Did mobile order. Got wrong drink. The people in there were no help at all. I paid to have the correct drink made. They went to give me the original drink and I refused it since I could not drink it. Didn’t even offer a refund on the drink I purchased. Now I’m stuck paying for 2 drinks when they now get to drink one for free.

There was a miscommunication with my drink this morning and the staff was kind and remade it with no debate. Appreciate you:)

Always nice experience at this location. People are kind, fast and knowledgeable. They provide me with whole Bean 🫘 fresh coffee and I love the aroma and flavor. I have been hard pressed to find better coffee. Starbucks is garbage 🗑️ compared to elianos. Once you try, you will know.

Love their Iced Tuscany Toffee Drink and they have the best Blueberry Bagels. The staff is always very friends. I wish they were closer, but then I would be there every day.

I've stopped by here a few times as it's right across from where I grocery shop. I've been making a point to try different coffee drinks. The joy shot (one with added dark chocolate drizzle), dark mocha, tuxedo and Tuscany toffee. I can't pick a favorite, they're all delicious but I've only remembered to take a picture of one!

Staff is fantastic and always welcoming with a smile on their face. You never have to worry about what the coffee will taste like, always consistent and amazing!

Best coffee I ever drank! It’s very smooth. Very classy options, a lot of fun options for teens or energy drinks and diverse choices for little kids too. Yet still reasonably priced. I saw the new Star***** open nearby and got scared it may have been bought out. I never heard of this store before and not a big coffee drinker, but glad they opened up in this town, it is being built up and near the highway, do know it’s drive thru only.

Absolutely nail the food AND the beverages along with the snacks. Staff is always pretty friendly and upbeat. It’s an amazing coffee/breakfast to-go spot, would definitely recommend to everybody!

Food and coffee is great. They don't put an overwhelming amount of syrup/sugar in their coffee. It's just right. But it sometimes takes too long. Even online ordering ahead of time is pointless because you're still waiting in the line for 20 minutes. This makes it a not very reliable place to go for a lunch break coffee.

First time trying Elianos, if they are consistent with making their drinks, this will be our new go to spot for coffee. Coffee is smooth, dolce cafe latte was excellent!

I never leave reviews anywhere but I love this place! I come almost everyday and order a vanilla latte and the staff is so friendly and sweet! Makes my day every time :) Highly recommend! They also have a great rewards system

I had this place for the first time in Atlanta, but I can’t remember what I got. This time I got the strawberry banana smoothie, apple cinnamon pecan muffin, and the bacon scramble bowl. Everything was delicious! I shall be back!

We randomly came across this place last weekend, and immediately wanted to come back the following weekend, when we typically make coffee runs. This place is superior and no shade to Starbucks or Dunkin but there is really is no comparison- this places rocks them both on all accounts. Ellianos coffee and food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS AND QUALITY! It’s also affordable, which is just mind blowing. The convenience that this place offers is also unbelievable, the service is quick and quality. The service is spectacular, the staff is friendly, hard-working, and they have the best suggestions. Tuscany toffee coffee is amazing especially with an extra shot of espresso and the Venetian vanilla is also unbelievable again with a shot of espresso (I love the extra coffee taste, but it’s perfectly balanced, regardless). The bacon, egg and cheese and grits bowl is out of this world and the portion is substantial for the unbelievable price. My jaw dropped when I saw the price for the size and quality—seriously. The ham and cheese croissant sandwich is amazing. We are hooked. Overall, I’d rate this place, food, coffee and staff a 20 out of 10. Even the details of the drink stopper is thoughtful and unique. It’s beautiful and feels like just the best quality and unique wholesome coffee stop.

Far better coffee and service than Starbucks!

I love this chain. Always fresh and consistently tastes the same unlike a similar coffee place that can be hit or miss. Great bagels too.

We ordered 4 drinks this morning. The server was fantastic. She was super nice and very helpful. The coffee is very good as well. We didn't order any food. The only reason I gave 4 for atmosphere is because it is only a drive thru, no place to sit. Would definitely return.

For $20+ and a long wait, make sure you check your items before you leave their very inefficient drive thru or you’ll end up getting home with the wrong food item you waited extra time for them to make. Go to Starbucks, it’s all the same stuff.

Try the Pina colada energy drink and you will never look back towards lattes. Super yummy! We were cruising through town for a worktrip slash vacation and stumbled upon this gem. Definitely recommend over the typical strawblaghs (Starbucks) down the street.

This is one of my favorite coffee places because the taste is so unique. It’s delicious. The “baristas” are hit or miss. Sometimes friendly and other times…not so much. Coffee is always consistent. My favorite so far is the Venetian Vanilla iced.

