Stopped here multiple times during our trip and they have amazing food and great customer service even when they are super busy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for some good coffee and breakfast. Terri was our server almost every time we were there and she was so nice and always trying to give the best service she can!

Absolutely incredible. Terry is who I dealt with and she was extremely pleasant, the food was great and for them being as busy as they were, I received my food extremely quick. Highly recommend coming here!

Raquel did a great job serving us! This was our second time ordering the smoothies, and they were delicious. Mrs. Raquel is the best, and she's a very sweet person!

We found Cafe Bistro last year and it is by far the best breakfast on the island. They also have fabulous sandwiches, pizza, baked goods, smoothies, fudge and more. We keep coming back for more because it is that good. The owner is very nice and on top of everything.

Their coffee and food was delicious! And their customer service was top notch, especially Racquel, who gets 11/10 stars! She made sure we were well taken care of and everything was great.

The food was really good, and service was fast! Terri was kind and made sure we had what we ordered. Raqul, the hostess was really sweet. She came came out to our car to let us know our table is ready, and got us one that accommodated our 6 month old easier. Both ladies were kind and helpful! Only recommendation would be a changing table in both restrooms.

Raquel did a very good job with her customer service, and very respectful and polite. The food was very good too.

Raquel was a great server and was super helpful. This is a great diner and is pretty busy, but worth the wait. Coffee and pastry while you wait on a delicious omelette, perfect meal. Thank you again!

I would've given 4+ because the steak was really good, but they served it with a butter knife and I had to go knock on a door to get a steak knife, they looked at me like I was crazy but I waited a couple minutes for someone to come back upfront... I also asked if the croissant would hold up for a sandwich, the lady said yes... It completely fell apart...

Overall had a wonderful experience. The Caesar salad was loaded with chicken. The Royal sandwich was great and the fries were absolutely delicious. There were a ton of different smoothie options. All the staff were super nice and friendly.

My fiancé & I are non Florida natives & in for vacation. We love supporting local businesses & we decided to come to Cafe Bistro for brunch. Our server Terri was super sweet & provided her recommendations! The food was great, the atmosphere was great, the place was really clean, even though it was super busy would recommend coming here!

I got the biscuits and gravy,pancakes and hashbrowns! All so delicious! The bloody Mary was the best I ever had! And Terri our hostess/server was so friendly,kind and smooth! Great atmosphere we will be back for sure!

My wife and I had the chocolate pancakes and an omelette. The meal was delicious and our floor server, Terri, was great. Everyone made sure our meal was great and we received our meal in a timely manner. The small diner doesn’t have a lot of seating so make sure to get you a seat before they’re all filled up! Definitely plan to come back!

The biscuit I had was very dry and bland and it smelled really bad inside the restaurant. You are inundated with signs telling you to review the restaurant on google and the server came up to us multiple times pressuring us to write a review. Even to the point where she would ask us how our food was and when we responded she would say “put that in the review”. Very off putting.

Great food! My family came here for a short vacation and fell in love. Terri was amazing and gave great service - would come back just to see her. Nice sized portions and great smoothies (Tropical Breeze and Morning Sunrise were our fave’s). Their pancakes are the bomb. So is their biscuits and gravy.

Great place for coffee and breakfast! Our order of pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and Caramel frappe was at our table faster than most drive throughs. The pancakes were sweet and delicious and the biscuits and gravy were spot on. The Caramel Frappe was excellent as well. Highly recommend this little Cafe.

Terry was my server. She was super friendly and amazing. She made me a cappuccino that was really good. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was calming and inviting.

Excellent breakfast and service! We come here at least once each visit to Pensacola.

The normal pancake are mid at best. Chocolate pancake are even worse . The coffee is also worse than gas station coffee. And 65$ for 3 people is way too much for walmart smuckers syrup.

Terri and the Cafe Bistros nice and pleasant atmosphere was great way of starting any day. The food is easy to order and be seat for it. I recommend anyone in the area and or visiting stop by and get your est on.

The atmosphere is really comfortable and welcoming. The staff is patient and kind. The food overall was pretty good. I had the bistro platter. They give one thick pancake that was pretty filling. I ordered scrambled eggs and while good, they were a bit undercooked for me personally. I also got 2 sausages with my meal. The bottoms of the sausage patties were overcooked and made them difficult to eat. They also give toast slices but I wasn't able to eat those since I got full before getting to them. Overall the experience was great, just some personal food issues.

I stopped in not sure what to expect but Terry was such a delight. She helped me figure out what was gluten free on the menu so I could have a delicious breakfast! Thanks again and I’m sure I’ll be back! :)

Overpriced food for the taste. They seated us next to a wall outlet and the vending machines in the back of the restaurant when there were several better tables available. Server regularly checked on everyone else but us. “Toast” was hard and cold and yet they give you butter to spread on it yourself. Bacon was brittle. Pancakes were good though. We come to Pensacola Beach every year and had a similar experience last year. I am not hard to impress at all, and I try to find any reason to avoid leaving negative feedback, but this place is one we will never visit again.

This little place is minutes from the beach, we got a ride from the ride 4 tips service from our hotel (highly recommend them as well) - it’s busy which means it is popular. Raquel did a great job making sure we had everything we needed, the food was excellent - diverse selections! Definitely recommend this place.

Delicious! I ordered the classic biscuit (with bacon) and a side of hashbrowns. My husband ordered Alana’s Benedict (croissant, spinach, eggplant, salmon, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce). Both were delicious. They changed their hashbrowns to breakfast potatoes since the last time I was here and they’re excellent! The pumpkin latte was the best I’ve ever had (not too sweet). Highly recommend.

I asked my boyfriend and our “daughter” about their opinions as well and we all agreed on the stars given. The only reason service is 4 stars is because they could have used one extra set of helping hands. Other than that, the service by Raquel was exceptionally well and the food was phenomenal. My boyfriend got the shrimp and grits which he is picky about and said he would 100% get again. Our child(16) got 2 pancakes that came out looking just as fluffy as the photos and I got the bacon griddle with cheese and egg. They were both delicious! Coffee 10/10

Even though a minor mistake was made, they completely made up for it. Food was great service was great. Raquel kept everything in order. We will probably eat here again tomorrow

This little place was right across the street from where we were staying. We will be here every morning our entire trip. The menu was plentiful, the food was great, and the service was excellent.

IMO, Best breakfast cafe on Pensacola Beach. Fluffy pancakes. Meal cooked perfectly. Quick service. Customer service is is fantastic. Their coffee is amazing and their cappuccino perfect. Recommend eating early as it gets crowded fast. Terry and Gabby are wonderful. Highly recommend.

We love stopping in to the Cafe Bistro whenever we are in Pensacola Beach! My husband LOVES the Shakshuka and the staff is always amazing! Terri was very sweet and accommodating to us! We always leave looking forward to our next visit!

Delicious breakfast! Best pancakes I’ve ever had! It is a small place so it can get loud - but besides that, perfection! Don’t be afraid if you have a large party, bc they accommodate that! I saw a party of 8 come in and they made it work! The food was great and the service was too. Everyone was so friendly and they were interacting with all customers. If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll definitely come back!

Went today for the first time, upon entering was greeted by two lovely young ladies. It was nice to see these fresh faces and positive attitudes. We travel alot and encountered total different attitudes. The food was delicious the omelet and those chocolate chip fluffy pancakes wow. Latte on point. Highly recommend them. We are from South Florida "Miami" definitely will stop here as we travel this area frequently.
