The reviews are remarkable! And they should be more remarkable. The place is small enough to have charm. But I feel like so many more people should know about it!! Great food. Great staff. And if you don’t wear some Italian food home then you haven’t eaten. They have beer and beautiful wine selection. I think many wish they had booze too. I would give it an 8.5

I had such a great dining experience here! Got stranded in Miami after a cancelled connecting flight and this place was in waking distance of our airport hotel. It was 10/10 all around. From the outside, it’s very unsuspecting, but inside, the decor is super contemporary and modern. Food was awesome. The fresh focaccia was delicious. We had the burrata with guava, the pear/Gorgonzola pasta dish and the short rib ragu. Literally perfection in every bite. I may return to Miami just to eat here again.

The food and atmosphere are excellent, the atmosphere is conducive, it is relaxed, suitable for enjoying the food. The service, in my experience, very bad, I went at 4pm, the restaurant was almost empty, and yet during my visit I was served by 3 waiters; The 1st took my order and left, the 2nd brought the food and left, the 3rd took the plate, finally I had to ask the owner (or manager) who was closest to me for the bill. Approximately 20 minutes passed from when they took it from me and brought the bill, no one ever approached me to at least offer me a coffee. They are distracted, they talk to each other and walk around as if they were in the park. The call is to improve the service, it cannot be that 3 waiters serve you and you still feel as if they are not serving you. I note that the waiters are friendly, but that's not everything. Aware of bad words, it seems horrible for a waiter to tell the boss “I'll suck him up” they are in a workplace, not at home with friends. I hope they improve and attend to those details

One of the best if not the best Italian food we have ever had. There were 4 of us for dinner and appetizers and every single thing we ate was delicious. Fernando was great with recommendations. All the pasta actually pretty much everything is homemade right down to the Calabrian peppers in olive oil. We would highly recommend them. If you’re looking for fresh delicious Italian food then this is your place. Ciao Fernando🙏🏻👊🏻

Here is where you have to change your perception. If you have never been to Europe, treat yourself and enjoy a bit of the old continent. Don't get me wrong; modern recipes are intertwined with European quality service. It is Splendid. It is exceptional. It is ... What to say? that could describe heaven. Just visit the place one time, and you will be hooked on the never-ending wheel of gastronomic pleasure. If you wish for extra-extraordinary service beyond any description, you should ask for Natalia to guide you. You will never regret it and will never stop thanking me.

I have visited this restaurant twice now, and it was recommended to me by a hotel manager. It is a fantastic place to enjoy some Italian cuisine. The food is quite delicious. My eight-year-old daughter also loves it. The opening bread is delectable, and I assure you that you will not be disappointed with any item you choose from the menu. The only drawback is that the restaurant is small and becoming increasingly popular, so reservations may be necessary. They do their best to clear the tables quickly, but the small size creates a cozy and home-like atmosphere with excellent food and ambiance. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try if you are in the area.

Beware, you will have a bigger bill than anticipated. They put 3 breadstick type things on your table and show you to use the oil and vinegar that's on the table to put in the plate and dip it. It's NOT COMPLIMENTARY. $5 charge when you get your bill. 2 glasses with ice on the table... ask for water, $1.95 is your cheapest option of tap water in your ice. We ordered ice tea. $4... per glass. A skinny bar type glass with about 5 gulps per glass. When my husband asked for more tea, which we mistakenly assumed was free refills like every other restaurant we eat at... they brought out another glass, and that was our clue not to ask for any more. $16 for ice tea- 2 glasses each of about 4 Oz per glass. Food was good, but I would never go back due to the deceptive charging practices.

Pricey for what you get, but it is very upscale. Presentation was great, and food was really good, just not as much as you’d think for the price. The short rib ravioli is amazing, and the bread with the oil and vinegar is top notch.

This restaurant turned out to be such a pleasant surprise! We decided to try it for lunch, and we were immediately impressed. They started us off with freshly made bread accompanied by high-quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar—a promising start indeed. The Rusticana pizza we ordered was a revelation. The flavors were outstanding, and the crust was just perfect. Seeing how everyone else's meals looked equally appetizing, we decided to return for dinner. Dinner was another delightful experience. This time, we were served a different variety of fresh bread, which was a nice touch. We started with Burrata Tomaca, and the freshness of the ingredients was evident and delightful. My friend opted for the Meat Lasagna, which he thoroughly enjoyed, while I indulged in the Short Rib Paccheri Ragu—a dish that was simply amazing in every way. Neither of us considers ourselves huge fans of Italian cuisine, but this restaurant won us over completely. The quality of the food was exceptional, and every dish was prepared with care and attention to detail.