We already loved Elianos for their variety of drinks and food. I also love that there’s a cool kids menu. Super trendy and their products are rich in flavor and don’t taste watered down. Today was incredibly different— in a good way. My husband and I came through the drive through after suffering the unexpected loss of our 14-15 year old dog (who still had so much life left until his spinal cord became compromised sometime between going to bed last night and this morning). We just wanted something to eat and drink and to go home to grieve. The staff here were SO incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure they delivered top notch customer service. I am finally at a place to where I can speak in full sentences without bawling my eyes out. I called the store, and learned that submitting a Google review would help. I also submitted a store review on the Elianos site. I want people to know that the employees at this store are not just robots who come to work, but they’re genuinely caring members of our community. Thank you so much for your kindness today. You deserve to be recognized. Thank you so much.

This was the first time I’ve been here and the girl in the drive thru knew the answer to some questions about the drinks, she was sweet, and had a very nice energy. And to top it all off the frozen Tuxedo and frozen Carmelia are fantastic. Only $10 for both! … Update: if I could write a review every time I come here it would be 5/5, 10/10, all the time. The people there have always been beyond amazing.

great drinks and service but just dont waste your time on the food, breakfast sandwich specifically. I’ve tried it multiple times furthur and furthur from opening hoping it would get better and it hasnt

Delicious sugar free latte offerings. The regular brewed Ellianos coffee is also amazing.

This coffee shop was convenient and the drive-thru had clearly visible menus. We shared the Venetian Latte (iced) and added whipped cream. It was so refreshing, rich and creamy.

Best coffee shop in town!!! Coffee drinks, smoothies, healthy choices, quick meals!!! Superb Italian coffee!!! I wish they had seating areas sofas…

Recently went for the first time and got a Turtle Freezer! One of the best things I’ve had in my life. Such an original vibe and concept. Love this place

This place is fantastic, all of their coffees taste really good and are balanced very well. I really like a coffee cooler with caramel and 2 extra shots, and the iced espressos are excellent. The staff is very friendly and are great at answering questions.

We come here all the time. Lately I’ve been obsessed with their pumpkin chai latte. It’s the best fall drink I’ve had! Today I decided to treat myself to a large and it was honestly a rip off. It’s all ice. I’m pretty sure it’s the same amount as my usual medium. Also ordered a large Red Bull drink, which wasn’t even filled all the way. Idk, I feel like if you’re gonna charge more for a large at least have it be more, not just more ice. We’re definitely still going to keep coming, but we’re just sticking to mediums from now on.

Great coffee shop for drive through only. Good drinks. The line can get a bit long, especially with some complicated orders. I recommend using the app so that you don't have to wait long when you're at the window.

Cold brew coffee is amazing! And they do rewards!!

So I finally got around to trying this and it was a big disappointment. Food was just average and the strawberry smoothie was so thin it was like drinking strawberry milk. And with only four cars in the line I waited almost 20 minutes.

Their coffee is to die for!!!! Literally the best coffee I have ever tried thus far. Iced Carmella is what I usually get w/cold foam. So good!! Get the bacon, egg, cheese breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel and add cream cheese. You won’t regret it. I can’t believe I ever drunk starbucks or dunkin’s coffee lol. Ellianos Coffee is the place to go :)

Eliano’s is a new drive thru coffee shop in the area. They have a huge selection of coffees, teas and other drinks, as well as sandwiches and some baked goods. On this visit I tried a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast croissant. The sandwich was very good, served very hot. Service was also very friendly and fast. I’ll definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

Ellianos is AMAZING!!! I'm very picky when it comes to my frozen or iced coffees but they blew it out the park. Seriously delicious, ellianos over Dunkin any day!!!

Bye bye 👋🏻 Starbucks! This place is consistent and delivers exceptional flavored coffee. It’s drive thru only but the lane moves quickly. My new go to coffee shop, the consistency keeps me coming back… something that Starbucks is lacking.

Soooo flavorful!!! Look out big name coffee ☕️ shops.... you guys are in trouble once people get a taste for this place! Plus, how cool is it to get Red Bull cocktails (without the booze, of course). Put these next to every hospital 🏥 as a community contribution to healthcare workers, hahaha 😆 !!!

My son and I love trying out coffee shops, so we stopped here after driving by it every week for the past couple months. The verdict: freaking amazing! I had an iced chai latte with sweet foam, and my son had the frozen Tuxedo. Our only regret is that we didn't order larger sizes! We both agree that it's superior to Starbucks (and we love Starbucks) and some local coffee shops. Service was quick and friendly; reasonable prices. We can't wait to come back!
