delicious. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be back!

The atmosphere isn't special, no fluff, very clean. The food looks & tastes very fresh. There are so many options & you get a lot of food for the cost. Tons of vegetarian options. Some items are extra an cost. The service was very sweet & attentive even though you grab your own food off a cute conveyor belt.

Having experienced living in Japan, this place was top-notch in relation to food and flavor. I would highly recommend it for a special evening. It was 75 for two people with two boba drinks. The food and service quality was really good. Will be going again.

Very good hot pot restaurant. The meat selection is very good. As an absolute meat fan, I got my money's worth there. The sauce selection, the buffet, the drinks, the service. Very, very good. The service was also very courteous. The restaurant was very clean. So highly recommended.

I LOVE hot pot. This was my first time here. I love the seafood and sauce bar along with conveyer belt. I got the seafood broth and my sister got the beef. I will say that the broth is heavily seasoned and herbal, which I loved, but my sister doesn’t like ginger. The broth had cilantro, onion, ginger and various other aromatics. It was flavorful without being too salty or spicy. It was very clean and had kind of a hipster vibe. The saketini and boba were very good as well. Music was great, but I am a millennial, and I loved the vibe. Do with that what you will. Overall would recommend again.

The food was amazing. The place is clean. Young lady (server) was super nice. We had babies with us and we sat there for some good hours since we don’t get out much. We’ll be back some other time. Thank you

Went with my son. They had a discoubted kids option which i thought was great for the hot pot. The food was delicious and there is so much to choose from. The lamb was yummy. Service was good too. Will be back👍🏼

My go to place for Hot pot in Orlando! It is honestly the best ever! They have open service where you get your own food which is wonderful! The price is fair and they are very nice.

Food was really fresh. My soup base was the Tom Yum. You can taste the lemon grass in it. Would come back here again.

Came here to try it since I got recommended it, and the food was kind’ve just okay. Nothing crazy or great. It’s nice because the have a wide variety of veggies and sauces, but the meat is super tough, the broth is missing a depth of flavor. It just tastes like spicy water with chemicals in it. Besides that, Emanuel was a great server. Would come to see him again but not the food!

You can always enjoy very fresh food in here! Whenever I visited, I satisfied 100% :) There are fresh vegetables, a lot of sauces, and pork & beef & seafood. I love to eat the food with sweet chilli sauce mixed with chilli sauce. And they're so kind also ☺️

We finally tried Juicy Pot after family members raved about it. We found the food to be just "OK" and were not really that impressed. Doubt we will make the trip again. Sorry

We visited FL., to celebrate our son & granddaughters birthdays. JuicyPot is their favor place to eat, therefore, this is where they opt to spend their b-day dinner. Prices was a bit high, yet the service and cleaniness of the resturant made up for the the prices. All the foods were fresh, we enjoyed the all you can eat shrimp and fish. We kept them coming! And free desert ice cream.. We will def go back on our next visit to FL

-Be cautious for billing A table of 5+ people automatically get a 20% gratuity added on their bill. We split the bill and was charged gratuity twice even though we were the same party. Would gladly pay gratuity, but twice? Bad business practices. Food was okay. Service was also okay. The watercress was wilted. The beef soup broth tasted similar to a pho base. Loved the ice cream variety though. Won't be coming back.

Great place for hot pot. Most places you have to order meat and veggies and wait for them to come out. Here you go and get what you want. It's really awesome I love it. The sauce bar has suggestions for amazing combos and of course there is ice cream!

We were invited to visit this place with some friends who are regulars. They definitely hyped it up and were not disappointed. The variety of meat (chicken, two types of beef, pork belly, crabs, scallops, white fish, shrimp) was pretty impressive, as was the condiment bar. Being a first-timer, I was a little intimidated by the curry broth (3 chilis) but they brought some house-made curry paste for me to add to my chicen broth. Next time, I'll full out order the curry because the paste was outstanding. I didn't eat as much as I would have liked but we did opt for the unlimited apps and made that worth our while. The atmosphere was clean, bright and modern, the service was knowledgeable and friendly. Now we know why some of our foodie friends are regulars and we will likely be as well.