Excellent food and service. Everything from the complementary bread, appetizers and main dishes were delicious. The piece of resistance was the bread veal steak with bone (it was special). The veal was thick and juicy and not flat and dry as had happened to me several times even at the best and most high-end italian restaurants in Miami. Will come again for sure.

Call ahead. They close for private events. We walked from the nearby hotel and found out upon arrival they were closed for private event.

Pizza was pretty good, I ordered 2 types of risotto and literally the steak one is the same as the mushroom they out like a 8:2 ratio on shroom to rice and it was not risotto rice it was long grain and grainy for the textures so it was not even risotto. Flavor is good but the steak ones literally they just threw in some random meat that tasted not so flavorful. Their calamari is on a bed of fries too 😒

The atmosphere, service, and food are all outstanding here. I've been twice and each time have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of the restaurant. The first time I had the meat lasagna, which was the best lasagna I've ever had. Absolutely amazing taste and fresh ingredients. Tonight I had the "Brooklyn" pizza and it was fantastic. Easily one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. You can't go wrong coming here for great food, great service, and a great atmosphere.

Service was A+. But the chicken parm was basically like Olive Garden. Not that impressed at all. But the service was amazing, even with a grump person next to me my server was nothing but amazing. Thank you. Pizza was also burnt, like we talking black bottom burnt.

Went for lunch with my father, and the place is a little small, but well design in the interior. The service was a little slow but I'll say it was because it was busy at the time we got there. The food was very good. I ordered a lasagna even when the server recommended Spaguetti frutti di mare, but it was amazing. Definitely wanted to go back to try more plates.

I usually don’t like writing reviews, but I had to write a review because the owner lied to me. I was a frequent customer here, but after this situation. I will no longer order from this restaurant. I purchased a pizza on 2/14/24, and the taste was terrible. I usually don’t like to complain, but the taste was awful, and the pizza was pricy. I wanted to let them know because maybe the sausage was old or something was wrong with the sausage. I picked up the pizza and tried one slice, and I couldn’t even continue to eat it. I called the restaurant's owner, and I told him about the taste of the pizza, and he said he would refund me the money and send me a new pizza to my house for free. I told him I was so hungry I couldn’t wait. He kept insisting to order the pizza that it would be on the house. So I ordered the cheese pizza, and when I noticed it was on a DoorDash order, you must pay fees plus tip. I ordered because the owner told me it would be for free. I got charged on my American Express card for this transaction; it was not for free like he claimed, plus all the extra fees. I wasn’t looking for a free meal, but if you promised something, you should honor that.

Warm house bread & oil to dip. Nice bottle of Lupo Meraviglia Tre Di Tre Puglia Rosso 2021. Truffle fries to start. Delightful fig mascarpone ravioli with gorgonzola sauce & biscotti bits. Delicious portobello mushrooms with garlic wine sauce over pappadelle. Fiochetti pear & cheese stuffed pasta with gorgonzola sauce & walnuts puffy little gems. Enjoy we did! "This is not fine dining it's fine eating."

I can't give this wonderful restaurant enough stars. We ate here twice on our visit and the pizza the first day, and the chicken Parmigiano and the portobello ravioli the second day were absolutely out of this world. Then, chefs kiss, the desserts. We had the pear and ricotta cake and the cinque sensi cake, and they were the perfect finish. Great service and beautiful ambience.

The food is good. Not the best Italian food but is good enough. We had eggplant parmigiana, was not good at all. The rest of the food was ok.

We were staying for a night at the Blue Lagoon Hilton and went out for a short evening walk outside the hotel when we stumbled upon Capriccio's. We peeked inside, it looked inviting so we stayed and had dinner. We're glad we did, our meal was excellent! If we pass through Miami in the future, we will make an effort to visit again.

I don’t do reviews but let’s just start with this place was so amazing,that I just had to. My family and I come from Brooklyn NY and you know how people always say NYC pizza is the best,well I come from eating Lenny’s pizza where John Travolta ate pizza in Saturday Night Fever on 86st.Unfortunately after all of these years the owner retire.Anyway we were staying in the Homewood suites down the block and took a walk to get some pizza. My family loved the pizza and fried calamari everything was delicious and on point. The dough was better than NY pizza. If we ever come back to Miami this will be a definite go to. We even told the waiter that we’d come back to Florida for the pizza lol. Anyway guys give it a go it’s authentic Italian pizza.Go and enjoy I promise you, you won’t be disappointed oh and try the hot oil they have all delicious.

