Best Boba place ever!!! Very delicious and diverse flavors. Plus, the snacks I've had were very good. I always leave a tip due to the guy there being top tier! Games to entertain, too. Small but clean, a nice place to just hang out.

First time trying this BoBa tea location. We got chicken Banh Mi's and Taro Tea's with rainbow jelly. Pretty darn good and Authentic. I'm giving these guys an 8.5/10

This is one of few with select fruit blends that most tapioca places do not make and hard to find in Houston. Greatly appreciate the friendly and fast service. Lots of snacks on the menu to try. This business has itself new regulars.

My 2nd times here. This time I got taro smoothie, its good. Sweet enough for me. Nice decoration for christmas and price is affordable. Close to my house. Will come back more.

Lychee Tea is the best!! Their drinks have the perfect amount of sweetness, they don’t overdo it 😋

We were very impressed with the small plates for around $5 each. The calamari was thick slices which were perfectly cooked to crispy breading with delicate tender 🦑 squid rings, obviously hand made. the shrimp 🍤 tempura was amazing and perfectly cooked. Even the popcorn chicken 🐔 was crispy with moist and tender meat and a nicely seasoned breading and generous portion. All the above were served with a sweet chili sauce (not very hot), but they were so tasty and didn't really need any dippy sauce. The only disappointment was mozzarella sticks which were a bit under cooked and not molten cheese, but I know they are tricky to get the timing just right. 30 seconds too much and all the cheese starts leaking out, so undercooked is still better than empty shells. we ate it anyway and didn't even ask them to fix it 😆, served with marinara. The drinks were good. I got the lychee tea which is iced green tea with lychee gel and fresh diced lychee and ordered with no added sugar. Kevin got Thai Tea and said it was very good. We played a game of chess (I won 🤓) and listened to some other patrons singing karaoke 🎤 (very loudly). When they were done the ambiance switched to a much softer music. There are three tables outside now that the weather is getting nicer.

this place is terrible and the 4.7 stars rating must be from friends and family. the place is not clean and the trash can was overflowing. they made my drink with too much sugar and when I wanted it rectified the guy was rude and said they put only a 25% sugar which from they taste of it was a lie. from the beginning to end the guy was rude and impolite acting as if he didn't want us there

Food was a 5 of 10. Not served with care, fries were soaked in oil. Wings were not crispy like I asked them to be. I am not a returning customer.

I’m not even going to lie to y’all, their drinks and food are so good. Best calamari/popcorn chicken I’ve tasted in a long time, and their smoothies are top tier. Literally super fresh and I always go out of my way to come here.

I decided to try this place on a whim while I was next door and I’m so happy I did! I wanted to rate as soon as I could because this boba shop is amazing and is my new favorite spot ever. They were even out of my go to drink, thai tea, and the man at the front offered me a sample of the milktea which is green and it was better than what I usually get. I loved it and the drink wasn’t too sweet, just the perfect amount. I could taste the spices and flavors. Although the tapioca was mushy the drink itself was amazing! I’ll be bringing my bf and family here from now on.

Decent smoothies, not too sweet

I give it one star because I can’t give it zero. Drinks took forever and weren’t in proper proportion, smoothies were mostly ice. Food is horrible and over priced, wings were soggy yet dry, fried rice was greasy and tasteless, canned sodas were $1.35. Complete trash, I could’ve gotten a better meal at a gas station for a fraction of the price.

The brand new Fresh Milk with Black Sugar Boba is a must-try one in their menu. One more thing you gotta try is popcorn chicken with sweet sauce. I’m obsessed with it. This is a cozy place for family and friends.

After visiting different tapioca places in the area I found this place little bit hidden in the shopping center. Definitely recommend this place to go and spend your time there. Is quiet. The place set up is ideal to be dealing with this pandemic.. Definitely go for smothies with tapioca on the afternoons. Feels cozy. Now the food is good. Made with love and quality ingredients. For a quick bite I got spicy popcorn chicken thought is not that spicy, meets the carving with the sweet and sour sauce.

I will drive any given day over 30 miles just for the Caramel Latte, makes my day!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I come here everyday! I get the Taro Milk Tea with tapioca and it’s delicious! I don’t even try any other place anymore because I’m always disappointed. The only Thing that I would change about this place if I had to choose something would be their hours but their hours are 10 AM to 10 PM every single day which is great but I’m a night person so if they were 24 hours that would make my life perfect! Lol. Highly recommend! Thank you guys for my little piece of heaven!

Im not one to ever do a review but if anyone deserves a 5 star rating it's this local restaurant ! Awesome customer service everyone is so sweet, the food is amazing the drinks are great ! Each experience makes me come again and again. They're always fast too so your never waiting long. If your looking for a place to study while grabbing a bite this is def the spot.

Exactly what I was looking for. Great place to have a delicious drink and catch up on work/studies. These drinks are addicting and they have the added perk of rewards. I got my favorite Jasmine tea and my boyfriend got the Magonada.

I also work at a Tea house at South I45, and I have to admit that this place is like a hidden paradise. The food and drinks’ prices are reasonable, the atmosphere and furniture here are also nice. So I highly recommend this place.

Came in around 130pm on a Saturday. Staff opened the door, welcomed me inside. Made a few suggestions for what I may like to eat. Friendly, asked me about my day, how I found the place, set me up with their loyalty program. Had a taro slush with tapioca. It was good to have a tapioca that wasn't too hard or mushy. The banh mi had warm fresh bread.

It's best to dine in here because if you do they will serve you their drinks in these amazing mason jars. They have a very chill vibe and amazing atmosphere and the staff is very caring. They have a table with cards and a a few board games to help you pass your time. WiFi is great there too. Their tapioca is much softer than Kim's and the quality of their drinks does not decline of the place gets crowded. It's a big hard to find though.

The snow cones are delicious and the sandwiches are bomb!! Great customer love the owner and there's free wifi
