There were 20 of us at the table. It was a busy day at the Tea Room. In spite of that the service was excellent. I had the special and it was delicious. No complaints. I have eaten there numerous times and have never been disappointed. This is a wonderful place to eat for any occasion.

First time there, my client talked to me about it. We decided to come and have lunch. All the food was great and the blackberry pie 🥧 was super delicious 😋. We will be back. Thank you.

I got a deli sandwich on a croissant and could not believe they put microwaved bacon on my sandwich. I also highly doubt the croissant wasn’t store-bought from Walmart or wherever. French fries were the crinkle-cut kind I also think came from the frozen food aisle. Idk if I expected too much, but this place was talked up and I left highly disappointed. No air conditioning and hard chairs did not help. I’m sure grandmas find the atmosphere cute, but my tablecloth draped over the side and hit the floor with about three feet of slack and that made it annoying moving our legs under the table without getting caught and pulling the cloth. Service/staff was great.

Always a great place to go. Atmosphere is so nice and peaceful. My new husband enjoyed. My Mother always liked going there and enjoyed her visit this time.

This is a little diner that is in the same area as his business called Charlene that sells houseware. This little restaurant is fantastic. Everything is made from scratch truly. The food is amazing. I had the best potato soup ever ended. I had a peanut butter pie. Presentation was amazing. I plan to go again soon and when I do, I will get plenty of pictures if you’re ever near Hall Tennessee, you would like a quick bite in a upscale environment. This is the place to go

Took a friend, disappointed with service & food. Obviously shorthanded, took 50 minutes to get Reuben & roast beef sandwiches, the Reuben was greasy. But the sweet potato fries were great.

I go to Charlene's every year to have lunch with my friend. The atmosphere is wonderful. They were a little short handed this year. But all businesses are short handed since Covid. We loved our lunch and going in all the shops was great. It is definitely worth the 1+ hour drive .

Such a great place to eat and shop. My first time visiting and will definitely be back.

I loved this place! The tea selections were like a breath of fresh air and that yummy cherry concealed salad was to die for! And the fresh chicken salad was so light and tasty! I'm embarrassed to say I also had a giant piece of coconut cake, which was moist and delicious! Yes, I will go back again and again! 😋

This is not concerning the tea room but the gift shop,Charlene's. Several sales people asked if we were finding everything ok but when we were ready to make a purchase they seemed put off by us. To top it off, we were forced to use cash due to an electrical storm and they complained to us! Will not go back!!

I took my visiting friend to the tea room. Now she can't wait to come back and go again!! Such a fun, entertaining time!