Got sick with indigestion and vomit immediately after eating. I ordered a Tenderloin Risotto. It was drenched with truffle scented oil, over salted and the "tenderloin" was a regular steak. Not worth the price paid. Service was good, efficient and friendly location is cozy but too sark. Blinds are rolled down and do not allow any natural dqyligh in through rhe windows.

The restaurant itself is super cute, loved the different wallpapers, and the tree inside. But the highlight is the food! We split a few pizzas and they were all great based on our servers recommendations- the highlight was the truffle pizza. We could have sampled them all. And the service was lovely, he gave great recommendations, and was prompt for drinks. Worth a visit if you’re nearby!

Llegamos al restaurante por suerte, estábamos buscando que cenar y el chavo que nos atendió, súper amable, aún cuando ya iban a cerrar, nos dio el servicio, y nos trataron súper bien. Nos recomendó el parpadelle de trufa, y estaba deliciooooosoo!! Súper recomendado! Definitivamente la próxima vez, regresaré

Been here couple times for lunch. Had the carbonara 1st time which was pretty bad, don't recommend it. The guanciale was overcooked and entire pasta had a burnt smokey taste. Pricey. Next time I went I had the Salmon (whole filet) which had a great taste but over cooked and dry. Overall the place is really nice, service is very good, their house bread is delicious. Maybe I need to try one of their sandwiches or pizza for lunch next time. Overall it's so, so for the 2 dishes Ive tried. Parking is becoming difficult to get since more restaurants keep opening up in the strip mall. Make sure if you want to get seats to arrive before noon. Try 1145 because it does get packed. Worth a try, but not to happy with the 2 dishes I've tried. Happy New Year 2024.

Mi primera visita al lugar por recomendación fue un éxito gastronómico. La comida excepcional y el tiramisú, que tiendo a catar en cada restaurante italiano que visito, de los mejores. Y lo digo tomando por comparación uno (para mi gusto el mejor) en un lugar simple que servía comidas en la Volta di S. Piero, en Florencia. Además, fue impresionante la agradable y esmerada atención de Fernando. Pocas veces he sido tan bien atendido. Gracias

Great food- everything we ordered was delicious. Our server, Rodrigo, was knowledgeable of the menu and made some great suggestions. Place looked clean and food was hot. Wait time was limited and atmosphere was nice. Music wasn’t too loud of tables too small- great place for dinner!

I loved the atmosphere most. The faux tree made me feel like I was outside but away from Miami's hot weather. Staff was definitely help with questions regarding the menu and made suggestions. I noticed a few more items that I need to try out, so I'll be back soon.

The food here was so good that we ate here twice during our trip. They have some of the best truffle fries I've ever had. And the tiramisu was definitely TH best I've ever had. Everything we ordered both times was served fresh, hot, and fast. It's a quiet, dimly lit restaurant that gives "fine dining' vibes without being such. Definitely worth a try if you like a good sandwich or steak. They also have some great wine offerings too. We spent about $100.00 for two people, including tip both times. (We tipped about 25% and alcohol was included in the bill).

Interior is kept clean and very presentable. Definitely more towards a fine dining type of venue. Portions were rather small for the price, of what can be considered common dishes. The food was made to be on the milder side, which is less than authentic. The pasta texture and sauces were pretty well done though.

This place was just perfect! I walked from a local hotel and came in just before closing time. They welcomed me anyway. I asked what the best vegetarian choice might be at this late hour, and she immediately said the eggplant parmigiana. The portion was HUGE and probably the very best I’ve ever had. I asked for a red wine, and it came in a large beautiful glass. Also the bread was wonderful. Service and atmosphere were wonderful. I would come back for the same thing all over again. They also didn’t rush me out after they closed the doors. I am so grateful for the hospitality especially after a very long day. Thank you!

Delighted to find this lovely Italian restaurant next to my airport hotel! I thought I'd have to uber for a decent dinner, but Capriccio serves great Italian food in a relaxed but upscale space. Their fresh bread is delicious, my Mediterranean salad was perfect and the Brooklyn pizza hit the spot. They live up to their motto, this isn't fine dining, it's fine eating!

I went here for pizza, but they don't offer gluten free crust. They did offer seafood in tomato sauce so I ordered that. They had some peppers that were good. Th seafood plate had mussels, clams, squid, calamari and salmon. The meal was seasoned fairly well. They also have steak for gluten free items. The rest of the menu is not gluten free unfortuntely
