The Keithsburg Café is by far the best place for breakfast or lunch in the greater Canton area. A small family owned business with outstanding people. I know each of them by name and they know my name as well. It’s like eating out with an extended family. The food is outstanding! Great southern cooking.

Best breakfast place you can find. Always good food and service.

As we drove up we saw a full parking lot and people looking happy as they were dining outside on a cool, drizzly, morning. Keithburg's is a popular place. We found out why! The omelettes were large and bursting with flavourful filling. The pancakes were 3XL size and light and fluffy. The servers were friendly and efficient. Stop at Keithburg's and you'll be happy!!

Came here out of state to visit family and were told to try this restaurant. We loved it! It was super busy, yet the food came out fast, hot and fresh. The staff were so nice and friendly. We highly recommend and will be going again for sure!

One of the best kept secrets in Canton located on old route 5. Down home cooking, yummy meatloaf and hamburgers plus delicious biscuits and gravy. When they have their hummingbird cake, be sure to have a piece to eat there or take it with you.

My first Visit won’t be my last! I felt like I went home for breakfast!

Wonderful place to sit outside to have breakfast. Was down for an event at Etowah River Park, and the waitress even filled my thermos with coffee. The omlet was huge and very tasty. Will definitely eat there again on my next venue.

You'd never drive by and know that the most delicious food in the state of Georgia is in that little house. Try the Heart Attack...if you ain't skeered.

I meet with a group of guys once a month and we all love the food and service. The only drawback is when we have 5 or more and the only table big enough to accommodate us is occupied. That happened last time but we were able to move outside and everything was perfect. We will keep coming back.

Absolutely love this place, it is our favorite breakfast location. Personal favorite is the omelettes, very large and cooked perfectly. Coffee and pancakes are a staple for us when we stop in.

Great place we stumbled upon as we were searching for brunch. Breakfast was so good we ordered lunch to have for dinner later. Everyone was friendly and our waitress, Renee was great! 👍🏻

We went for Father’s Day and they were so busy, but the waitresses and staff were really hustling to make sure we had a great experience. They are always friendly and the food is great. I love the biscuits and sawmill gravy!

We had hamburgers, and shared crinkle fries. You can tell the ingredients are fresh. Fries tasted good, but not crisp. We asked for a side of sauce that never came to the table, no biggie, they are busy. Once our food hit the table, we never saw anyone again. Definitely a repeater, but next time we are gonna try breakfast.

We went on Father's Day and it was BUSY! We only waited a short time, and BOY was it worth it. I had the country fried steak which was perfectly of cooked, tender, and moist. The sawmill gravy was mild but you could always add black pepper it you'd like it a bit spicier. My husband had the Philly cheese steak sandwich. It was delicious, but very different from any we had previously. It is served on toasted white bread and all the ingredients are finely in chopped, making it easier on our old choppers. My eldest son had the banana pancakes. They are HUGE! He made the mistake of ordering 2. His Dad ended up eating a quarter of the first one and we had to bring the other one home. We will DEFINITELY be back for round 2!

My family and I arrived at 9am on a Saturday the place was slammed. Despite that we were attended to quickly. Looking over the menu I was surprised at the prices were so affordable. Long story short food was incredible, service was awesome and morgan out at the patio killed it this morning!

We had a great breakfast today. The cafe was busy, but we bellied up to the counter and were served quickly. The food was fast, hot, and fresh. The staff was pleasant and quick. You seat yourself, but they do have a waitlist, so you have got to pay attention to signs. There are serious military veterans vibes here. The farmhouse and western decorations are great!

Food was mediocre. Service was lacking. In order to get refills it appears you have to be a regular or a friend but will ignore the empty cup sitting on the edge of a table. Shouldn't have to ask for a refill. Should not see large amounts of dust or spiderwebs hanging from wall art. Cashier asked my husband if he was a veteran but didn't bother asking his wife. Exact words "sir are you a veteran"?

Very popular and busy little place! It's a little crowded but has that quaint country feel to it! Have only been here for lunch but the breakfast has been highly recommended so looking forward to going back!

