220 Grill is by far the best like home cooking, plate lunches in town! Always busy,but fast,friendly service, and hot,fresh cooked meals for breakfast and lunch. The grilled tenderloin is always a great choice too! Also,best sweet tea in town!!

220 Grille is the BEST! My son and I love going there. Delicious food great atmosphere , great prices! Very nice place that has a long tradition of serving Asheboro and the surrounding area! I've been going to 220 Grille for many years and I HIGHLY recommend!

Best food ever good service an friendly waitresses

Horrible experience. Lady asked how many are in the group. We went to a table and sat down. 5 minutes go by, no waiter/waitress brought menus or took our drink order. Larger group comes in, sat down, and got their drink order taken. Few minutes go by, another group comes in and got their drink and food order taken. First and last time we will come here.

Love this place, my parent’s parents brought them here, and mine brought me. The food is always delicious. Such a fun atmosphere - they’ll bust my pop’s chops while we are enjoying good chops 🤣

My husband and I had breakfast there for the first time last weekend. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, food and the staff. Food was good and our waitress was nice. I loved how the staff knew everyone by name. Just a great little down home diner! We'll definitely be back!

Time of day and who's cooking, is always taken into consideration when I give my reviews. I hadn't been here in several years. I had scrambled eggs with biscuits and gravy and a bowl of grits with sweet tea. Everything I ate was properly cooked and well presented on my plate. It was fairly early, around 7:30am. So, it was quite busy at the time I visited. The parking lot with limited spaces made finding a place hard. All in all great restaurant.

It is very welcoming, and the food is delicious. I go heat every time I'm driving thru.

The service was great. Small noisy restaurant. Food was very good, just not worth a 5 rating. Plan on eating there again. I had one of the lunch specials. My wife had a two item veggie plate and bill was almost $20....drinking water.

This is one of those places that make you feel at home. They have never messed up my order. The food is great and the prices are cheap. Never had an issue, I go at least once a week sometimes more.

I used to eat here every multiple times a week with my grandpa before school before he passed. They have the best gravy biscuits I've ever had. The waiters are so friendly and Angie and the women at the cashier are some of the sweetest people I have ever met. I'll always love this place they make u feel at home.

Had my service dog with me and they all just looked at me with ugly faced. Had snobby attitude due to it. My dog is a standard dachshund and very friendly. Doesn't bark or try to jump on anyone. It was uncalled for behavior

Absolutely love this place!! I go at least once a week for a double bacon cheese burger. And if there’s potato salad on the board, forget about it! I’m ordering two or three sides of that!

It was exactly what we were looking for after a long morning at the zoo. The food was very good, the homemade chicken salad was out-of-this-world thank you to the sister who made it! And the service was outstanding

We came for the mouth-watering steaks that were cooked perfectly for each of us, but look at these desserts!! Yep, two are going home with us!! Yes, we will come back!! Only slow down a little…. Each course came before each was finished.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Food was excellent. I only gave 4 stars to "food" for one reason. I am a Texan and smoked brisket is practically a national food in Texas. I had a brisket sandwich at 220 that was delicious, but it was not a Texas brisket sandwich. I suppose I could have given it 5 stars since I enjoyed it a lot.

Pulled up local restaurants on google when Traveling through to Boone to assist our daughter with new furniture she bought while at AppState. This restaurant came up and had the best ratings around! The staff was friendly and the food was delicious! Everything tasted freshly cooked and the prices were reasonable.

We visit for breakfast usually once a week or so and the food, atmosphere and friendliness is always awesome. My wife is employed at another restaurant and she loves this restaurant!!! Service and the wait time is great as well. It usually takes 5 min or less for the food to come out!!!!

Wanted to stop by the few times I've passed it, finally did. They have a sign that reads, Southern Hospitality Served Daily, and that's a fact. Everyone is extremely nice! Food is good. The hershey bar cake was amazing! Lots of local regulars in there, which if I was more local, I'd be a regular too.

First time here Order carryout got the chicken with marinara sauce and melted cheese really tasty they were thoughtful and put parchment paper over there chicken but the cheese stuck to it rather then that it was really tasty and chicken breast was cooked perfectly