We had the best meal. We had never had hot pot before and it was delicious and really fun. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Great concept and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pretty good AYCE hot pot with all the basics. However, the broths are more flavorful than typical. Ingredients taste fresh for the most part and the fried shrimp were better than expected. Prices are reasonable, and service was friendly. I'd come back.

Delicious hot pot, I like being able to dish the amount of veggies I want instead of having to grab off a conveyer belt like most places. (they do still have the conveyer belt for some of the stuff) Super fresh tasting and great service.

It is my first time there. Better than what i expected, the waiter was nice, the food is nice too. I personally think it is better than haidilao, o would definitely go back there. The only improvement i could recommend is that the floor be bleached as the floor was pretty sticky.

Staff, food items, atmosphere were great. Go and pick your own food and amount you want so your not overwhelmed like most hotpot. Definitely recommend this place

Truthfully i would give this 4.75 stars. Knocking off the bit for the variety of choices (though they are fresh, so that's good). Other than that the broth was decent and i loved that at least you could add appetizers, which were also good. Decent sauce bar. I could make my bull head bbq w raw egg sauce and shallots. So thats great. Service was very nice.

A friend of mine took me to this place for the first time weeks ago. They do hot pot and Korean BBQ that you cook on your table.I haven't had hot pot in a while. My overall experience here was great. The broth choices were good. I opted for a non-spicy broth to try. My next visit, I tried the spiciest broth, and it wasn't spicy at all to me. I tried most of the ingredients that I could use for the hot pot. They were all good quality. I was not a fan of the prepared foods like spring rolls, sushi, and wings, but it is something to eat while you wait for your food to cook in the broth. I recommend skipping those prepared foods to save room for the hot pot/Korean BBQ meats and ingredients. Our server is attentive and friendly. The restaurant itself may need a bit of updating, but don't let that deter you from trying this place out. My only complaints would be to not sit me next to other people if the place is slow, especially if they are being loud and obnoxious. And fix the wobbly booths. These will not keep me from going back again.

Most of their social media information regarding a few things are (currently) inaccurate including: prices, enforced gratuity percentages (18% to 20%), enforced gratuity party limits (6 to 5), the times that are considered lunch or dinner, etc. Their phone voicemail is full and you're unlikely to have anybody pick up the phone. Our waitress was incredibly helpful and patient when explaining how the hot pots work and all. Very clean place and individual pots were available. Also a pretty decent selection of food to choose from for your hot pots, although smaller than others. The appetizers are made to order and super fresh. The juicy 2.0 wings were super delicious. Highly recommend those. Unlimited appetizers for an upcharge of 4$ for every individual at the table.

This is my go-to hot pot place now. Decent price for an all-you-can-eat hot pot. I usually get the Thai Tom Yum broth. They have variaty of meat, vegetable, and seafood options to chose from. Did I mention their all-you-can-eat includes desserts too? The customer service is always on point even when it's crowded.

This is a small business owner, but the staff and the owner are just amazing. This is the only place that I really love the broth.

Me and my family loved it here, we have never had hot pot before and with it being out 1st time we were worried about how things work, but our waiter Ari was so nice and explained everything to us. THE BROTH WAS AMAZING. if you go get the Kimchi or Chinese Szechuan. We also got unlimited appetizers and the Pot Stickers were AMAZING. Also the fried Calamari was delish! And they have ice cream as dessert! With all the amazing options we had a bill of $94 even! For a first time we didn’t think that was too bad for 3 people. We loved everything, please pay them a visit. 💓

This is arguably my favorite place to eat for Hot Pot. The quality of food here is good, the conveyer belt is fun, and the appetizers you order from the kitchen are arguably some of the best apps you can get from a Hot Pot restaurant. Shout out to those wings. Also great service, and a very clean restaurant

This place is incredible! Relaxing atmosphere, all-you-can-eat, and delicious! The service is so nice and kind (we were served by Manny 😁) and the amount of different meats, veggies, toppings, sauces, sides, appetizers, is super great. Their kimchi is life-changing! Also, there is free dessert, which alone makes me super happy :) Everyone left with full stomachs, but without feeling sick. Most of the food they offered was organic and healthy. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Great setup, except the moving belt is useless. It has like 3 things on it, and the rest of thè stuff is at the bar. You might as well get rid of the moving plates.