I always make it a point to visit KBC when I'm in Canton to visit my mom. Their breakfast is straight up and they keep the coffee coming, which is all I need. One shout out for the bacon which is amongst the best I've ever had. And the staff is friendly, attentive, and excellent. Okay...the place is a little tight, but the bull on the wall makes everyone feel welcome. I've never had their lunch, but I assume it's fine.

Food is always great here! Great place to sit and visit while enjoying some good food. Inside can be a bit pressed for room at times but the outside area is nice. The seats are just the right amount of “springy” so you can enjoy the food and do a little rocking back and forth.

Awesome nostalgic roadside eatery. It's been there quite awhile and is a local favorite. Get there early if you want the lunch specials. If not, burgers are good and pricing isn't gonna break the bank.

Cheap, delicious breakfast. Something for everyone on the menu. Eggs cooked perfectly. Food was literally served in less than a minute sitting at the bar.

Catfish And Brunswick stew were good. I requested a chili slaw dog that was disappointing - the chili seemed to be chunks of cooked hamburger with little if any chili. Our server,Morgan was great.

Food and service are great.. be prepared though, it gets very crowded..

The food is perfection. I had the Keithsburg omelet. The atmosphere is very old school Southern. The front wall is covered in hats commemorative of all US armed forces, POW's, and Viet Nam and veterans. A huge rattle snake hangs above the counter and a truck grill has lights on the head lights behind the counter. Fox News plays on the TV. The staff is kinda stern but efficient and attentive and warms some. The interior is small and usually has very long wait times to get in but it slows for a bit around ten AM. I intend to return for lunch soon. Highest recommendations.

My wife and I have been eating breakfast there every Saturday for 8 years. Best breakfast in town.

Family-owned and military appreciated. There was a small line/wait (Saturday morning) as the dining room is small. Service was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and multiple people served us. I like this... When food was ready, somebody brought it out instead of waiting on our specific server, who may be at another table. Good portion sizes and a wide selection.

This is ALWAYS the go-to restaurant when you are wanting some comfort food for breakfast. It's the kind of road-side place you would drive right by if someone didn't tell you about it. You can expect a wait most mornings but trust me, it is worth the wait. Best thing on the menu - the heart attack biscuit! You can thank me later.

We got pork loin biscuits and Sawmill gravy coffee scrambled egg and sausage sandwich everything was hot fresh service was quick and efficient a nice local restaurant owned by local people.. I will be glad to go back again and again I highly recommend they're open from 6:00 in the morning till 2:00 in the evening I believe so it's just breakfast and lunch friendly service food was good

Our first time here and we love this little country restaurant. Lots of locals do, too. The parking lot was packed and the Saturday wait time for breakfast was 20 minutes. The service was friendly, efficient and fine. Our pancakes were a bit on the heavy side, but breakfasts were tasty and great otherwise. Not a fan of the guest check, which only had the server's scribbled notes with no prices or total until it was taken to the cashier. But will definitely return.

Whoever voted this place best breakfast in GA is obviously not from GA.... Not terrible, but I've had better biscuits at a gas station.

Great food and the service is amazing. I had the country fried steak. Absolutely wonderful and yummy. The gravy homemade was so good. And the tea was super sweet and great; real sweet tea the best.

The place is smaller inside than I expected. We had a late breakfast. The food was ok. Nothing really to complain about but nothing to brag about either. Maybe because we hate breakfast a little late?

The pancakes of the size of a plate the wait time is extensive. That's why I gave service at 3 otherwise that everybody else was friendly and it was a great experience i'd go again.

Quaint place to stop for breakfast!

Definitely small town café atmosphere but that is what I loved about it. Comfort food at its best. Seemed slow paced but surprisingly our meals (6 of us) came out quickly. Veteran friendly (coffee on the house) although I only saw two submarine related ballcaps on the wall. Not a lot of indoor seating, maybe 10 tables with a single 6 topper being the largest. Outdoor seating but not sure how good that would be. Pancakes are quite large so don't order 3 unless you are starving or sharing... Country sausage gravy tasted almost as good as mine (that means it is really good). Will definitely be back!
